本发明公开了一种抗冲击防霉变包装箱用纸,其原料按重量份包括:再生纸浆60‑70份,稻草纤维纸浆30‑50份,硅胶0.5‑1份,聚酰胺多胺‑表氯醇树脂1‑2份,氢氧化镁1‑2份,聚磷酸铵1‑2份,硼酸锌0.4‑0.6份,增强剂8‑10份,杀菌剂1‑3份,粘合剂2‑4份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.5‑0.7份。本发明抗冲击性能好,防潮性好,能抑制细菌和霉菌。

技术领域

[0001] 本发明涉及包装箱用纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗冲击防霉变包装箱用纸。

背景技术

[0002] 随着互联网行业的兴起,网购、快递的普及,包装纸箱的使用量越来越大,在运输 过程中,纸箱难免会受到撞击、堆压,在湿度较高的环境中,会变软、滋生细菌和霉菌,因此 需要纸箱具有良好的抗冲击、防潮、抗菌抗霉性能,以便保护货物,但目前,纸箱的抗冲击、 防潮、抗菌抗霉性能较弱。

发明内容

[0003] 基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种抗冲击防霉变包装箱用纸,本 发明抗冲击性能好,防潮性好,能抑制细菌和霉菌。

[0004] 本发明提出的一种抗冲击防霉变包装箱用纸,其原料按重量份包括:再生纸浆60-70份,稻草纤维纸浆30-50份,硅胶0.5-1份,聚酰胺多胺-表氯醇树脂1-2份,氢氧化镁1-2 份,聚磷酸铵1-2份,硼酸锌0.4-0.6份,增强剂8-10份,杀菌剂1-3份,粘合剂2-4份,乙烯基 三甲氧基硅烷0.5-0.7份。

[0005] 优选地,杀菌剂的原料包括:丁香、肉桂、山苍子。

[0006] 优选地,杀菌剂的原料按重量份包括:丁香2-4份,肉桂3-5份,山苍子1-2份。

[0007] 优选地,在杀菌剂的制备过程中,将丁香、肉桂、山苍子粉碎混匀得到混合物;向混 合物中加入乙醇和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂,回流2_3h,过滤取滤液,旋转蒸发,干燥得到杀菌 剂,其中,混合物与混合溶剂的重量比为1:20-30,混合溶剂中,乙醇和乙酸乙酯的体积比为 6-7:1-2〇

[0008] 优选地,增强剂的原料包括:改性蒙脱土、水性环氧树脂乳液、滑石粉。

[0009] 优选地,增强剂的原料按重量份包括:改性蒙脱土 2-3份,水性环氧树脂乳液6-7 份,滑石粉1-2份。

[0010] 优选地,改性蒙脱土为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性蒙脱土,其为600-800目。

[0014] 本发明的制备方法为:将再生纸浆和稻草纤维纸浆打浆混匀,然后加入硅胶、聚酰 胺多胺-表氯醇树脂、氢氧化镁、聚磷酸铵、硼酸锌、增强剂、杀菌剂、粘合剂、乙烯基三甲氧 基硅烷打浆混匀,然后抄纸,脱水,压榨,烘干得到包装箱用纸

[0015] 本发明选用再生纸浆和稻草纤维纸浆相互配合,减少稻草纤维纸浆的使用,并使 用再生纸浆,可以减少环境污染,降低成本;选用硅胶、聚酰胺多胺-表氯醇树脂相互配合, 增加本发明的防潮性能;氢氧化镁、聚磷酸铵、硼酸锌相互配合增加本发明的阻燃性能,且 无卤元素,减少对环境和人体的危害,并且能进一步增加本发明的机械性能;选用丁香、肉 桂、山苍子相互配合,使得本发明具有良好的抗菌抗霉性能;改性蒙脱土、水性环氧树脂乳 液、滑石粉相互配合,在乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷作用下可与纸浆均匀分散,蒙脱土具有层间结 构,具有良好的抗冲击性能,环氧树脂具有良好的粘结性、硬度和强度,可进入蒙脱土层间, 并与淀粉相互作用,使其与纸浆、滑石粉均匀粘结,经干燥处理后,可大大增加本发明的抗 冲击性、强度和硬度;上述各物质以合适比例相互配合,使得本发明具有良好的抗冲击性 能、防潮性和抗菌抗霉性。

[0027] 增强剂的原料按重量份包括:800目乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性蒙脱土2份,固含量 为50wt %水性环氧树脂乳液6份,1000目滑石粉1份。

1. 一种抗冲击防霉变包装箱用纸,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:再生纸浆60-70份,稻草纤维纸浆30-50份,硅胶0.5-1份,聚酰胺多胺-表氯醇树脂1-2份,氢氧化镁1-2份,聚磷酸铵1-2份,硼酸锌0.4-0.6份,增强剂8-10份,杀菌剂1-3份,粘合剂2-4份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.5-0.7份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述抗冲击防霉变包装箱用纸,其特征在于,杀菌剂的原料包括:丁香、肉桂、山苍子。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述抗冲击防霉变包装箱用纸,其特征在于,杀菌剂的原料按重量份包括:丁香2-4份,肉桂3-5份,山苍子1-2份。
4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述抗冲击防霉变包装箱用纸,其特征在于,在杀菌剂的制备过程中,将丁香、肉桂、山苍子粉碎混匀得到混合物;向混合物中加入乙醇和乙酸乙酯的混合溶剂,回流2_3h,过滤取滤液,旋转蒸发,干燥得到杀菌剂,其中,混合物与混合溶剂的重量比为1:20-30,混合溶剂中,乙醇和乙酸乙酯的体积比为6-7:1-2。
5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述抗冲击防霉变包装箱用纸,其特征在于,增强剂的原料包括:改性蒙脱土、水性环氧树脂乳液、滑石粉。
6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述抗冲击防霉变包装箱用纸,其特征在于,增强剂的原料按重量份包括:改性蒙脱土 2-3份,水性环氧树脂乳液6-7份,滑石粉1 -2份。
7. 根据权利要求5或6所述抗冲击防霉变包装箱用纸,其特征在于,改性蒙脱土为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性蒙脱土,其为600-800目。
8. 根据权利要求5-7任一项所述抗冲击防霉变包装箱用纸,其特征在于,滑石粉为800-1000 目。
9. 根据权利要求5-8任一项所述抗冲击防霉变包装箱用纸,其特征在于,水性环氧树脂乳液的固含量为40_50wt %。
10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述抗冲击防霉变包装箱用纸,其特征在于,粘合剂为淀 粉。
