技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及净水机技术领域,具体涉及一种纯水回流型节水节能净水机。
背景技术
[0002] 中国是一个水资源匮乏的国家,有限的水源又被严重污染,水环境持续恶化,严重 威胁着城乡饮用水安全。因此,地表水、地下水必须经过净化才能作为饮用水使用。现在最 核心的饮用水处理技术是膜过滤技术。其中一种是反渗透膜(R0膜)过滤,过滤滤孔径为 0.0001微米,可以完全去除水中的所有有害物质,只保留水分子产出纯水,其效果是膜处理 中最佳方案,但其最大缺点就是在产纯水的过程中需要排放大量的废水(浓缩水),产出一 份纯水需要排放掉3-6份废水,这种产出大量废水的净水机还需要较大功率的增压栗进行 增压处理,这与国内倡导的科学发展和建设节约型社会的“节能、降耗”要求是相背离的。此 夕卜,在浪费水的同时也加大了预处理滤芯的工作负荷,即缩短了预处理滤芯的使用寿命。
发明内容

[0005] —种纯水回流型节水节能净水机,包括通过管道依次连接的原水端、进水电动阀、 滤芯机构、增压栗、产水RO膜和回流RO膜,还包括有逆止阀、纯水储水箱、微废水比组合电磁 阀;所述原水端进水口 一侧为进水端,出水口一侧依次与进水电动阀、滤芯机构连接;所述 滤芯机构出水口与增压栗进水口连接;所述增压栗出水口与产水RO膜连接;所述产水RO膜 的纯水出口分别连接有回水管和出水管;所述回水管设置有逆止阀,回水管的逆止阀出水 口一侧连接至增压栗的进水口;所述出水管与纯水储水箱连接,同时还与纯水水龙头连接; 所述纯水储水箱内设置有高水位浮球开关和低水位浮球开关;所述产水RO膜的浓水出口连 接回流RO膜进水口;所述回流RO膜的纯水出口连接纯水回流管,纯水回流管连接至增压栗 进水口;所述回流RO膜的浓水出口连接有微废水比组合电磁阀,所述的微废水比组合电磁 阀的出水口为排废水口;制取纯水时,当低水位浮球开关处于闭合状态时,此时进水电动 阀、增压栗上电,产水RO膜产出的纯水流向纯水储水箱,水位达到高水位浮球开关液位并闭 合,此时进水电动阀掉电并关闭,微废水比组合电磁阀上电并打开,增压栗继续工作但工作 压力接近为零压,产水RO膜停止制取纯水;纯水储水箱里的纯水通过逆止阀在增压栗自吸 作用下流向产水及回流RO膜的膜壳腔体,并通过微废水比组合电磁阀的排放形成通路,用 纯储水水箱里的纯水将产水及回流RO膜壳中的浓水进行置换,置换完成后自动停机,最终 达到纯水充满产水及回流RO膜壳腔体。
[0006] 所述进水电动阀、增压栗、高水位浮球开关、低水位浮球开关、微废水比组合电磁 阀均由一个编程逻辑控制器控制,实现RO机停机后纯水泡膜功能。
[0007] 所述滤芯机构的复合滤芯为活性炭和PP棉的复合滤芯,该复合滤芯的外层为孔径 1-5μπι的PP棉,PP棉内填充有烧结活性炭。
[0008] 所述滤芯机构包括依次串联连接的一级滤芯和二级滤芯,所述一级滤芯为ΡΡ棉滤 芯,所述二级滤芯为活性炭滤芯。

[0011] 本发明的有益效果:
[0012] 1、本发明共有两支RO膜分别是产水RO膜(大流量膜)和回流RO膜(小流量膜)。产水 RO膜为实际纯水产出膜,产水RO膜的浓水连接回流RO膜的进水口,回流RO膜将产水RO膜的 废水再次分离,分离出的纯水回流到原水水管,其再次产生的废水经微废水比排放,回流RO 膜分离出的浓水量相对于产水RO膜的浓水量会更少更节水。
[0013] 2、本发明利用回流RO膜将产水RO膜的浓水进一步分离,分离出的纯水质量低于饮 用水标准,但远远高于自来水,这部分水不作为得取纯水而为重新利用水回流到原水再次 过滤,分离的浓缩水相对产水RO膜的得取纯水比(纯水/废水4:1)排放量减少,从而达到节 水目的。
[0014] 3、本发明的回流RO膜分离出的纯水经回流管连接增压栗进水口,使回流RO膜的纯 水回流到自来水管路,纯水与自来水混合后,使得混合后的原水TDS值低于自来水,低TDS值 的原水在经产水RO膜分离,分离出的纯水会有效提高纯水的脱盐率,达到提高纯水水质的 效果。

[0019] 3.由于原水TDS值高于自来水TDS值并在净水机静止时,高浓度水长时间浸泡RO膜 片,RO膜片表面会有结晶,RO膜寿命会受到影响。
[0020] 本发明的纯水回流型节水节能净水机:
[0021] 1.降低原水TDS值,制出纯水TDS值低(脱盐率高),有效提高纯水水质。
[0022] 2.采用RO机静止状态下的纯水泡膜技术,膜片表面不宜结晶,有效提高RO膜寿命, 同时有效克服传统的净水机在静止停机状态时处于浓水泡膜而带来的RO净水机初始制水 TDS值高于标准值的难题,提高了纯净水水质。
[0023] 3.产水RO膜产出的浓水被回流RO膜再次分离,回流RO膜分离出的浓水量相对于产 水RO膜的浓水量会更少更节水。
[0024] 所述纯水回流型节水节能净水机由于废水量减少(纯水/废水比4:1)故而所使用 的增压栗仅为传统型净水机的一半功率。以400G净水机为例:传统净水机400G RO膜需要搭 配400G增压栗,才能满足400G RO膜的使用条件,(总流量=1份纯水+3份废水)。本节水节能 净水机400G RO膜只需要搭配200G增压栗就能满足400G RO膜的使用条件(总流量=1份纯 水+0.25份废水)(参考200G增压栗额定参数-见表1)。

[0059] 本发明具体实现:当低水位浮球开关处于闭合状态时(制取纯水时),此时进水电 动阀、增压栗上电,RO膜产出的纯水流向纯水储水箱,原水由于逆止阀的作用不能进入纯水 管路。水位达到高水位浮球开关液位并闭合,此时进水电动阀掉电并关闭,微废水比组合电 磁阀上电并打开,原水停止供水,增压栗继续工作但工作压力接近为零压,RO膜停止制取纯 水。由于增压栗带有自吸功能,纯水储水箱里的纯水通过逆止阀在增压栗自吸作用下流向 RO膜的膜壳腔体,并通过微废水比组合电磁阀的排放形成通路,用纯水储水箱里的纯水将 RO膜壳中的浓水进行置换,置换完成后自动停机,最终达到纯水充满RO膜壳腔体,达到纯水 泡膜的目地。此方法解决了传统RO净水机在使用过程中,由于在静止停机状态时处于浓水 泡膜而带来的RO净水机初始制水TDS值高于标准值的难题,以及RO膜片长期受浓水浸泡带 来的膜表面结垢的难题。上述RO膜是指产水及回流两种。
