When the moving trolley 14 needs to be moved, the second motor 17 works to drive the output shaft of the second speed reducer 18 to output power, the pressure-bearing wheel 15 coaxially fixed on the output shaft of the second speed reducer 18 rolls along the main guide rail 1, and when the moving trolley moves to a designated position, the second motor 17 stops, and the moving trolley 14 is positioned on the main guide rail 1 under the action of the first fixed structure. When the reverse movement is needed, the motor II 17 rotates reversely, so that the rolling direction of the pressure-bearing wheel 15 is opposite, and the movable trolley 14 can be driven to move reversely. Because the moving trolley 14 of the first driving structure synchronously moves or stops, the two ends of the first supporting frame 2 synchronously move forwards or backwards, and the stability of the working process is ensured.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first fixed structure includes a first rack 19 disposed parallel to the main rail 1 and a first gear 20 coaxially fixed to the output shaft of the second speed reducer 18, and the first gear 20 is disposed in mesh with the first rack 19. A small gap is arranged between the first rack 19 and the main guide rail 1, or the first rack and the main guide rail are arranged in a leaning way. Under the action of the meshing of the first gear 20 and the first rack 19, when the first gear 20 stops rotating, the first gear can be positioned on the first rack 19 in real time, so that the pressure bearing wheel 15 is effectively prevented from continuing to roll on the main guide rail 1, and the positioning effect is good.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a side of the main guide rail 1 far away from the first rack 19 is provided with a guide groove 21 extending along the length direction, one end of the moving trolley 14, which is positioned on the auxiliary supporting wheel 16, is provided with a first supporting plate 22, the first supporting plate 22 is provided with a bearing wheel 23 capable of rolling in the guide groove 21, and the bearing wheel 23 is abutted against the upper side surface of the guide groove 21; one end of the movable trolley 14, which is positioned on the pressure bearing wheel 15, is provided with a second support plate 24, a limiting wheel 25 capable of rolling in the guide groove 21 is arranged on the second support plate 24, and the limiting wheel 25 is abutted against the upper side surface of the guide groove 21.
As shown in fig. 4, 1-2 support columns 26 are arranged between one end of the first support column 2 and one of the moving trolleys 14, 1-2 support columns 26 are also arranged between the other end of the first support column 2 and the other moving trolley 14, the upper ends of the support columns 26 are hinged with the first support column 2, and the lower ends of the support columns 26 are hinged with the corresponding moving trolley 14.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, one end of the support frame is provided with two support columns 26, the other end of the support frame is also provided with two support columns 26, the lower part of the support frame I2 is provided with a plurality of T-shaped plates I27 which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the support columns 26, and the upper ends of the support columns 26 are hinged on the corresponding T-shaped plates I27; the movable trolley 14 is provided with a second T-shaped plate 28 which is arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the support columns 26, and the lower ends of the support columns 26 are hinged on the second T-shaped plate 28 which corresponds to the lower ends of the support columns.
As shown in fig. 7, the tee plate includes a baffle plate and a hinge plate disposed perpendicularly to the baffle plate, the baffle plate extends in a vertical direction, and functions as a positioning function in addition to reinforcing the hinge plate, and when the support column 26 abuts against the baffle plate, it is explained that the support column 26 is located at a position of 90 ° in the vertical direction. As shown in fig. 2, the main guide rail 1 is provided at both sides of the bottom plate 43 of the truck box 42 and extends in the length direction of the truck box 42, and the front part of the truck box 42 is provided with a front striker plate, and the front side of the front striker plate is provided with a baffle frame for supporting the first support frame 2 when the support column 26 falls down at an angle. As shown in fig. 2, the carriage girder 44 is hinged with a swing hook 45 which can be hung on the truck girder, the baffle frame is hinged with a shifting fork 46 for separating the swing hook 45 from the truck girder when the first support frame 2 is abutted against the baffle frame, the lower end of the shifting fork 46 is hinged with the upper end of the swing hook 45, at the moment, the truck carriage 42 can be tilted backwards, and the goods in the carriage can be poured out. A tension spring 47 is also fixed at the upper end of the swing hook 45, one end of the tension spring 47 is fixed on the front baffle plate, and when the first support frame 2 is separated from the baffle frame under the action of the tension spring 47, the swing hook 45 swings around the hinge point and hooks the girder of the truck again.
As shown in fig. 1-4, a telescopic hydraulic ram 48 is fixed at the lower part of the rear end of the main guide rail 1, and when the first support frame 2 is separated from the baffle frame, the hydraulic ram 48 stretches out and abuts against the ground, so as to stabilize the vehicle body.
As shown in fig. 8, the third driving structure comprises two rollers 31 which are arranged at one end of the second supporting frame 13 and can roll on one of the branch guide rails 12, two rollers 32 which are arranged at the other end of the second supporting frame 13 and can roll on the other branch guide rail 12, a third motor 33 and a third speed reducer 34, wherein a transmission rod 35 which extends along the width direction of the second supporting frame 13 is coaxially and fixedly connected to an output shaft of the third speed reducer 34, one roller 31 is coaxially fixed at one end of the transmission rod 35, and one roller 32 is coaxially fixed at the other end of the transmission rod 35.
As shown in fig. 8, two racks two 36 which are respectively and closely arranged with the branch guide rail 12 are fixed on the first support frame 2, the length of the racks two 36 is equal to that of the branch guide rail 12, two gears two 37 are coaxially fixed on the transmission rod 35, one of the gears two 37 is meshed with one of the racks two 36, and the other gear two 37 is meshed with the other rack two 36.
As shown in fig. 8, the auxiliary guide rails 3 are two and are respectively located at two sides of the second support frame 13, the second driving structure comprises a fourth motor 49, a fourth speed reducer 50 and a rotating shaft 51 coaxially and fixedly connected with an output shaft of the fourth speed reducer 50, as shown in fig. 9, one end of the rotating shaft 51 is provided with a third roller 52 in sliding fit with one auxiliary guide rail 3, and the other end of the rotating shaft 51 is provided with a fourth roller 53 in sliding fit with the other auxiliary guide rail 3.
As shown in fig. 9, in order to ensure the balance of the supporting cover 5, an auxiliary shaft parallel to the rotating shaft 51 is further provided at the bottom of the supporting cover 5, and rollers five 54 capable of rolling in the two auxiliary guide rails 3 are provided at both ends of the auxiliary shaft.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the supporting rod 10 is provided with a pulley 38 capable of rolling on the upper portion of the supporting rod 10, two sides of the pulley 38 are respectively provided with a supporting plate 39 extending downwards, a fixing rod 40 positioned below the supporting rod 10 is fixed between the two supporting plates 39, and the other end of the steel wire rope 9 is fixed on the fixing rod 40.
The square frame formed by the pulley 38, the two support plates 39 and the fixing rod 40 is sleeved on the support rod 10 and is positioned on the part of the support rod 10 positioned in the support cover 5, so that the aim of being difficult to fall off from the support rod 10 is fulfilled. The pulley 38 can roll on the supporting rod 10 through manual adjustment, so that the direction of the lifted goods is changed, and the application range is wider.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the safety and the service life of each motor, first, an inductive switch and an inductive contact (the inductive contact is shown in fig. 2 and the inductive switch is shown in fig. 5, but not labeled) are disposed between the moving trolley 14 and the main guide rail 1, the inductive contacts are disposed at two ends of the main guide rail 1 respectively, and when the inductive switch and the inductive contact are sensed during the movement of the moving trolley 14, the second motor 17 is stopped immediately. Similarly, an inductive switch and an inductive contact are also arranged between the second support frame 13 and the branch guide rail 12 to limit the moving position of the second support frame 13, and the inductive switch and the inductive contact are also arranged between the lifting device 4 and the auxiliary guide rail 3 to limit the moving position of the lifting device 4, so that the safety is improved, the service lives of the motors are also prolonged, and the safety accidents caused by collision are avoided.
The self-loading and unloading equipment can hoist various packaged goods, and is especially suitable for the matching of the container. Can be used in combination with the container applied by the applicant before, realizes lifting, bundling and loading, does not need to be equipped with other matched machinery, and has low use cost. After being put into use, the special functions are generated in the field of bale transfer.

The structural principle of this embodiment is basically the same as that of the first embodiment except that the present self-loading and unloading apparatus is used on a container type truck in which the main guide rails 1 are provided at both sides of the top of the truck bed 42 and extend in the longitudinal direction of the truck bed 42.
