The invention provides a method for making a call, which comprises the following steps:

The "terminal", "smart terminal", "terminal Device" used herein may also be a communication terminal, a web-enabled terminal, and a music/video playing terminal, and may be, for example, a PDA, an MID (Mobile Internet Device) and/or a Mobile phone with music/video playing function, and may also be a smart television, a set-top box, and the like.
At present, when a user calls a mobile phone of a called user by using the mobile phone, if the mobile phone of the called user is in a no-signal state, the mobile phone of the called user cannot normally answer or dial a call, and the called user easily misses an important call to delay important things. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal and the method and the device for making the call thereof are provided, when the called user is in a no-signal state, the call reminding information is sent to inform the called user, and the called user is prevented from missing important calls.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of steps of a method for making a call according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for making a call, including the following steps:
step S1, when a calling party dials a second mobile terminal of a called party through a first mobile terminal, obtaining a call state of the second mobile terminal of the called party; the call state at least comprises that the call is not received and the call is not received;
step S2, according to the conversation state, the second mobile terminal of the called user is correspondingly processed in a preset mode; the preset mode at least comprises a call reminding.
The first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal are explained by taking a mobile phone as an example. When the call between the calling user and the called user is not connected (including missed call, refused call, missed call), the missed call is usually a poor mobile phone signal. The reasons for poor mobile phone signals are various, and the mobile phone signals may be in signal blind areas, such as areas outside the signal coverage of an operator network, for example, remote suburbs, factories, mountainous areas, elevators, and the like; the mobile terminal may also be in a high-rise of a high-rise building, and simultaneously receives signals of several base stations, so that the signal strength is not much different, and the signal difference is caused by frequent network switching; the mobile phone itself has antenna failure or communication software is abnormal, which may result in poor signal to answer or make a call; the reason why the user does not receive the call includes the reason that the mobile phone of the user is stopped and the like.
For the above reasons, the mobile phone cannot normally answer or dial a call, and the called user easily misses important things. In this embodiment, when the calling user dials the mobile phone of the called user through the mobile phone, if the called user is not connected, the called user may not answer the call, or refuse to answer the call, or the called user is not in a service area or does not access the network, and the mobile phone does not have a signal or does not access the network, so that the call cannot be received.
Specifically, the step of obtaining the call state of the second mobile terminal of the called user includes:
and judging the call state of the second mobile terminal of the called user through the return sound returned by the second mobile terminal. The determination can be made by speech recognition: if the called party can not be connected for a while and calls for dialing the called party later, the called party is considered not to receive the call; if the answer is 'wrong, the call dialed by a user is in the process of calling, and the user calls again later', the called user is considered to have missed the call; if the number is 'no answer, the phone called by you is stopped', then the called user is judged to be in a stopped state without entering the network.
Or, the communication signal strength of the second mobile terminal can be acquired through an operator server, and the communication state of the second mobile terminal of the called user is judged according to the communication signal strength. The method comprises the steps of directly obtaining a mobile phone signal state and a network access state of a mobile phone of a called user through an operator server providing a call service, and judging whether the called user can receive the call.
Therefore, in this embodiment, when the calling user dials the second mobile terminal of the called user through the first mobile terminal, the call state of the second mobile terminal of the called user is obtained, and if the called user does not receive the call, it can be considered that the called user is not in the service area, the mobile phone signal is not good, or the mobile phone is stopped, and the call cannot be answered; at this time, the mobile phone of the calling user can send the call reminding information to the mobile phone of the called user through the network to inform the called user, so that the called user is prevented from missing important calls/things. The call reminding message may be a preset session, such as "emergency call, call back at speed", or a session temporarily edited by the calling user when sending the call reminding message. The call reminding information can also carry the user name, telephone number and the like of the calling user; furthermore, the method can also carry social account information, emergency contact information and the like of the calling user. Preferably, a control switch for sending the call reminding information and the authority for editing the call reminding information can be set.
In an embodiment, the step of obtaining the call state of the second mobile terminal of the called user includes:
the first mobile terminal sends a monitoring instruction to a client of the second mobile terminal through a pre-bound client; the telephone numbers of the calling user and the called user are respectively bound with the client in advance; the client can be social software which is bound with the telephone number of the user in advance, the user can directly communicate through the social software, meanwhile, the software has the authority of monitoring the telephone, when the user uses the mobile phone to make a call, the monitoring function is automatically started, whether the contact person dialed by the user is bound with the same social software or not is automatically detected, and if yes, the mobile phone of the calling user sends a monitoring instruction to the client on the mobile phone of the called user through the client.
And after receiving the monitoring instruction, the second mobile terminal controls the second mobile terminal to monitor the call state, and acquires the call state of the second mobile terminal of the called user. The call state includes missed call, refused call, missed call and answer call.
Specifically, the step S2 of performing corresponding processing on the second mobile terminal of the called user according to the call state and in a preset manner includes:
if the called user does not receive the call or does not receive the call, the incoming call is reminded through the client side of the second mobile terminal; if the called user refuses to answer the call, the called user is indicated to be inconvenient to answer the call, and no reminding is carried out.
Or if the called user does not receive the call, the network state of the second mobile terminal is acquired, and if the called user is a WIFI network, the called user is switched to a client bound with the telephone number to carry out voice call. When the mobile phone signal of the called user is not good and the called user cannot talk, the network environment where the called user is located is obtained, if the called user is in the WIFI network, the network is smooth, the called user can be switched to the client bound with the phone number to carry out voice call, and important things are avoided from missing.
Referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, when the calling party dials the second mobile terminal of the called party through the first mobile terminal, the step S1 of obtaining the call state of the second mobile terminal of the called party includes:
step S0a, binding the calling user and the called user with the social account corresponding to the operator. For example, a calling user and a called user log in a micro-trust account operator public number and are bound.
In this embodiment, the step S2 of performing corresponding processing on the second mobile terminal of the called user according to the call state and in a preset manner includes:
if the called user does not receive the call or does not receive the call, the first mobile terminal sends call reminding information to the social account corresponding to the operator through the network, and then sends the call reminding information to the second mobile terminal through the social account corresponding to the operator.

When the mobile phone of the called user is in a no-signal state or is stopped, the called user cannot be connected to the network to transmit data, so that the call reminding information is delayed to be sent to the mobile phone of the called user, that is, the timeliness is poor, and the called user cannot acquire the call reminding information in time. When the called user is in the WIFI network state, the call reminding information can be received in time and processed in time, and important calls/things are avoided being missed.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the step S2 of performing corresponding processing on the second mobile terminal of the called user according to the call state in a preset manner includes:
a1, if the called user does not receive the call or does not receive the call, judging whether the second mobile terminal is connected with the WIFI network; for example, the network status of the called user may be determined by social software (e.g., QQ) or the like; or the mobile phone of the calling user sends a network query instruction to the mobile phone of the called user, and if the called user feeds back the network query instruction or returns the network state of the mobile phone of the called user, the mobile phone of the called user can be judged to be in a network unblocked state (in a WIFI state) at the moment.
b1, if the connection is made, the first mobile terminal sends the call reminding information to the social account corresponding to the operator through the network, and then sends the call reminding information to the second mobile terminal in the WIFI network state through the social account corresponding to the operator. The mobile phone end of the called user can process the call reminding information in time after receiving the call reminding information, so that the timeliness of the contact between the called user and the calling user is ensured, and important things are avoided being missed.
Referring to fig. 3, in another embodiment, when the calling user dials the second mobile terminal of the called user through the first mobile terminal, the step S1 of obtaining the call status of the second mobile terminal of the called user includes:
step S0b, the calling user and the called user are respectively bound to a social account of the same social software, so that the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal communicate through the social software. For example, the calling user and the called user add friends to each other through the social account of the QQ software or the wechat software to bind.
In this embodiment, if not, the step S2 of performing corresponding processing on the second mobile terminal of the called user according to the call state in a preset manner includes:
if the called user does not receive the call or does not receive the call, the first mobile terminal sends call reminding information to the cloud server through the social software, and then the call reminding information is sent to the social software of the second mobile terminal through the cloud server.

When the called user is in the WIFI network state, the call reminding information can be received in time and processed in time, and important calls/things are avoided being missed.
Therefore, in this embodiment, if the second mobile terminal is not connected, the step S2 of performing corresponding processing on the second mobile terminal of the called subscriber according to the call status in a preset manner includes:
a2, if the called user does not receive the call or does not receive the call, judging whether the second mobile terminal is connected with the WIFI network;
b2, if the mobile terminal is connected, the first mobile terminal sends the call reminding information to the cloud server through the social software, and then the call reminding information is sent to the second mobile terminal in the WIFI network state through the cloud server. The mobile phone end of the called user can process the call reminding information in time after receiving the call reminding information, so that the timeliness of the contact between the called user and the calling user is ensured, and important things are avoided being missed.
In another embodiment, after the step S2 of performing corresponding processing on the second mobile terminal of the called user according to the call state and in a preset manner, the method includes:
and when the preset time is up, the first mobile terminal of the calling user dials the second mobile terminal of the called user again. When the calling user dials the called user urgently, the called user does not reply in time, and the calling user can dial the called user again; therefore, a preset time is set, and when the preset time is up, the called user still does not reply, and the mobile phone of the calling user dials the mobile phone of the called user again.
In order to further explain the method for making a call in the embodiment of the invention, the embodiment of the invention also provides a device for making a call.
Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus for making a call, including:
an obtaining unit 10, configured to obtain a call state of a second mobile terminal of a called user when a calling user dials the second mobile terminal of the called user through a first mobile terminal; the call state at least comprises that the call is not received and the call is not received;
the processing unit 20 is used for correspondingly processing the second mobile terminal of the called user according to the call state and a preset mode; the preset mode at least comprises a call reminding.
The first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal are explained by taking a mobile phone as an example. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the acquiring unit 10 includes:
a return tone determining subunit 101, configured to determine, according to a return tone returned by the second mobile terminal, a call state of the second mobile terminal of the called subscriber. The determination can be made by speech recognition: if the called party can not be connected for a while and calls for dialing the called party later, the called party is considered not to receive the call; if the answer is 'wrong, the call dialed by a user is in the process of calling, and the user calls again later', the called user is considered to have missed the call; if the number is 'no answer, the phone called by you is stopped', then the called user is judged to be in a stopped state without entering the network.
The signal determining subunit 102 is configured to obtain, by an operator server, a call signal strength of a second mobile terminal, and determine, by the call signal strength, a call state of the second mobile terminal of the called user. The method comprises the steps of directly obtaining a mobile phone signal state and a network access state of a mobile phone of a called user through an operator server providing a call service, and judging whether the called user can receive the call.
Therefore, in this embodiment, when the calling user dials the second mobile terminal of the called user through the first mobile terminal, the call state of the second mobile terminal of the called user is obtained, and if the called user does not receive the call, it can be considered that the called user is not in the service area, the mobile phone signal is not good, or the mobile phone is shut down, and cannot answer the call; at this time, the mobile phone of the calling user can send the call reminding information to the mobile phone of the called user through the network to inform the called user, so that the called user is prevented from missing important calls/things. The call reminding message may be a preset session, such as "emergency call, call back at speed", or a session temporarily edited by the calling user when sending the call reminding message. The call reminding information can also carry the user name, telephone number and the like of the calling user; furthermore, the method can also carry social account information, emergency contact information and the like of the calling user. And the monitoring acquisition subunit is used for controlling the second mobile terminal to monitor the call state after the second mobile terminal receives the monitoring instruction, and acquiring the call state of the second mobile terminal of the called user. The call state includes missed call, refused call, missed call and answer call.
The processing unit 20 includes:
a call reminding subunit, configured to perform call reminding through the client of the second mobile terminal if the called user does not receive the call or does not receive the call; the call state includes missed call, refused call, missed call and answer call.
And the switching subunit is used for acquiring the network state of the second mobile terminal if the called user does not receive the call, and switching to the client bound with the telephone number to carry out voice call if the called user is a WIFI network. When the mobile phone signal of the called user is not good and the called user cannot talk, the network environment where the called user is located is obtained, if the called user is in the WIFI network, the network is smooth, the called user can be switched to the client bound with the phone number to carry out voice call, and important things are avoided from missing.
Referring to fig. 6, the apparatus for making a call further includes:
the first binding unit 30 is configured to bind the calling user and the called user with a social account corresponding to an operator. For example, a calling user and a called user log in a micro-trust account operator public number and are bound.
In this embodiment, the processing unit 20 is specifically configured to:
if the called user does not receive the call or does not receive the call, the first mobile terminal sends call reminding information to the social account corresponding to the operator through the network, and then sends the call reminding information to the second mobile terminal through the social account corresponding to the operator.

When the mobile phone of the called user is in a no-signal state or is stopped, the called user cannot be connected to the network to transmit data, so that the call reminding information is delayed to be sent to the mobile phone of the called user, that is, the timeliness is poor, and the called user cannot acquire the call reminding information in time. When the called user is in the WIFI network state, the call reminding information can be received in time and processed in time, and important calls/things are avoided being missed.
Further, referring to fig. 7, the processing unit 20 includes:
a first determining subunit 201, configured to determine whether the second mobile terminal is connected to the WIFI network if the called user does not receive the call or does not receive the call; for example, the network status of the called user may be determined by social software (e.g., QQ) or the like; or the mobile phone of the calling user sends a network query instruction to the mobile phone of the called user, and if the called user feeds back the network query instruction or returns the network state of the mobile phone of the called user, the mobile phone of the called user can be judged to be in a network unblocked state (in a WIFI state) at the moment.
The first sending subunit 202 is configured to, if the connection is made, send, by the first mobile terminal, the call reminding information to the social account corresponding to the operator through the network, and then send, by the social account corresponding to the operator, the call reminding information to the second mobile terminal in the WIFI network state. The mobile phone end of the called user can process the call reminding information in time after receiving the call reminding information, so that the timeliness of the contact between the called user and the calling user is ensured, and important things are avoided being missed.
Referring to fig. 8, in another embodiment, the apparatus for making a call further includes:
the second binding unit 40 is configured to bind the calling user and the called user with a social account of the same social software, respectively, so that the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal communicate through the social software. For example, the calling user and the called user add friends to each other through the social account of the QQ software or the wechat software to bind.
In this embodiment, the processing unit 20 is specifically configured to:
if the called user does not receive the call or does not receive the call, the first mobile terminal sends call reminding information to the cloud server through the social software, and then the call reminding information is sent to the social software of the second mobile terminal through the cloud server.
Specifically, when the called user does not receive the call or does not receive the call, the mobile phone of the calling user can send the call reminding information to the cloud server through the social software through a 2G/3G/4G or WIFI network, and the cloud server sends the call reminding information to the social software in the mobile phone end of the called user. When the called user obtains the call reminding information through the social software of the mobile phone terminal, the call reminding information can be correspondingly processed, such as call back and the like.
When the mobile phone of the called user is in a no-signal state or a shutdown state, the called user cannot connect the network to transmit data, so that the call reminding information is delayed to reach the mobile phone of the called user, that is, the timeliness is poor, and the called user cannot acquire the call reminding information in time. When the called user is in the WIFI network state, the call reminding information can be received in time and processed in time, and important calls/things are avoided being missed.
Referring to fig. 9, in this embodiment, the processing unit 20 includes:

and the dialing unit is used for dialing the second mobile terminal of the called user again by the first mobile terminal of the calling user when the preset time is up. When the calling user dials the called user urgently, the called user does not reply in time, and the calling user can dial the called user again; therefore, a preset time is set, and when the preset time is up, the called user still does not reply, and the mobile phone of the calling user dials the mobile phone of the called user again.

The terminal may be any terminal device including a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), a POS (point of Sales), a vehicle-mounted computer, etc., taking the terminal as the mobile phone as an example:
fig. 10 is a block diagram showing a partial structure of a cellular phone related to a mobile terminal provided by an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 10, the cellular phone includes: radio Frequency (RF) circuit 110, memory 120, input unit 130, display unit 140, sensor 150, audio circuit 160, wireless-fidelity (Wi-Fi) module 170, processor 180, and power supply 190. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the handset configuration shown in fig. 10 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The following describes each component of the mobile phone in detail with reference to fig. 10:
the RF circuit 110 may be used for receiving and transmitting signals during information transmission and reception or during a call, and in particular, receives downlink information of a base station and then processes the received downlink information to the processor 180; in addition, the data for designing uplink is transmitted to the base station. In general, the RF circuit 110 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the RF circuitry 110 may also communicate with networks and other devices via wireless communications. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to global system for Mobile communications (GSM), General Packet Radio Service (GPRS), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), Long Term Evolution (LTE), email, Short Messaging Service (SMS), and the like.
The memory 120 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 180 executes various functional applications and data processing of the mobile phone by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 120. The memory 120 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the cellular phone, and the like. Further, the memory 120 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
The input unit 130 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the cellular phone. Specifically, the input unit 130 may include a touch panel 131 and other input devices 132. The touch panel 131, also referred to as a touch screen, may collect touch operations of a user on or near the touch panel 131 (e.g., operations of the user on or near the touch panel 131 using any suitable object or accessory such as a finger or a stylus pen), and drive the corresponding connection device according to a preset program. Alternatively, the touch panel 131 may include two parts, i.e., a touch detection device and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 180, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 180. In addition, the touch panel 131 may be implemented by various types such as a resistive type, a capacitive type, an infrared ray, and a surface acoustic wave. The input unit 130 may include other input devices 132 in addition to the touch panel 131. In particular, other input devices 132 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 140 may be used to display information input by a user or information provided to the user and various menus of the mobile phone. The display unit 140 may include a display panel 141, and optionally, the display panel 141 may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like. Further, the touch panel 131 can cover the display panel 141, and when the touch panel 131 detects a touch operation on or near the touch panel 131, the touch operation is transmitted to the processor 180 to determine the type of the touch event, and then the processor 180 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel 141 according to the type of the touch event. Although in fig. 10, the touch panel 131 and the display panel 141 are two separate components to implement the input and output functions of the mobile phone, in some embodiments, the touch panel 131 and the display panel 141 may be integrated to implement the input and output functions of the mobile phone.
The handset may also include at least one sensor 150, such as a light sensor, motion sensor, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor that adjusts the brightness of the display panel 141 according to the brightness of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that turns off the display panel 141 and/or the backlight when the mobile phone is moved to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the accelerometer sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), can detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of a mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping), and the like; as for other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which can be configured on the mobile phone, further description is omitted here.
Audio circuitry 160, speaker 161, and microphone 162 may provide an audio interface between the user and the handset. The audio circuit 160 may transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to the speaker 161, and convert the electrical signal into a sound signal for output by the speaker 161; on the other hand, the microphone 162 converts the collected sound signal into an electrical signal, which is received by the audio circuit 160 and converted into audio data, which is then processed by the audio data output processor 180 and then transmitted to, for example, another cellular phone via the RF circuit 110, or the audio data is output to the memory 120 for further processing.
WiFi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the mobile phone can help a user to receive and send e-mails, browse webpages, access streaming media and the like through the WiFi module 170, and provides wireless broadband Internet access for the user. Although fig. 10 shows the WiFi module 170, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the handset, and may be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The processor 180 is a control center of the mobile phone, connects various parts of the entire mobile phone by using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the mobile phone and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 120 and calling data stored in the memory 120, thereby integrally monitoring the mobile phone. Alternatively, processor 180 may include one or more processing units; preferably, the processor 180 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 180.
The handset also includes a power supply 190 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, and preferably, the power supply may be logically connected to the processor 180 via a power management system, such that functions such as managing charging, discharging, and power consumption are performed via the power management system.
Although not shown, the mobile phone may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, etc., which are not described herein.
Referring to fig. 10, in the embodiment of the present invention, the processor 180 included in the mobile terminal further has the following functions:

It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the terminal, the apparatus and the unit described above may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In summary, in the mobile terminal and the method and the device for making a call thereof provided in the embodiments of the present invention, when a calling party dials a second mobile terminal of a called party through a first mobile terminal, a call state of the second mobile terminal of the called party is obtained; the call state at least comprises that the call is not received and the call is not received; according to the call state, the second mobile terminal of the called user is correspondingly processed in a preset mode; the preset mode at least comprises a call reminding; the calling user dials the called user, and the call reminding is correspondingly carried out according to the call state of the called user, so that the called user is prevented from missing important calls.
