[0002] 钢筋在长时间放置后容易生锈,需要进行除磷才能进行后续的生产工序。现有的 钢筋除磷方法很多,包括钢丝刷除磷、酸洗除磷和固定轮除磷等方式。这些除磷方法虽然在 一定程度上能够满足使用要求,但是钢丝刷除磷存在除磷不彻底的缺点,酸洗除磷存在废 水污染,而固定轮除磷的方式会不同程度损坏钢筋表面和破坏钢筋延伸率。

1. 一种钢筋稳定调节式除磷装置,其特征在于:包括除磷机架,所述除磷机架的两端分 别与其旋转配合安装有除磷转轴,所述除磷转轴内设有用于钢筋穿过的中心通孔;两根所 述除磷转轴上分别套装设有与其单自由度滑动配合的除磷轴套,两个所述除磷轴套之间环 形均布设有除磷安装架,且所述除磷安装架的两端分别通过双铰连杆与所述除磷轴套相 连,所述除磷安装架上间隔设有除磷单元;所述除磷单元包括安装在所述除磷安装架上并 位于所述除磷转轴径向方向上的径向支撑臂,所述径向支撑臂的端部设有轴线与所述除磷 转轴轴线空间垂直并与钢筋接触配合的除磷轮;所述除磷机架上设有用于驱动所述除磷转 轴旋转的驱动机构;所述驱动机构包括分别套装在两根所述除磷转轴上并与其同步转动的 被动齿轮,所述除磷机架上固定安装有除磷电机,所述除磷电机的输出轴上安装设有主动 齿轮,所述主动齿轮与两个所述被动齿轮之间设有传动比相等的齿轮传动机构。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的钢筋稳定调节式除憐装置,其特征在于:所有的所述除磷安装 架上设置的所述除磷单元呈错位设置。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的钢筋稳定调节式除磷装置,其特征在于:所有的所述除磷安装 架上设置的所述除磷单元呈螺旋状分布。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的钢筋稳定调节式除磷装置,其特征在于:所述除磷轮的外周壁 上设有用于与钢筋配合的环形凹槽。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的钢筋稳定调节式除磷装置,其特征在于:所述环形凹槽内设有 除憐压纹。
6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的钢筋稳定调节式除磷装置,其特征在于:所述除磷轴 套上设有定位销孔I,所述除磷转轴上与所述定位销孔1对应设有多个定位销孔n。
