The throttle valve has two types of traditional stay wires and electronic throttle valves, wherein a traditional engine throttle valve operating mechanism works by connecting an accelerator pedal with one end through a stay wire (soft steel wire) or a pull rod and connecting a throttle valve linkage plate with the other end; the electronic throttle valve is operated in such a manner that the opening angle of the throttle valve is controlled by a throttle position sensor according to the energy required by the engine, thereby adjusting the amount of intake air. Electronic throttle valves are widely used because of their high control accuracy.

At the moment, the PLC 4 controls the tool clamp 9 of the corresponding station to clamp the intelligent throttle control module; meanwhile, the PLC 4 controls the cylinder 7 of the corresponding station to run upwards, and drives the connector thimble 8 of the corresponding station to prop against the programming interface reserved by the intelligent throttle control module, so that the programmer 6 of the corresponding station is connected with the intelligent throttle control module.
After the above steps are completed, the PLC controller 4 transmits a signal to the computer host 2 through the serial port. After receiving the signal, the automatic control software of the computer host 2 writes the program into the intelligent throttle control module through the programmer 6 of the corresponding station.
After the program is written, the automatic control software of the computer host 2 sends a control signal to the PLC 4 through the serial port, and corresponding production information is displayed on the display screen. After receiving the control signal, the PLC 4 controls the cylinder 7 of the corresponding station to reversely run, so that the connector thimble 8 is separated from a programming interface reserved by the intelligent throttle control module, and the brushing path is disconnected; meanwhile, the PLC controller controls the tooling fixture 9 of the corresponding station to loosen the intelligent throttle control module.
