Abstract
本发明提供一种上下层流水往返式烟秆破碎干燥一体机,包括烟杆破碎机、上层干燥室、下层干燥室和横向传动装置,烟杆破碎机的烟杆颗粒喂料口处设置有封闭烟杆颗粒喂料口的挡片,挡片的一侧铰接于烟杆颗粒喂料口上,且挡片的下侧设置有用于支撑挡片的支撑弹簧,下层干燥室设置于上层干燥室和的下方,上层干燥室和下层干燥室分别对应设置有穿过干燥室内部的横向传动装置,上层的横向传动装置设置于烟杆颗粒喂料口的正下方,下层的横向传动装置的进料端设置于上层的横向传动装置出料端的正下方。以解决现有烟杆处理方式不仅浪费资源,且存在极大坏处的问题。本发明属于烟杆处理领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种烟秆破碎干燥一体装置,属于烟杆处理领域。
背景技术
烟秆是烟草生产中最大的副产品,年产量约为450万吨,烟秆作为一种特殊的经济作物的副产物,由于其含有烟碱、携带有烟草病菌,因此既不适于作饲料,也不能直接还田。传统烟秆的一般处理方式为丢弃田间、堆积成废弃物、晒干焚烧等,这些处理方式不仅浪费资源,而且有以下害处:1.丢弃在田间的烟秆容易滋生烟草黑胫病、蛀眼病、野火病、根黑腐等,对后续耕作会造成减产甚至绝收;2.堆积成为废弃物造成了固体污染,存在因干燥而引起火灾等安全隐患;3.晒干焚烧污染空气,严重破坏了农村及其周边城市的环境。
考虑到烟秆的主要成分与阔叶林相似,可以对烟秆进行木质化回收,将其制备生物质燃料。而烟秆颗粒在制备生物质燃料时,干燥环节尤为重要,因此,本发明基于烟秆破碎、烟秆颗粒的干燥一体化考虑,设计了一种上下层流水往返式烟秆破碎干燥一体装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种上下层流水往返式烟秆破碎干燥一体机,以解决现有烟杆处理方式不仅浪费资源,且存在极大坏处的问题。
为解决上述问题,拟采用这样一种上下层流水往返式烟秆破碎干燥一体机,包括烟杆破碎机、上层干燥室、下层干燥室和横向传动装置,烟杆破碎机的烟杆颗粒喂料口处设置有封闭烟杆颗粒喂料口的挡片,挡片的一侧铰接于烟杆颗粒喂料口上,且挡片的下侧设置有用于支撑挡片的支撑弹簧,当挡片上的烟杆颗粒达到指定重量时,烟杆颗粒的重力大于支撑弹簧对挡片的支撑力,挡片摆动,烟杆颗粒由烟杆颗粒喂料口排出,下层干燥室设置于上层干燥室和的下方,上层干燥室和下层干燥室分别对应设置有穿过干燥室内部的横向传动装置,上层的横向传动装置设置于烟杆颗粒喂料口的正下方,下层的横向传动装置的进料端设置于上层的横向传动装置出料端的正下方。
前述一体机中,上层干燥室为沿上层的横向传动装置的长度方向设置的微波干燥室,下层干燥室为沿下层的横向传动装置的长度方向设置的微波干燥室。
前述一体机中,烟杆破碎机的进料端设置有用于切断烟杆的定刀和破碎烟杆的锤片,定刀和锤片的下方设置有烟杆颗粒筛网,破碎后的烟秆颗粒经过烟杆颗粒筛网后由风机输送到烟杆破碎机的烟杆颗粒喂料口处。
前述一体机中,位于烟杆颗粒筛网下方的烟杆破碎机的内腔通过倾斜向上设置的出料管道与烟杆颗粒喂料口相连通,烟杆颗粒喂料口为上宽下窄的筒形结构,出料管道与烟杆颗粒喂料口的上端相连通,所述挡片倾斜设置于烟杆颗粒喂料口内,支撑弹簧支撑设置于挡片的下侧并固定于烟杆颗粒喂料口上,挡片的上侧与烟杆颗粒喂料口相铰接。
前述一体机中,烟杆颗粒喂料口的外侧设置有引料管,引料管的下端伸至上层的横向传动装置进料端的正上方,优选地,引料管也为上宽下窄的筒形结构。
前述一体机中,横向传动装置为皮带输送机,下层的横向传动装置的出料端处还设置有出料通道。
与现有技术相比,本发明能够有效快速地对烟杆进行木质化回收,将其制备成生物质燃料,解决现有烟杆处理方法所存在的诸多弊端,基于烟秆破碎、烟秆颗粒的干燥一体化考虑,将烟秆破碎与干燥环节融为一体,且采用上下层的双层干燥室结构,通过对传动速度的控制能够使烟杆颗粒在上下层的单向传动过程中即完成干燥,大大降低了生产成本,提高了烟秆颗粒的加工效率,且能够通过挡片和支撑弹簧有效控制烟杆颗粒的下料,相比现有处理方式具有较大的优势,适于推广应用。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例:
参照图1和图2,本实施例提供的一种上下层流水往返式烟秆破碎干燥一体机,包括烟杆破碎机1、上层干燥室2、下层干燥室3和横向传动装置4。
烟杆破碎机1的进料端设置有用于切断烟杆的定刀12和破碎烟杆的锤片13,定刀12和锤片13的下方设置有烟杆颗粒筛网14,位于烟杆颗粒筛网14下方的烟杆破碎机1的内腔通过倾斜向上设置的出料管道15与烟杆颗粒喂料口11相连通,烟杆颗粒喂料口11为上宽下窄的筒形结构,出料管道15与烟杆颗粒喂料口11的上端相连通,挡片5倾斜设置于烟杆颗粒喂料口11内,用以封闭烟杆颗粒喂料口11,支撑弹簧6支撑设置于挡片5的下侧并固定于烟杆颗粒喂料口11上,挡片5的上侧与烟杆颗粒喂料口11相铰接,烟杆颗粒喂料口11的外侧设置有引料管7,引料管7也为上宽下窄的筒形结构,引料管7的下端伸至上层的横向传动装置4进料端的正上方。
下层干燥室3设置于上层干燥室2和的下方,上层干燥室2和下层干燥室3分别对应设置有穿过干燥室内部的横向传动装置4,横向传动装置4为皮带输送机,上层干燥室2为沿上层的横向传动装置4的长度方向设置的微波干燥室,下层干燥室3为沿下层的横向传动装置4的长度方向设置的微波干燥室,上层的横向传动装置4设置于烟杆颗粒喂料口11的正下方,下层的横向传动装置4的进料端设置于上层的横向传动装置4出料端的正下方,下层的横向传动装置4的出料端处还设置有出料通道8。
Claims (7)
1.一种上下层流水往返式烟秆破碎干燥一体机,其特征在于:包括烟杆破碎机(1)、上层干燥室(2)、下层干燥室(3)和横向传动装置(4),烟杆破碎机(1)的烟杆颗粒喂料口(11)处设置有封闭烟杆颗粒喂料口(11)的挡片(5),挡片(5)的一侧铰接于烟杆颗粒喂料口(11)上,且挡片(5)的下侧设置有用于支撑挡片(5)的支撑弹簧(6),下层干燥室(3)设置于上层干燥室(2)和的下方,上层干燥室(2)和下层干燥室(3)分别对应设置有穿过干燥室内部的横向传动装置(4),上层的横向传动装置(4)设置于烟杆颗粒喂料口(11)的正下方,下层的横向传动装置(4)的进料端设置于上层的横向传动装置(4)出料端的正下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种上下层流水往返式烟秆破碎干燥一体机,其特征在于:上层干燥室(2)为沿上层的横向传动装置(4)的长度方向设置的微波干燥室,下层干燥室(3)为沿下层的横向传动装置(4)的长度方向设置的微波干燥室。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种上下层流水往返式烟秆破碎干燥一体机,其特征在于:烟杆破碎机(1)的进料端设置有用于切断烟杆的定刀(12)和破碎烟杆的锤片(13),定刀(12)和锤片(13)的下方设置有烟杆颗粒筛网(14)。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种上下层流水往返式烟秆破碎干燥一体机,其特征在于:位于烟杆颗粒筛网(14)下方的烟杆破碎机(1)的内腔通过倾斜向上设置的出料管道(15)与烟杆颗粒喂料口(11)相连通,烟杆颗粒喂料口(11)为上宽下窄的筒形结构,出料管道(15)与烟杆颗粒喂料口(11)的上端相连通,所述挡片(5)倾斜设置于烟杆颗粒喂料口(11)内,支撑弹簧(6)支撑设置于挡片(5)的下侧并固定于烟杆颗粒喂料口(11)上,挡片(5)的上侧与烟杆颗粒喂料口(11)相铰接。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种上下层流水往返式烟秆破碎干燥一体机,其特征在于:烟杆颗粒喂料口(11)的外侧设置有引料管(7),引料管(7)的下端伸至上层的横向传动装置(4)进料端的正上方。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种上下层流水往返式烟秆破碎干燥一体机,其特征在于:引料管(7)也为上宽下窄的筒形结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种上下层流水往返式烟秆破碎干燥一体机,其特征在于:横向传动装置(4)为皮带输送机,下层的横向传动装置(4)的出料端处还设置有出料通道(8)。
