Abstract
本发明公开了一种葛根滚筒烘干机,包括滚筒和热源、滚筒内安装有热源,滚筒的两端开设有加料口和出料口,滚筒通过动力机带动,所述滚筒内壁内均匀轴向分布有抄料板,抄料板平面与滚筒的轴线方向的夹角为1°至30°;本发明所述葛根滚筒烘干机具有烘干效果好、烘干速度快,烘干能耗小,热能利用率较高的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工机械领域,尤其涉及一种葛根滚筒烘干机。
背景技术
葛根食品含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、多种微量元素、黄酮、葛根素、氨基酸等营养保健药用物质,具有很大的开发潜力。现有的葛根食品加工过程中,需经过切割、干燥、制粉等过程。
在葛根的干燥加工过程中,葛根干燥设备主要采用常规烘干设备,常规烘干设备分为间歇性烘干机和流水式烘干机,间歇性烘干机的加料和卸料时间长,烘干效率低;而流水式烘干机,多采用运输动带传动,实现流水式烘干;通过运输动带传动方式烘干,适合于易碎易变形湿物的烘干,但由于有效烘烤面仅为运输动带上的物料表面,部分热量未能作用到用于有效烘烤面,导致较大部分的热量未能利用于水分蒸,从而导致存在烘干效果较差、烘干能耗大,热能利用率较低的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题为:现有葛根干燥设备的烘干效果较差、烘干能耗大,热能利用率较低。
为解决其技术问题本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种葛根滚筒烘干机,包括滚筒和热源、滚筒内安装有热源,滚筒的两端开设有加料口和出料口;
其特征在于:所述滚筒内壁内均匀轴向分布有抄料板,抄料板平面与滚筒的轴线方向的夹角为1°至30°。
采用上结构,其滚筒滚动时,其抄料板在可对葛根物料进行翻动,并导热给葛根物料,可实现葛根均匀加热,并且,其热源的热量可大部通过抄料板传动到葛根物料;同时,由于抄料板与滚筒的轴线方向存在1°至30°夹角,抄料板在反复翻动葛根物料的过程中,不断的推动葛根物料向抄料板的倾斜面方向移动,从而可实现葛根物料轴向移动。
进一步,所述抄料板垂直于滚筒的筒面。
进一步,所述滚筒的轴向侧边设置有进气口和排气口。
进一步,所述热源采用远红外电加热板,远红外电加热板轴向排列在滚筒中心轴下方。
进一步,所述热源采用电阻加热板,电阻加热板轴向分布在滚筒中心轴下方。
进一步,所述热源采用气热管,气热管的热气由外界通入。
进一步,所述热源采用气热管,气热管的热气由外界通入,气热管位于滚筒中心轴位置。
进一步,所述进气口或排气口安装有风机。
进一步,所述进气口安装有压风机。
进一步,所述排气口安装有引风机。
进一步,所述滚筒通过动力机带动。
进一步,所述动力机为内燃动力机或电动机。
进一步,所述滚筒的筒壁外侧分布有传动齿,滚筒通过传动齿与动力机的传动连接。
进一步,所述滚筒的筒壁侧边分布有窗口,窗口含有窗盖,窗口用于取样、观察或维修。
进一步,所述滚筒内还设置有散料板,散料板位于滚筒轴心。
进一步,所述滚筒外侧还设置有保温层,能较好的减少滚筒散热,减少能耗和热能浪费。
进一步,所述出料口下方设置有滑槽。
工作原理:湿物料由加料口加入滚筒内,滚筒内壁的抄料板带动物料一起转动,当物料转动到滚筒顶端时,物料由于自重垂直下落撞击滚筒轴心的散料板后呈疏散状掉入筒底;底部抄料板再次带动物料运动到筒顶部,重复前面的过程,实现反复翻炒,同时,其物料在翻炒不断向后端移动。由于滚筒内含热源,热源将热量传到滚筒筒壁、以及抄料板中,并传递到物料中,用于物料中的水分蒸发,蒸发后的的水通过排气口排出。
效果分析:由于热源的主要热量通过抄料板以及滚筒筒壁均匀的传递到物料,物料可被均匀的烘干,能有效避免干燥不均问题,同时也较大程度地加快了物料的蒸发速率,滚筒干燥机水分蒸发速率为30-80kg/(m3.h),其热效率可达40%-70%。
有益效果:本发明所述葛根滚筒烘干机具有烘干效果好、烘干速度快,烘干能耗小,热能利用率较高的优点。

一种葛根滚筒烘干机,包括滚筒1和热源2、滚筒1内安装有热源2,滚筒1的两端开设有加料口3和出料口4;所述滚筒1内壁内均匀轴向分布有抄料板11,抄料板11平面与滚筒1的轴线方向的夹角为1°至30°;所述抄料板11垂直于滚筒1的筒面;所述滚筒1的轴向侧边设置有进气口12和排气口13;所述热源2采用远红外电加热板,远红外电加热板轴向排列在滚筒中心轴下方;所述进气口12安装有压风机;所述滚筒1通过动力机5带动,所述滚筒1的筒壁外侧分布有传动齿14,滚筒1通过传动齿14与动力机5的传动连接;所述动力机5为内燃动力机;所述出料口4下方设置有滑槽41;所述滚筒1的筒壁侧边分布有窗口15,窗口15含有窗盖,窗口15用于取样、观察或维修。
实施例二
与实施例一不同之处在于:所述热源2采用电阻加热板,电阻加热板轴向分布在滚筒中心轴下方;所述排气口13安装有引风机。

与实施例一不同之处在于:所述热源2采用气热管,气热管的热气由外界通入,气热管位于滚筒中心轴位置。
实施例四
与实施例一不同之处在于:所述滚筒1内还设置有散料板,散料板位于滚筒1轴心;所述动力机5为电动机。

与实施例四不同之处在于:所述滚筒1外侧还设置有保温层,能较好的减少滚筒1散热,减少能耗和热能浪费。

1.一种葛根滚筒烘干机,包括滚筒(1)和热源(2)、滚筒(1)内安装有热源(2),滚筒(1)的两端开设有加料口(3)和出料口(4),滚筒(1)通过动力机(5)带动,其特征在于:所述滚筒(1)内壁内均匀轴向分布有抄料板(11),抄料板(11)平面与滚筒(1)的轴线方向的夹角为1°至30°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的葛根滚筒烘干机,其特征在于:所述抄料板(11)垂直于滚筒(1)的筒面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的葛根滚筒烘干机,其特征在于:所述滚筒(1)的轴向侧边设置有进气口(12)和排气口(13)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的葛根滚筒烘干机,其特征在于:所述热源(2)采用远红外电加热板,远红外电加热板轴向排列在滚筒中心轴下方。
5.根据权利要求3所述的葛根滚筒烘干机,其特征在于:所述热源(2)采用电阻加热板,电阻加热板轴向分布在滚筒中心轴下方。
6.根据权利要求3所述的葛根滚筒烘干机,其特征在于:所述热源(2)采用气热管,气热管的热气由外界通入,气热管位于滚筒中心轴位置。
7.根据权利要求4所述的葛根滚筒烘干机,其特征在于:所述进气口(12)或排气口(13)安装有风机。
8.根据权利要求7所述的葛根滚筒烘干机,其特征在于:所述动力机(5)为内燃动力机或电动机。
9.根据权利要求8所述的葛根滚筒烘干机,其特征在于:所述滚筒(1)的筒壁外侧分布有传动齿(14),滚筒(1)通过传动齿(14)与动力机(5)的传动连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的葛根滚筒烘干机,其特征在于:所述滚筒(1)的筒壁侧边分布有窗口(15),窗口(15)含有窗盖。
