With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the dehumidifier of the present embodiment includes a dehumidifier main body 1 and a casing 2, the dehumidifier main body includes a compressor, and the dehumidifier main body 1 and the casing 2 are connected by an elastic snap connection structure to reduce vibration transmitted to the casing 2 by the compressor, thereby improving a problem that the dehumidifier in the prior art is prone to generate noise.
In this embodiment, the casing 2 is a rear cover of the dehumidifier 1.
The elastic buckle connecting structure comprises a buckle 3 and a buckle matching part 5, wherein the buckle 3 is arranged on the shell 2, and the buckle matching part 5 is arranged on the dehumidifier main body 1. The method can also comprise the following steps: the buckle 3 is arranged on the dehumidifier main body 1, and the buckle matching part 5 is arranged on the shell 2.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the housing 2 includes a bottom plate 21 and two side plates 22 erected on both sides of the bottom plate 21, respectively, and the clip 3 is provided on the side plates 22.
Preferably, the catch 3 is arranged at an end of the side plate 22 remote from the bottom plate 21. Because the end of the side plate 22 far away from the bottom plate 21 is a free end, the side plate 22 also has elasticity, and the buckle 3 is arranged at the end of the side plate 22 far away from the bottom plate 21, so that the elasticity of the side plate 22 is fully utilized, and the noise occurrence probability of the dehumidifier caused by vibration is reduced.
The buckles 3 respectively connected to the two side plates 22 are symmetrically arranged relative to the bottom plate 21, so that the stability of the connection between the shell 2 and the dehumidifier main body 1 is improved.
Further, buckle 3 sets up in the middle part of the side of the one end of keeping away from bottom plate 21 of curb plate 22 to improve the stability after shell 2 installs, and then further improve the damping effect.
Of course, it may also be: the snap-fit parts 5 are provided on the side plates 22. Preferably, the snap-fit part 5 is arranged at an end of the side plate 22 remote from the bottom plate 21.
As shown in fig. 8, the buckle 3 includes a strip member 31 and a protrusion 32, the strip member 31 has a fixed end and a free end, the fixed end of the strip member 31 is connected with the casing 2, the protrusion 32 is disposed at the free end of the strip member 31, the buckle fitting member 5 includes a first limiting portion 51, and the first limiting portion 51 is fitted with the protrusion 32 to limit the relative movement between the casing 2 and the dehumidifier main body 1, so as to connect the casing 2 and the dehumidifier main body 1.
It is also preferable that the dehumidifier further comprises screws for connecting the case 2 and the dehumidifier body 1. When the shell 2 is mounted on the dehumidifier main body 1, the shell 2 and the dehumidifier main body 1 can be connected through the elastic buckle connection structure, and then the shell 2 and the dehumidifier main body 1 are connected by using screws, so that an operator does not need to hold the shell 2 to position the shell 2 and the dehumidifier main body 1, the assembly efficiency of the dehumidifier is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 8, the snap-fit component 5 further includes a second limiting portion 52, the second limiting portion 52 and the protrusion 32 are disposed at an interval in the extending direction of the bar-shaped component 31, and the second limiting portion 52 is disposed on a side of the bar-shaped component 31 opposite to the first limiting portion 51. The second position-limiting portion 52 limits the strip member 31 to incline in a direction away from the first position-limiting portion 51, so as to prevent the buckle 3 from being separated from the position where the first position-limiting portion 51 is engaged.
The second stopper portion 52 pushes the bar-shaped member 31 in the direction toward the first stopper portion 51, thereby increasing the elasticity of the bar-shaped member 31 in pushing the protrusion 32 toward the first stopper portion 51.
The buckle 3 further includes a boss 33 disposed on a side of the strip member 31 opposite to the protrusion 32, and the boss 33 cooperates with the second position-limiting portion 52 to limit the strip member 31 from inclining in a direction away from the first position-limiting portion 51.
As shown in fig. 8, the buckle 3 further includes a connecting member 36 standing on the housing 2, one end of the connecting member 36 away from the housing 2 is connected to the fixed end of the bar member 31, and the connecting member 36 is connected to the boss 32.
When the clip 3 moves to the position where the projection 32 engages with the first stopper portion 51 toward the clip engaging member 5, the second stopper portion 52 abuts against the connecting member 36 to restrict the clip 3 from moving further.
In this embodiment, the connecting member 36 and the bar member 31 are both connected to the boss 33 to increase the elasticity of the bar member 31 pushing the protrusion 32 toward the first position-limiting portion 51. Further, it is also advantageous to enhance the structural strength of the buckle 3.
The boss 33 includes a first section near the free end of the rod member 31, the height of which increases as it goes away from the projection 32 in the extending direction of the rod member 31.
In the process of moving the buckle 3 to the buckle matching structure 5, the second limiting part 52 can move to the top surface of the boss 22 along the surface of the first section of the boss 33, so that the height of the first section of the boss 33 is gradually increased, and the shell 2 is convenient to be assembled on the dehumidifier main body 1.
In the process that the buckle 3 moves towards the buckle matching part 5, the second limiting part 52 moves along the surface of the first section of the boss 33 facing the free end of the strip-shaped part 31, when the second limiting part 52 moves to the top surface of the boss 33, the protrusion 32 is matched with the first limiting part 51, and the second limiting part 52 limits the inclination of the strip-shaped part 31 towards the direction far away from the first limiting part 51.

The first stopper member 51 and the second stopper member 52 have a gap therebetween to allow the passage of the clip 3.
The first surface 34 of the protrusion 32 facing away from the fixed end of the strip member 31 is an inclined surface or an arc surface, and when the buckle 3 moves towards the first position-limiting portion 51 to make the protrusion 32 and the first position-limiting portion 51 be in the matching position, the first position-limiting portion 51 moves along the first surface 34 relative to the protrusion 32, so that the protrusion 32 is pushed and pressed in a direction away from the first position-limiting portion 51, so that the protrusion 32 moves from the first side of the first position-limiting portion 51 to the second side of the first position-limiting portion 51.
The second surface 35 of the protrusion 32 facing the fixed end of the bar 31 is an inclined surface or an arc surface, and when the clip 3 moves away from the first position-limiting portion 51 to separate the protrusion 32 from the first position-limiting portion 51, the first position-limiting portion 51 moves along the second surface 35 relative to the protrusion 32, so that the protrusion 32 is pushed and pressed in a direction away from the first position-limiting portion 51, so that the protrusion 32 moves from the second side of the first position-limiting portion 51 to the first side of the first position-limiting portion 51.
The above description is only exemplary of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the invention, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
