一种新型米肋复合板,其特征在于:所述米肋复合板包括外部框架结构和设置在所述外部框架结构内的多个并列设置的墙板,所述外部框架结构包括设置在墙板左、右两侧的边缘构件和设置在墙板上、下两端的连接梁,所述连接梁的外部设有楼板,所述墙板之间通过连接柱固定连接,所述墙板包括水平设置的肋梁和竖直设置的肋柱,所述肋梁和肋柱组成矩形框结构,所述矩形框结构内包括交叉设置的肋条,所述肋条的两端分别固定于框架结构的对角点上形成米字状的肋格,所述肋格内设有填充体。本发明的目的是提供一种结构自重轻、抗震性能好、保温隔热、节能效果佳的新型米肋复合板及加工方法。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体为新型米肋复合板及加工方法。
背景技术
现有米肋复合板采用水平肋梁和竖直肋柱正交的形式。虽然肋梁、肋柱本身的存在对米肋复合板结构体系的整体刚度、水平承载力有一定的提高,并对肋格内的填充砌块有一定的约束作用,裂缝一般沿主应力方向发展,填充砌块很快变形开裂,进入塑形状态。而且砌块与肋梁和肋柱之间可能产生较大的相对滑移,使得肋梁和肋柱的强度得不到充分发挥,两者共同工作的整体性能不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构自重轻、抗震性能好、保温隔热、节能效果佳的新型米肋复合板及加工方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:所述米肋复合板包括外部框架结构和设置在所述外部框架结构内的多个并列设置的墙板,所述外部框架结构包括设置在墙板左、右两侧的边缘构件和设置在墙板上、下两端的连接梁,所述连接梁的外部设有楼板,所述墙板之间通过连接柱固定连接,所述墙板包括水平设置的肋梁和竖直设置的肋柱,所述肋梁和肋柱组成矩形框结构,所述矩形框结构内包括交叉设置的肋条,所述肋条的两端分别固定于框架结构的对角点上形成米字状的肋格,所述肋格内设有填充体。
进一步的,所述米肋复合板之间设有中空肋梁,所述中空肋梁内设有冷热风输送管道
进一步的,所述框架结构和肋条均为钢筋混凝土结构或所述框架结构和肋条均为钢骨架结构。
进一步的,所述楼板为现浇米肋复合楼盖、现浇空心楼盖或普通混凝土楼板。
进一步的,所述连接柱内的钢筋伸出连接梁,并与楼板固定连接。
更进一步的,所述楼板外侧设有保温层。所述保温层内设有保温材料,所述保温材料表面设有由水泥、高分子聚合物、填充料和抗裂纤维经水混合而成的混合砂浆面层。
一种新型米肋复合板的加工方法,其步骤为:
①、墙板吊装前准备及安装:施工前,墙板安装位置抄平、放线,施工时,先绑扎或焊接现浇连接墙体边缘构件或连接柱纵向钢筋,铺设墙板底部砂浆,再将墙板起吊就位后固定与矫正;
②、梳整绑扎墙板伸入边缘构件或连接柱内的胡子筋;
③、墙体边缘构件、连接柱模板安装;
④、浇筑墙体边缘构件及连接柱构件混凝土;
⑤、楼板系统、连接梁模板安装;
⑥、梳整墙板顶部伸入连接梁内的胡子筋;
⑦、楼板及连接梁钢筋绑扎;
⑧、浇筑楼板及连接梁混凝土;
⑨、上一层密肋复合墙体施工。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,再次发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
一种新型米肋复合板,所述米肋复合板包括外部框架结构和设置在所述外部框架结构内的多个并列设置的墙板,所述外部框架结构包括设置在墙板左、右两侧的边缘构件和设置在墙板上、下两端的连接梁,所述连接梁的外部设有楼板,所述墙板之间通过连接柱固定连接,所述墙板包括水平设置的肋梁和竖直设置的肋柱,所述肋梁和肋柱组成矩形框结构,所述矩形框结构内包括交叉设置的肋条,所述肋条的两端分别固定于框架结构的对角点上形成米字状的肋格,所述肋格内设有填充体。
所述米肋复合板之间设有中空肋梁,所述中空肋梁内设有冷热风输送管道。
所述框架结构和肋条均为钢筋混凝土结构。所述框架结构和肋条均为钢骨架结构。
所述楼板为现浇米肋复合楼盖、现浇空心楼盖或普通混凝土楼板。
所述连接柱内的钢筋伸出连接梁,并与楼板固定连接。
所述楼板外侧设有保温层。所述保温层内设有保温材料,所述保温材料表面设有由水泥、高分子聚合物、填充料和抗裂纤维经水混合而成的混合砂浆面层。
一种新型米肋复合板的加工方法,其步骤为:
①、墙板吊装前准备及安装:施工前,墙板安装位置抄平、放线,施工时,先绑扎或焊接现浇连接墙体边缘构件或连接柱纵向钢筋,铺设墙板底部砂浆,再将墙板起吊就位后固定与矫正。墙板安装时的控制边线以结构轴线为准向外引设弹墨线,板面垂直度和轴向位移的偏差应以中线为主进行调整;墙板宽度方向偏差以两端控制端线为主进行调整;墙板洞口位置偏差以洞口边线为主调整,外墙板不方正时应以竖缝为主进行调整,外墙板接缝不平时应以满足外墙面平整为主进行调整,内墙板不平时应以满足主要房间和楼梯间墙面平整为主进行调整,两边均为主要房间时其偏差宜均匀调整,内墙板翘曲时宜均匀调整。用于临时固定墙板的斜拉钢丝绳和卡具必须安全可靠,满足受力要求。墙板固定在两端部用卡具固定和钢丝绳斜拉固定,每块墙板固定不应少于两个卡具(外墙)和四个对称受拉点(内墙),斜拉的钢丝揽风绳与墙板垂直面夹角不宜小于45°。
②、梳整绑扎墙板伸入边缘构件或连接柱内的胡子筋;
③、墙体边缘构件、连接柱模板安装;
④、浇筑墙体边缘构件及连接柱构件混凝土;
⑤、楼板系统、连接梁模板安装;
⑥、梳整墙板顶部伸入连接梁内的胡子筋;
⑦、楼板及连接梁钢筋绑扎;
⑧、浇筑楼板及连接梁混凝土;
⑨、上一层密肋复合墙体施工。
本发明的米肋复合板结构可单独采用,也可与刚劲混凝土框架、剪力墙等其他结构体系共同行程混合结构体系。
米肋复合板结构中,米肋复合板不仅起围护、分隔空间和保温作用,而且可作为承力构件使用,可有效减少受力构件界面尺寸及钢筋用量。
米肋复合板在水平荷载作用下,在出现裂缝的情况下,裂缝首先出现在低强度材料中,由于受到肋格的约束,其裂缝被限制在一定范围之内,在反复荷载作用下,一方面荷载产生的裂缝在反方向加载时将趋于闭合,能继续有效地承受荷载,墙板整体承载能力不会明显降低,这使得低强度材料有效参与结构的抗侧立体系成为可能,从而可提高结构抗侧刚度,拓展结构的建造高度;另外,由于众多裂缝在肋格内的闭合与开展,类似一能耗装置,可洗手与耗散大量地震能量,从而可有效提高结构的耗能能力,使得主体结构在地震中不至于有较大损伤,提高了抗震能力。

1.一种新型米肋复合板,其特征在于:所述米肋复合板包括外部框架结构和设置在所述外部框架结构内的多个并列设置的墙板,所述外部框架结构包括设置在墙板左、右两侧的边缘构件和设置在墙板上、下两端的连接梁,所述连接梁的外部设有楼板,所述墙板之间通过连接柱固定连接,所述墙板包括水平设置的肋梁和竖直设置的肋柱,所述肋梁和肋柱组成矩形框结构,所述矩形框结构内包括交叉设置的肋条,所述肋条的两端分别固定于框架结构的对角点上形成米字状的肋格,所述肋格内设有填充体。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型米肋复合板,其特征在于:所述米肋复合板之间设有中空肋梁,所述中空肋梁内设有冷热风输送管道。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型米肋复合板,其特征在于:所述框架结构和肋条均为钢筋混凝土结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的新型米肋复合板,其特征在于:所述框架结构和肋条均为钢骨架结构。
5.如权利要求1所述的新型米肋复合板,其特征在于:所述楼板为现浇米肋复合楼盖、现浇空心楼盖或普通混凝土楼板。
6.如权利要求1所述的新型米肋复合板,其特征在于:所述连接柱内的钢筋伸出连接梁,并与楼板固定连接。
7.如权利要求1所述的新型米肋复合板,其特征在于:所述楼板外侧设有保温层。
8.如权利要求7所述的新型米肋复合板,其特征在于:所述保温层内设有保温材料,所述保温材料表面设有由水泥、高分子聚合物、填充料和抗裂纤维经水混合而成的混合砂浆面层。
9.一种如权利要求1所述的新型米肋复合板的加工方法,其步骤为:
①、墙板吊装前准备及安装:施工前,墙板安装位置抄平、放线,施工时,先绑扎或焊接现浇连接墙体边缘构件或连接柱纵向钢筋,铺设墙板底部砂浆,再将墙板起吊就位后固定与矫正;
②、梳整绑扎墙板伸入边缘构件或连接柱内的胡子筋;
③、墙体边缘构件、连接柱模板安装;
④、浇筑墙体边缘构件及连接柱构件混凝土;
⑤、楼板系统、连接梁模板安装;
⑥、梳整墙板顶部伸入连接梁内的胡子筋;
⑦、楼板及连接梁钢筋绑扎;
⑧、浇筑楼板及连接梁混凝土;
⑨、上一层密肋复合墙体施工。
