本发明涉及建筑设计技术领域,且公开了一种基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板,包括底板,所述底板的右端开设有卡槽一,底板的前侧开设有卡槽二,底板的左端固定安装有与卡槽一相适配的卡块一,底板的后侧固定安装有与卡槽二相适配的卡块二,所述底板的内部固定安装有位于卡槽二上方的塑胶管,在塑胶管的内部填充有吸音棉,并且在塑胶管的侧面活动连接有与底板活动卡接的支撑板。该基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板,通过设置塑胶管和吸音棉可以在发生地震时通过挤压塑胶管起到减震的效果,吸音棉起到隔音的作用,防震效果较好,其性能可以有效的满足现有设计的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑设计技术领域,具体为一种基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板。
背景技术
建筑设计是指建筑物在建造之前,设计者按照建设任务,把施工过程和使用过程中所存在的或可能发生的问题,事先作好通盘的设想,拟定好解决这些问题的办法和方案,用图纸和文件表达出来,作为备料、施工组织工作和各工种在制作、建造工作中互相配合协作的共同依据,便于整个工程得以在预定的投资限额范围内,按照周密考虑的预定方案,统一步调,顺利进行,并使建成的建筑物充分满足使用者和社会所期望的各种要求。
在建筑设计转变为建筑的过程中都会使用到板材类,但现有的板材多防震效果较差,其性能不能满足现有设计的需求,故而我们提出了一种基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板,来解决以上的问题。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板,具备防震、轻度高及使用范围更大等优点,解决了现有的板材多防震效果较差,其性能不能满足现有设计需求的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述防震、轻度高及使用范围更大的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板,包括底板,所述底板的右端开设有卡槽一,底板的前侧开设有卡槽二,底板的左端固定安装有与卡槽一相适配的卡块一,底板的后侧固定安装有与卡槽二相适配的卡块二,所述底板的内部固定安装有位于卡槽二上方的塑胶管,在塑胶管的内部填充有吸音棉,并且在塑胶管的侧面活动连接有与底板活动卡接的支撑板,所述支撑板远离塑胶管一侧的表面铺设有玻化微珠保温砂浆层,在玻化微珠保温砂浆层远离支撑板的一侧铺设有钢丝网层,在钢丝网层远离玻化微珠保温砂浆层的一侧通过铺设的防水腻子层与饰面层的侧面粘连。
优选的,所述卡槽一的长度小于底板的宽度,卡槽二的长度小于底板的长度。
优选的,所述卡槽一和卡槽二的厚度相同,并且卡槽一和卡槽二的横截面位于同一水平面。
优选的,所述塑胶管的数量为十五个,并且所有塑胶管直径的总长与支撑板的长度相等。
优选的,所述钢丝网层采用直径为零点三毫米的钢丝编织而成。
优选的,所述塑胶管采用聚乙烯塑料管。

2、该基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板,通过设置塑胶管和吸音棉可以在发生地震时通过挤压塑胶管起到减震的效果,吸音棉起到隔音的作用,防震效果较好,其性能可以有效的满足现有设计的需求。
3、该基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板,通过设置玻化微珠保温砂浆层取代传统的材料,具有强度高、质轻、保温、隔热好、电绝缘性能好、耐磨、耐腐蚀及防辐射等显著特点,实用价值高。

请参阅图1-3,一种基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板,包括底板1,底板1的右端开设有卡槽一2,卡槽一2的长度小于底板1的宽度,卡槽二3的长度小于底板1的长度,卡槽一2和卡槽二3的厚度相同,并且卡槽一2和卡槽二3的横截面位于同一水平面,底板1的前侧开设有卡槽二3,底板1的左端固定安装有与卡槽一2相适配的卡块一4,底板1的后侧固定安装有与卡槽二3相适配的卡块二5,通过设置相适配的卡槽与卡块,可以将不同的板拼接在一起,使其能满足更大的使用面积,使用范围更大,底板1的内部固定安装有位于卡槽二3上方的塑胶管6,塑胶管6为圆筒形,塑胶管6采用聚乙烯塑料管,塑胶管6的数量为十五个,并且所有塑胶管6直径的总长与支撑板8的长度相等,在塑胶管6的内部填充有吸音棉7,通过设置塑胶管6和吸音棉7可以在发生地震时通过挤压塑胶管6起到减震的效果,吸音棉7起到隔音的作用,防震效果较好,其性能可以有效的满足现有设计的需求,并且在塑胶管6的侧面活动连接有与底板1活动卡接的支撑板8,支撑板8远离塑胶管6一侧的表面铺设有玻化微珠保温砂浆层9,通过设置玻化微珠保温砂浆层9取代传统的材料,具有强度高、质轻、保温、隔热好、电绝缘性能好、耐磨、耐腐蚀及防辐射等显著特点,实用价值高,在玻化微珠保温砂浆层9远离支撑板8的一侧铺设有钢丝网层10,钢丝网层10采用直径为零点三毫米的钢丝编织而成,通过设置钢丝网10层可以起到加强整个板的目的,强度更高,在钢丝网层10远离玻化微珠保温砂浆层9的一侧通过铺设的防水腻子层11与饰面层12的侧面粘连,各层之间均无缝隙粘连。
综上所述,该基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板,通过设置相适配的卡槽与卡块,可以将不同的板拼接在一起,使其能满足更大的使用面积,使用范围更大。

Claims (6)
1.一种基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板,包括底板(1),其特征在于:所述底板(1)的右端开设有卡槽一(2),底板(1)的前侧开设有卡槽二(3),底板(1)的左端固定安装有与卡槽一(2)相适配的卡块一(4),底板(1)的后侧固定安装有与卡槽二(3)相适配的卡块二(5),所述底板(1)的内部固定安装有位于卡槽二(3)上方的塑胶管(6),在塑胶管(6)的内部填充有吸音棉(7),并且在塑胶管(6)的侧面活动连接有与底板(1)活动卡接的支撑板(8),所述支撑板(8)远离塑胶管(6)一侧的表面铺设有玻化微珠保温砂浆层(9),在玻化微珠保温砂浆层(9)远离支撑板(8)的一侧铺设有钢丝网层(10),在钢丝网层(10)远离玻化微珠保温砂浆层(9)的一侧通过铺设的防水腻子层(11)与饰面层(12)的侧面粘连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板,其特征在于:所述卡槽一(2)的长度小于底板(1)的宽度,卡槽二(3)的长度小于底板(1)的长度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板,其特征在于:所述卡槽一(2)和卡槽二(3)的厚度相同,并且卡槽一(2)和卡槽二(3)的横截面位于同一水平面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板,其特征在于:所述塑胶管(6)的数量为十五个,并且所有塑胶管(6)直径的总长与支撑板(8)的长度相等。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板,其特征在于:所述钢丝网层(10)采用直径为零点三毫米的钢丝编织而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于玻化微珠保温砂浆的防震可拼板,其特征在于:所述塑胶管(6)采用聚乙烯塑料管。
