Abstract

本发明公开了一种适用于耐火需求的钢框架梁柱节点连接结构,包括型钢柱、型钢梁、与型钢柱焊接的连接板;所述型钢柱设有加劲肋;所述型钢梁包括翼缘、腹板、补强板;所述翼缘与型钢柱焊接,所述连接板通过高强螺栓与腹板连接;所述补强板分别与型钢柱、翼缘焊接。本发明具有减小火灾过程中型钢梁热膨胀对节点产生的压力,也具有火灾降温过程中钢梁内拉力对梁柱连接的拉力破坏,对提高节点耐火性能具有显著效果。

Description

一种适用于耐火需求的钢框架梁柱节点连接结构
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及工业与民用建筑钢结构连接构造,具体涉及到常用民用钢结构框架梁 柱连接形式,特别是涉及到有耐火需求的民用钢结构框架梁柱连接构造。
背景技术
[0002] 钢框架梁柱节点对钢结构建筑(物)的安全稳健起到了至关重要的作用。在正常使 用或抵御灾害过程中,均需要梁柱节点具有荷载传递、变形消能及维持结构整体性等能力; 一旦节点破坏,结构将形成机动构架而失去承载能力。
[0003] 在火灾过程中,钢框架梁柱节点须先承受框架梁热膨胀压力,然后承担框架梁的 “悬链线”拉力,如图1所示。大部分梁柱节点均在火灾升温过程中被钢梁热胀挤压破坏,或 是在降温阶段,悬链线拉力超过梁柱连接承载力而造成节点破坏。因此,梁柱节点须具备足 够的抗压和抗拉能力以及足够的柔性变形能力,以保障梁柱节点的火灾安全。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种提高钢结构耐火性 能、避免结构连续性倒塌破坏的适用于耐火需求的钢框架梁柱节点连接结构。
[ooos]为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的适用于耐火需求的钢框架梁柱节点连接结 构,包括型钢柱、型钢梁、与型钢柱焊接的连接板;所述型钢柱设有加劲肋;所述型钢梁包括 翼缘、腹板、补强板;所述翼缘与型钢柱焊接,所述连接板通过高强螺栓与腹板连接;所述补 强板分别与型钢柱、翼缘焊接;所述加强肋与翼缘厚度相同。
[0006]作为改进,所述加强肋与加焊补强板后的翼缘宽度相同。
[0007]作为改进,所述补强板与翼缘厚度相同,补强板的长度不长于腹板与型钢柱的距 离的1/3,补强板的斜切角不高于45°。

[0011]作为改进,所述连接板长度为翼缘厚度的13倍与高强螺栓栓孔直径的4倍之和。 [0012] 本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的适用于耐火需求的钢框架梁柱节点连接结构在常温 下能够同常规梁柱节点连接结构性能一样,承担外部荷载引起的弯矩和剪力。在火灾升温 过程中,型钢梁的上下翼缘及腹板被型钢梁热胀压屈,通过几何大变形吸收型钢梁热胀变 形能;在型钢梁进入悬链线拉力阶段,梁端压屈翼缘及腹板重新展平,利用材料非线性避免 ,梁柱连接部位强度破坏。且由于型钢梁端的翼缘与腹板不连续,该节点连接结构具有较 高的转动能力,因此能够满足钢框架梁柱节点的耐火需求,也能够满足钢框架梁柱节点抗 震耗能需求。
[0013] 本发明传力明确,构造简单,在设计与加工方面不存在技木难度。灯別A=用特 性与钢结构火灾响应基本特征,充分利用节点连接结构的几何非法性与钢材的材料非线 性,即满足了节点具备较高耐火性能的需求,又具有较高的经济效益。

[0016] 如图2至3所示,本发明的适用于耐火需求的钢框架梁柱节点连接结构,包括型钢 柱1、型钢梁2、与型钢柱1焊接的连接板3;所述型钢柱1为标准型钢柱,设有加劲肋la,加强 肋la对型钢柱1起强化作用;所述型钢梁2包括翼缘如、腹板2b、补强板5;所述翼缘2a与型钢 柱1焊接,所述连接板3通过高强螺栓4与腹板%连接;所述补强板5分别与型钢柱1、翼缘2a 焊接,补强板5用于加强型钢梁2的端部。
[0017]所述加强肋la与翼缘2a厚度相同,加强肋la与加焊补强板5后的翼缘2a宽度相同; 所述补强板5与翼缘2a厚度相同,补强板5的长度为腹板2b与型钢柱1的距离的1/3,补强板5 的斜切角为45 °;所述腹板2b与型钢柱1的距离为翼缘2a厚度的13倍;所述连接板3长度为翼 缘2a厚度的13倍与高强螺栓4栓孔直径的4倍之和,连接板3与腹板2b的厚度相同。

1. 一种适用于耐火需求的钢框架梁柱节点连接结构,包括型钢柱(1)、型钢梁(2)、与型 钢柱(1)焊接的连接板(3);其特征在于:所述型钢柱(1)设有加劲肋(ia);所述型钢梁(2)包 括翼缘(2a)、腹板(¾)、补强板(5);所述翼缘(¾)与型钢柱(D焊接,所述连接板(3)通过高 强螺栓(4)与腹板(2b)连接;所述补强板(5)分别与型钢柱(1)、翼缘(2a)焊接;所述加强肋 (la)与翼缘(_2a)厚度相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于耐火需求的钢框架梁柱节点连接结构,其特征在于: 所述加强肋(la)与加焊补强板(5)后的翼缘(2a)宽度相同。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的适用于耐火需求的钢框架梁柱节点连接结构,其特征在 于:所述补强板(5)与翼缘(¾)厚度相同,补强板(¾的长度不长于腹板(2b)与型钢柱(1)的 距离的1/3,补强板(5)的斜切角不高于45。。

6.根据权利要求1或2所述的适用于耐火需求的钢框架梁柱节点连接结构,其特征在 于:所述连接板(3)的长度为翼缘(2a)厚度的1〇〜15倍与高强螺栓(4)栓孔直径的4倍之和, 连接板(3)与腹板(2b)的厚度相同。
