Preferably, the paste component containing the PVC paste resin of step b is:
90-110 parts of PVC paste resin; 50-70 parts of DOP plasticizer; 65-85 parts of calcium carbonate; 2-4 parts of a stabilizer; 12-21 parts of titanium dioxide; 10-20 parts of a viscosity reducer; 1-3 parts of a foaming agent; 10-15 parts of D-80 solvent oil.
Wherein the stabilizer is PVC stabilizer, and can be potassium zinc stabilizer MGS-9303 or K-Zn (9004-2) or JL1501 or potassium zinc liquid stabilizer KZ-3608. The viscosity reducer is MGS-9301 or M-III (9211). The foaming agent is azophthalein ammonium potassium formate (AP) or Azodicarbonamide (AC). If flame-retardant wallpaper needs to be produced, 10-15 parts by weight of flame retardant is added. In addition, other components such as whitening agent, antioxidant and the like can be added according to different use requirements of the product. PVC powder, DOP and calcium carbonate are used as main parts of raw materials, wherein the calcium carbonate is used as a filling component. The three raw materials are transparent after being gelled, so that the titanium dioxide is required to be added to create a white base color to play a role in covering, the gelling process can be slowly carried out by the stabilizer, and the viscosity reducer is used for adjusting the viscosity of the paste. The viscosity of the paste during production is measured by using an 8MM caliber measuring cup and is controlled to be about 8-25 seconds.
Paste preparation and feeding sequence: (1) Weighing the DOP plasticizer and the viscosity reducer, and respectively putting into a charging basket; (2) Starting the stirrer, respectively adding the stabilizer, the foaming agent and the titanium dioxide, stirring at the speed of 1000rpm for 20 minutes, and then adding the materials; (3) Adding PVC paste resin powder while stirring, and continuously stirring; (4) adding calcium carbonate powder, and stirring for 10-15 minutes; (5) And D-80 solvent oil is added according to the appropriate viscosity of the paste to adjust the viscosity. The paste viscosity can be measured using an NDJ-1 rotational viscozer. (6) Adding the prepared paste into a three-roller grinding machine, grinding, filtering by using a metal net with more than 120 meshes, and filling into a charging basket for later use.
Preferably, the paste component containing the PVC paste resin of step b is:
95-105 parts of PVC paste resin; 55-65 parts of DOP plasticizer; 70-80 parts of calcium carbonate; 2.5-3.5 parts of a stabilizer; 15-18 parts of titanium dioxide; 12-18 parts of a viscosity reducer; 1.5-2.5 parts of foaming agent; 11-14 parts of D-80 solvent oil.
Preferably, the cloth is applied with a tension of 25 to 35Kgf before embossing and 17 to 30Kgf after embossing in the step d. The pre-embossing tension is 28-35Kgf and the post-embossing tension is 20-30Kgf when embossing is performed in a register, and the pre-embossing tension is 28-35Kgf and the post-embossing tension is 17-20Kgf when embossing is performed in a non-register.
Preferably, the printing tension control range in the step c is as follows: tension of discharging is 10-15Kgf, tension of discharging traction is 15-18Kgf, and tension of leading-out is 15-25Kgf.
Preferably, the hot air drying in the step b is divided into five zones: the temperature of the first zone is 150 +/-10 ℃, the temperature of the second zone is 170 +/-10 ℃, the temperature of the third zone is 200 +/-10 ℃, the temperature of the fourth zone is 200 +/-10 ℃ and the temperature of the fifth zone is 160 +/-10 ℃.
The wallpaper base paper is a conventional wallpaper base material and is not used as PVC coated or printed paper.
The invention has the advantages that:
the PVC wide-width seamless wallcovering can realize large-width manufacture of the PVC wallcovering, the width can reach 2.7 to 3.2 meters, the width can be larger according to the requirement, even 5 to 10 meters can be realized, the continuous production of the whole batch of cloth can be realized in the length direction, the requirement of seamless width can be integrally realized, and the seamless paving and pasting can be realized in the vertical direction and the circumferential direction of a decorative space.

The technical solution of the present invention is further specifically described below by way of specific examples in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the following examples, and that any changes and/or modifications may be made to the invention as described herein.
In the invention, all parts and percentages are weight units, and all equipment and raw materials can be purchased from the market or commonly used in the industry.
Example 1:
the PVC wide seamless wallhanging shown in figure 1 comprises a polyester fabric layer 2; the wallpaper raw paper layer 4 completely covers the back surface of the polyester cloth layer 2; the water-based adhesive layer 3 is arranged between the back surface of the polyester cloth layer and the raw paper layer of the wallpaper; the PVC foaming coating 1 coated on the front surface of the polyester fabric, and the surface printing coating 7 is arranged on the surface of the PVC foaming coating 1. The surface printing coating 7 is a printing layer and an embossing structure, and the patterns and the embossing of the printing layer are arranged in a matching way.
As shown in figure 2, when the PVC wall cloth is paved, cold glue is coated on the leveled surface of the paved wall body, then the cold glue is combined with the wall paper raw paper layer, and the wall body is leveled after being paved.
The manufacturing method of the PVC wall cloth is carried out according to the following steps in sequence:
a. compounding gray fabric and a wallpaper raw paper layer: compounding a whole roll of cloth with the width of 2.7-3.2 meters with a whole roll of wallpaper base paper by using aqueous adhesive, wherein the width of the wallpaper base paper is the same as that of the cloth, the wallpaper base paper is compounded on the back of the cloth, and the wallpaper base paper is continuously compounded on the back of the cloth; the obtained product continuously enters the next step through a production line without being rolled.
b, PVC coating: c, continuously and uniformly coating a paste containing PVC paste resin on the front side of the cloth of the product obtained in the step a, coating the paste on the grey cloth, and then drying the grey cloth by hot air, wherein the hot air drying is divided into five areas: the first zone is at 150 ℃ +/-10 ℃, the second zone is at 170 ℃ +/-10 ℃, the third zone is at 200 ℃ +/-10 ℃, the fourth zone is at 200 ℃ +/-10 ℃ and the fifth zone is at 160 ℃ +/-10 ℃. The dried cloth is cooled and hardened by circulating chilled water through two cooling wheels, the back of the cloth product obtained in the step is provided with continuous composite wallpaper base paper, the front of the cloth product is provided with a uniform PVC coating, and the thickness of the PVC coating is 120g/m & lt 2 > the coating is to uniformly coat the paste on the front surface of the cloth layer by using a coating knife. The drying is to use a gas heater to dry the surface coating of the cloth layer through a hot air circulating system so as to enable the PVC coating to be gelled. The obtained product continuously enters the next step through a production line without being rolled.
The paste composition comprising the PVC paste resin was: 90 parts of PVC paste resin; 50 parts of DOP plasticizer; 65 parts of calcium carbonate; 2 parts of a potassium zinc stabilizer MGS-9303; 12 parts of titanium dioxide; 10 parts of viscosity reducer with the model number of MGS-9301; 1 part of azo potassium methanesulfonate (AP) foaming agent; 10 parts of D-80 solvent oil. (the stabilizers, viscosity reducers, and foaming agents in the examples are suggested to indicate specific substances that might otherwise be disclosed inadequately)
c. Printing: b, printing a required pattern on the surface of the PVC coating obtained in the step b, drying the printed pattern after printing the pattern, and applying tension to the cloth to flatten the surface of the PVC coating when printing the pattern; the printing is to use a printing wheel and circulating ink, different patterns adopt different printing wheels, and the required wallhanging patterns are printed on the surface of the fabric. The ink is scraped by a special printing scraper. In the production process, the viscosity of the ink is measured by using a caliber measuring cup, and is controlled within 25-40 seconds, and the viscosity of the pearl powder, the gold powder and the ink can be properly relaxed to be within 60 seconds. During multicolor printing, the printing plates need to be dried, namely, between each printing plate, an independent gas heater is utilized, and the patterns printed each time are dried through hot air circulation, so that the ink confusion of the front printing plate and the rear printing plate is prevented. The obtained product continuously enters the next step through a production line without being rolled.
d. Example 3:

The surface printing coating 7 is a printing layer and an embossing structure, and the patterns and the embossing of the printing layer are arranged in a non-register way.
As shown in figure 2, when the PVC wallcovering is laid and attached, cold glue is coated on the leveled surface of the laid and attached wall, then the cold glue is combined with the wallpaper raw paper layer, and the PVC wallcovering is laid and attached continuously in the vertical direction and the circumferential direction of the surface of the laid and attached wall, and after the PVC wallcovering is laid and attached, redundant wallcoverings on the upper edge and the lower edge of the wall are cut by a craft knife.

a. compounding gray fabric and a wallpaper raw paper layer: compounding a whole roll of cloth with the width of 2.7-3.2 meters with a whole roll of wallpaper base paper by using aqueous adhesive, wherein the width of the wallpaper base paper is the same as that of the cloth, the wallpaper base paper is compounded on the back of the cloth, and the wallpaper base paper is continuously compounded on the back of the cloth;
PVC coating: in the step ofa, continuously and uniformly coating a paste containing PVC paste resin on the front surface of the cloth of the obtained product, coating the paste on the grey cloth, and then drying the grey cloth by hot air, wherein the hot air drying is divided into five areas: the first zone is at 150 ℃ +/-10 ℃, the second zone is at 170 ℃ +/-10 ℃, the third zone is at 200 ℃ +/-10 ℃, the fourth zone is at 200 ℃ +/-10 ℃ and the fifth zone is at 160 ℃ +/-10 ℃. The cloth after drying is cooled and hardened by circulating chilled water through two cooling wheels, the back of the cloth product obtained in the step is provided with continuous composite wallpaper base paper, the front of the cloth product is provided with a uniform PVC coating, and the thickness of the PVC coating is 210g/m 2 (ii) a The coating is to uniformly coat the paste on the front surface of the cloth layer by using a coating knife. c. Printing: b, printing a required pattern on the surface of the PVC coating obtained in the step b, drying the printed pattern after printing the pattern, and applying tension to the cloth to flatten the surface of the PVC coating when printing the pattern; the printing is to use a printing wheel and circulating ink, different patterns adopt different printing wheels, and the required wallcovering patterns are printed on the surface of the fabric. The scraping ink adopts a special printing scraper. In the production process, the viscosity of the ink is measured by using a caliber measuring cup, and is controlled within 25-40 seconds, and the viscosity of the pearl powder, the gold powder and the ink can be properly relaxed to be within 60 seconds. During multicolor printing, the printing plates need to be dried, namely, between each printing plate, an independent gas heater is utilized, and the patterns printed each time are dried through hot air circulation, so that the ink confusion of the front printing plate and the rear printing plate is prevented.
d. Embossing: c, heating the product obtained in the step c to soften and foam the PVC coating, pressing embossing on the surface of the PVC coating by combining the printing pattern in the step c, aligning the embossing with the printing pattern in the step c, applying tension to the cloth in the embossing process, wherein the tension before embossing is 28-35Kgf, the tension after embossing is 20-30Kgf, and cooling the embossed product to obtain a final product; the softening is to heat the fabric by a foaming oven before embossing to soften the fabric, and the fabric is provided with an auxiliary electric heating cover, wherein the heating mode of the foaming oven adopts gas heating and passes through a hot air circulating system. The embossing means that after the fabric is softened, the fabric is pressed by an embossing wheel to generate a corresponding embossing effect. The surface temperature is controlled to be a proper temperature between 168 ℃ and 185 ℃ at the moment that the fabric is contacted with the embossing wheel according to the embossing depth of the surface of the product, and the surface temperature is controlled to be within the range of plus or minus 10% in the whole batch of product production process after the temperature value is determined. After softening and embossing, the fabric is cooled and hardened by circulating chilled water through an air cooling system and two cooling wheels.
And (5) rolling and warehousing the printed products after inspection and qualification.

Claims (10)

comprises a polyester cloth layer;
completely covering the wallpaper raw paper layer on the back of the polyester cloth layer;
the water-based adhesive layer is arranged between the back surface of the polyester cloth layer and the raw paper layer of the wallpaper;
a PVC foaming coating coated on the front surface of the polyester fabric;
and the surface printing coating is arranged on the surface of the PVC foaming coating.
2. The PVC wide width seamless wallcovering of claim 1, wherein: the wallpaper raw paper layer is of a continuous uninterrupted structure, and the width of the wallpaper raw paper layer is the same as that of the polyester cloth layer.
3. The PVC broad width seamless wallcovering according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the surface printing coating is a printing structure or an embossing structure or a printing and embossing combined structure.
4. The PVC broad width seamless wallcovering according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the breadth of the polyester cloth layer is 2.7-3.2 meters.
5. The method for manufacturing the PVC broad width seamless wallcovering according to any one of claims 1 to 4, which comprises the following sequential steps:
a. compounding gray fabric and a wallpaper raw paper layer: compounding a whole roll of cloth with the width of 2.7-3.2 meters with a whole roll of wallpaper base paper by using aqueous adhesive, wherein the width of the wallpaper base paper is the same as that of the cloth, the wallpaper base paper is compounded on the back of the cloth, and the wallpaper base paper is continuously compounded on the back of the cloth;
PVC coating: c, continuously and uniformly coating a paste containing PVC paste resin on the front side of the cloth of the product obtained in the step a, coating the paste on grey cloth, drying the grey cloth by hot air, cooling the dried cloth, and rolling the dried cloth for later use, wherein the back side of the cloth of the product obtained in the step a is provided with continuous composite wallpaper base paper, the front side of the cloth is provided with a uniform PVC coating, and the thickness of the PVC coating is 120-300g/m 2
c. Printing: b, printing a required pattern on the surface of the PVC coating obtained in the step b, drying the printed pattern after printing the pattern, and applying tension to the cloth to flatten the surface of the PVC coating when printing the pattern;
d. embossing: and c, heating the product obtained in the step c to soften and foam the PVC coating, pressing concave-convex embossing on the surface of the PVC coating by combining the printing pattern in the step c, distinguishing embossing from non-embossing according to design, applying tension to the cloth in the embossing process, and cooling the embossed product to obtain the final product.
6. The method for manufacturing the PVC wide width seamless wallcovering according to claim 5, wherein the paste composition containing the PVC paste resin of the step b is:
90-110 parts of PVC paste resin; 50-70 parts of DOP plasticizer; 65-85 parts of calcium carbonate; 2-4 parts of a stabilizer; 12-21 parts of titanium dioxide; 10-20 parts of a viscosity reducer; 1-3 parts of a foaming agent; 10-15 parts of D-80 solvent oil.
7. The method for manufacturing the PVC wide width seamless wallcovering according to claim 6, wherein the paste composition containing the PVC paste resin of the step b is:
95-105 parts of PVC paste resin; 55-65 parts of DOP plasticizer; 70-80 parts of calcium carbonate; 2.5-3.5 parts of a stabilizer; 15-18 parts of titanium dioxide; 12-18 parts of a viscosity reducer; 1.5-2.5 parts of foaming agent; 11-14 parts of D-80 solvent oil.
8. The method for manufacturing PVC broad width seamless wallcovering according to claim 5, 6 or 7, wherein in the step d, tension of 25-35Kgf is applied to the cloth before embossing, and tension of 17-30Kgf is applied after embossing.
9. The method for manufacturing PVC broad width seamless wallcovering according to claim 5, 6 or 7, wherein the printing tension control range in the step c is as follows: the tension of discharging is 10-15Kgf, the tension of discharging traction is 15-18Kgf, and the drawing tension is 15-25Kgf.
