本发明属于金属材料表面处理技术领域,涉及一种用于钢铁的环保型磷化液及其应用。本发明的用于钢铁的环保型磷化液包含氧化锌、磷酸、硝酸钙、磷酸二氢锰、柠檬酸、缓蚀剂和水,其中:每1L环保型磷化液中含有10~30g氧化锌、20~50g磷酸、10~50g硝酸钙、30~60g磷酸二氢锰、0.5~2g柠檬酸和0.5~3g缓蚀剂,余量为水。本发明的磷化液配方简单、合理,适用于钢铁表面处理行业。本发明采用锌盐、锰盐作为磷化的主盐,克服了高温磷化工艺的不足之处,确保了磷化后钢铁的耐腐蚀性能,并且在确定配方的基础上,对整个工艺进行了优化,操作简便,耗时短。

磷化处理是一种用于防止金属发生腐蚀的防护措施。钢铁表面的磷化被认为是钢铁与磷酸或其酸性溶液之间发生的一系列化学或电化学反应,并在钢铁表面生成磷酸盐膜(即磷化膜)的过程。磷化可提高钢铁的耐腐蚀性能,增强油漆的附着力,为钢板表面喷漆做好准备。优良的磷化工艺可为钢铁涂装提供工序间保护,以免引起二次生锈;防止涂膜与钢铁发生化学反应;减缓涂层的破损与锈蚀在涂层下的扩散速度,提高整个涂层体系的耐蚀性和产品的使用寿命。
随着社会的进步,人们对于产品的磷化要求也越来越高。不仅希望磷化膜更加紧密、细致,而且希望磷化膜的重量越来越轻。近年来,随着人们环保意识的增强,对于环保型磷化工艺的需求也越来越迫切。不但将磷化温度改为中温或低温,而且将磷化液中的强毒性组分也替换为弱毒性或无毒组分。当然,在磷化液的发展过程中,不仅需要考虑到环保方面的问题,也要考虑到实用性及工业化等方面的问题。
目前,用于钢铁的磷化液及其使用条件在许多方面仍有待改进。中国发明专利申请CN102644072A中公开了一种用于钢铁磷化的组合物。该磷化组合物含有二水合磷酸二氢锌、六水合硫酸镍、柠檬酸钠、聚乙二醇与五水合硫酸铜,其磷化速度慢,所需时间长,并且生成的磷化膜色泽不够光亮。中国发明专利申请CN103469187A中公开了一种用于钢铁表面磷化黑化的处理液,其由磷酸二氢锌、五水硫酸铜、硝酸锌、亚硝酸钠、磺基水杨酸、硝酸镍、钼酸铵、硫代硫酸钠、柠檬酸、聚丙烯酸和蒸馏水组成。该磷化液配方中含有亚硝酸钠或其它硝酸盐成分,磷化处理后排放的污水会对人体和环境产生巨大危害(CN103114282A和CN104087920A也存在类似问题)。中国发明专利申请CN102817025A中公开了一种含有铬酸的低温磷化液,其含有磷酸、氧化锌、钼酸铵、柠檬酸、硫酸钠、钼酸铋、铬酸和水。该磷化液的制备周期长达30小时,并且铬的使用破坏了磷化液的环保性。
发明内容
针对铬磷化工艺毒性大,高温磷化工艺能耗高、污染严重,低温磷化工艺速度慢、效率低的现状,本发明旨在提供一种全新的用于钢铁的环保型磷化液,其能够在低温环境下实现高效磷化,提高钢铁的耐腐蚀性能,增强钢铁表面的油漆附着力,同时能够避免铬及亚硝酸盐等高危险性组分的使用,降低对于人体及环境的危害,并且有效控制原料及能源成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种用于钢铁的环保型磷化液,其包含氧化锌(ZnO)、磷酸(H3PO4)、硝酸钙(Ca(NO3)2)、磷酸二氢锰(Mn(H2PO4)2)、柠檬酸(C6H8O7)、缓蚀剂和水。
优选的,每1L环保型磷化液中含有10~30g氧化锌、20~50g磷酸、10~50g硝酸钙、30~60g磷酸二氢锰、0.5~2g柠檬酸和0.5~3g缓蚀剂,余量为水。
更优选的,每1L环保型磷化液中含有15~25g氧化锌、25~40g磷酸、10~20g硝酸钙、45~60g磷酸二氢锰、1~2g柠檬酸和0.5~2g缓蚀剂,余量为水。
在上述磷化液中,所述缓蚀剂选自硫酸亚铁铵、硫酸铵、乙酸铵、盐酸羟胺、三乙醇胺、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、乙酸、油酸、三聚磷酸钠、硫酸锌中的任意一种或任意多种的混合物,优选三聚磷酸钠。
本发明还提供了上述用于钢铁的环保型磷化液在钢铁件磷化处理中的应用。
在一项优选的实施方案中,所述磷化处理的温度为50~75℃,时间为10~30分钟。
与现有技术相比,采用上述技术方案的本发明具有下列优点:
1)本发明的磷化液配方简单、合理,无铬酸盐、硝酸盐或亚硝酸盐类等有毒物质,适用于钢铁表面处理行业;
2)采用锌、锰盐作为磷化的主盐,有效地克服了传统高温磷化工艺的不足之处,同时确保了磷化后钢铁的耐腐蚀性能;
3)在确定磷化液配方的基础上,对整个磷化工艺进行优化,操作简便,耗时短,为钢铁表面后期的喷漆工作做好准备。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方法做出进一步的阐述。除另有说明外,下列实施例中所使用的仪器、材料和试剂均可通过常规商业手段获得。
实施例1-7:包含不同含量磷酸的磷化液及其磷化效果实验。
将实施例1-7中的7种磷化液用于不锈钢件的磷化处理,磷化温度为70℃,磷化时间为30min。依据电化学实验来判断磷化液的磷化性能(不锈钢件的耐蚀性),其结果如图1所示。
由图1得知,随着H3PO4含量的增大,其相对应的开路电位值基本上呈现出上升趋势。10g/L时的开路电位最小,其值为-0.5348V;随着磷酸含量的升高,15g/L时达到-0.5183V,25g/L时达到-0.5177V;40g/L时的开路电位最大,其值为-0.4817V。不同含量H3PO4的开路电位按照从小到大的顺序排列依次为20g/L、10g/L、15g/L、25g/L、35g/L、30g/L和40g/L。由于开路电位越大,磷化膜的耐蚀性越好,因此H3PO4含量为40g/L时得到的磷化膜最好。
实施例8-12:包含不同含量硝酸钙的磷化液及其磷化效果实验。
将实施例8-12中的5种磷化液用于不锈钢件的磷化处理,磷化温度为70℃,磷化时间为30min。通过测定交流阻抗曲线来判断磷化液的磷化性能(不锈钢件的耐蚀性),其结果如图2所示。
由图2可知,随着Ca(NO3)2含量的增加,其交流阻抗所形成的曲线弧度大致呈现出先上升后下降的趋势。当Ca(NO3)2含量为10g/L时,其EIS曲线弧度最大,说明此时的阻抗最大,磷化膜的耐蚀性能最佳,因此最佳的Ca(NO3)2含量为10g/L。
实施例13-19:包含不同缓蚀剂的磷化液及其磷化效果实验。
将实施例13-19中的7种磷化液用于不锈钢件的磷化处理,磷化温度为70℃,磷化时间为30min。依据电化学实验来判断磷化液的磷化性能(不锈钢件的耐蚀性),其结果如图3所示。
由图3可知,三聚磷酸钠的开路电位值最大,其值为-0.5236V,其次为三乙醇胺硼酸酯,其开路电位值为-0.5341V,接下来分别是硫酸锌、三乙醇胺、乙酸、油酸和硫酸亚铁铵。因为开路电位越大,耐蚀性越好,因此从开路电位曲线可知,最佳的缓蚀剂为三聚磷酸钠。
实施例20:基础型和优化型磷化液与现有磷化液的成膜耐蚀性比较实验。
为了比较本发明的磷化液与现有磷化液的成膜耐蚀性,选用上表中列出的两种现有磷化液(磷化液A和磷化液B)以及本发明的基础型和优化型磷化液进行平行实验,通过实施例1中记载的工艺流程,测定由4种磷化液生成的磷化膜的点滴时间。从表中的数据结果可知,使用本发明的磷化液能够获得耐蚀性较高的磷化膜,基础型和优化型的点滴时间分别为25s和68s,远远大于现有磷化液所得磷化膜的点滴时间,并且优化型的点滴时间可达基础型的2倍以上,效果十分理想。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于钢铁的环保型磷化液,其包含氧化锌、磷酸、硝酸钙、磷酸二氢锰、柠檬酸、缓蚀剂和水,其中:每1L环保型磷化液中含有10~30g氧化锌、20~50g磷酸、10~50g硝酸钙、30~60g磷酸二氢锰、0.5~2g柠檬酸和0.5~3g缓蚀剂,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于钢铁的环保型磷化液,其特征在于:
每1L环保型磷化液中含有15~25g氧化锌、25~40g磷酸、10~20g硝酸钙、45~60g磷酸二氢锰、1~2g柠檬酸和0.5~2g缓蚀剂,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于钢铁的环保型磷化液,其特征在于:
所述缓蚀剂选自硫酸亚铁铵、硫酸铵、乙酸铵、盐酸羟胺、三乙醇胺、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、乙酸、油酸、三聚磷酸钠、硫酸锌中的任意一种或任意多种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于钢铁的环保型磷化液,其特征在于:
所述缓蚀剂为三聚磷酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的用于钢铁的环保型磷化液在钢铁件磷化处理中的应用。
6.根据权利要求5所述的应用,其特征在于:
所述磷化处理的温度为50~75℃,时间为10~30分钟。
