本发明公开了一种光学透明双面胶带,它分为三层,依次为OCA光学胶层、透明基材层和OCA光学胶层。所述透明基材层为PET材料、PC材料或PMMA材料。所述OCA光学胶层的厚度不大于0.6mm。所述透明基材层的厚度不大于2.0mm。本发明的光学透明双面胶带能够很容易做厚,三层结构的设计,使其厚度范围更宽泛,整体的厚度可以通过调整两边的OCA光学胶层和中间的透明基材层的厚度来达成;无论是采用溶剂法还是采用无溶剂法均可实现宽泛的厚度范围;模切性能良好,由于OCA光学胶中间有一层透明基材阻隔,所以能有效提高了模切过程中的良品率,降低了单片光学透明双面胶带的成本。

光学透明双面胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种光学胶,特别是涉及一种应用于触摸屏领域的光学透明双面胶带。
背景技术
光学透明胶,即OCA光学胶,是一种透光性优良的透明膜结构,它也是应用于电容式触摸屏中的主要光学部件之一。现有技术的电容式触摸屏在制作过程中要达到无气泡贴合比较困难,因此需要采用厚型的光学透明胶才能获得可接受的良品率。一般5英寸以内的电容式触摸屏使用厚度为0.175mm—0.2mm的光学透明胶,5英寸以上的电容式触摸屏使用厚度为0.25mm—0.35mm的光学透明胶。现有技术中的光学透明胶主要是以纯胶膜的形式存在,虽然其具有材料均一、折射率一致、填充性能好的优点,但还是有以下两点不足:(1)现有技术中的光学透明胶,其原材料制造困难,如果用溶剂法涂布,很难做厚,并且易黄变,影响电容式触摸屏的品质,如果用无溶剂的制造方法,制造设备和环境要求较高,中国国内现有生产条件不能满足,并且还存在厚度上限和良品率低的问题;(2)现有技术的光学透明胶的模切性能不好,在加工过程中,不易排废,良品率比较低,从而导致单片光学透明胶的成本较高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明提供了一种光学透明双面胶带,以解决现有技术中光学透明胶很难做厚、模切性能不好的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种光学透明双面胶带,它分为三层,依次为OCA光学胶层、透明基材层和OCA光学胶层。
通过将光学透明双面胶带设计成三层结构,中间层采用透明基材,透明基材的两面采用OCA光学胶,这样整个光学透明双面胶带的厚度可以通过调整OCA光学胶或者透明基材的厚度来进行调整,从而解决了厚型光学透明双面胶带制造困难的问题;增加的透明基材,使OCA光学胶的中间有一层基材阻隔,从而能有效提高模切过程中的良品率,也无形中降低了单片光学透明双面胶带的成本。
所述透明基材层为PET材料、PC材料或PMMA材料。这三种材料是具有成膜性能的光学级膜材,其共性是折射率接近于光学透明胶,具有一定的耐老化性能。
所述OCA光学胶层的厚度不大于0.6mm。此厚度范围可完全覆盖触摸屏行业的用胶需求。
所述透明基材层的厚度不大于2.0mm。如果透明基材层的厚度超过2.0mm,普通刀模很难将其切断,不利于模切生产。
本发明具有如下有益技术效果:
(1)光学透明双面胶带能够很容易做厚,三层结构的设计,使其厚度范围更宽泛,整体的厚度可以通过调整两边的OCA光学胶层和中间的透明基材层的厚度来达成;无论是采用溶剂法还是采用无溶剂法均可实现宽泛的厚度范围。
(2)模切性能良好,由于OCA光学胶中间有一层透明基材阻隔,所以能有效提高了模切过程中的良品率,降低了单片光学透明双面胶带的成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,一种光学透明双面胶带,它分为三层,依次为OCA光学胶层1、透明基材层2和OCA光学胶层1,可通过涂布工艺将OCA光学胶层1涂布于所述透明基材层2的表面。所述透明基材层2为PET材料、PC材料或PMMA材料。所述OCA光学胶层1的厚度不大于0.6mm,可根据具体生产要求进行具体数值的调整。所述透明基材层2的厚度不大于2.0mm,可根据具体生产要求进行具体数值的调整。
本实施例将光学透明双面胶带设计成三层结构,中间层采用透明基材,透明基材的两面采用OCA光学胶,这样整个光学透明双面胶带的厚度可以通过调整OCA光学胶或者透明基材的厚度来进行调整。增加的透明基材,使OCA光学胶的中间有一层基材阻隔,从而能有效提高模切过程中的良品率。

1.一种光学透明双面胶带,其特征在于:它分为四层,依次为OCA光学胶层、有机高分子层、透明基材层和OCA光学胶层,所述透明基材层为PET材料、PC材料或PMMA材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光学透明双面胶带,其特征在于:所述OCA光学胶层的厚度不大于0.6mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的光学透明双面胶带,其特征在于:所述透明基材层的厚度不大于2.0mm。
