Abstract

本发明公开了一种饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料,涉及防水涂料领域,组分包括聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、高活性自催化聚醚多元醇、白色珠光粉、钛白粉、硅烷改性MDI、杂环芳烃族酮亚胺、受阻胺抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂。本发明生产的聚氨酯防水涂料,不含有机溶剂、催化剂和增塑剂,涂膜固化后,在长期浸水的环境下,不产生任何可迁移、扩散到水中的有害成分,不会对水体造成污染;涂膜具有良好的耐水解性能,经水长期浸泡,防水性能不会降低;本发明的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料是一种无毒、无污染、耐水解,力学性能优异,与基层粘结力强,可满足饮用水级工程项目要求的防水涂料。

Description

一种饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及防水涂料领域,尤其涉及一种饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
聚氨酯防水涂料崛起于欧美及日本,现已发展为建筑防水应用量前三位之一的产品。其涂膜具有弹性高、延伸性好、抗拉强度高、粘结性好、耐腐蚀、涂膜防水层无接缝,对基层裂缝伸缩性的变形有较强的适应性,施工维修方便等特点,可用于任何构造复杂的基层施工,特别适合特殊结构的屋面、地下室和厕浴间的防水、防渗。
普通聚氨酯防水涂料可以满足一般民用工程的要求,但对于饮用水池、鱼池、市政地下饮用水管网等环保要求较高的工程而言,却相差甚远。原因如下:(1)无论单组分还是双组分聚氨酯防水涂料,都含有大量有机溶剂,这些溶剂在涂膜干燥后仍然有少量残留其中,经过长期浸水会逐渐迁移到水中,对人体健康造成不同程度的危害;(2)为了在聚合和固化过程中反应充分,现在聚氨酯防水涂料均使用铅类或锡类催化剂,这些成分扩散到水中后对人体极为有害;(3)普通的聚氨酯防水涂料含有大量不环保的增塑剂(如沥青、煤焦油、古马隆、邻苯二甲酸酯类等),时间久了也会迁移,且双组分聚氨酯还使用MOCA等疑似致癌的固化剂;(4)普通聚氨酯防水涂料因耐水解性不足,在长期浸水状态下会导致部分性能降低,无法满足饮用水等工程项目的要求。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,组分重量计算如下:聚四氢呋喃醚二醇31.5份~34份、高活性自催化聚醚多元醇13.9份~15份、白色珠光粉6.5份~7份、钛白粉3.7份~4份、硅烷改性MDI17.6份~19份、杂环芳烃族酮亚胺20份~25.9份、受阻胺抗氧剂0.55份~0.6份、紫外线吸收剂0.37份~0.4份。
优选的,所述的高活性自催化聚醚多元醇的官能度为2.5~3.2。
优选的,所述的白色珠光粉为经超细研磨处理的珠光粉,比表面积大于15m2/g。
优选的,所述的白色珠光粉吸油值小于25g/100g。
一种饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤如下:
a.向反应釜中加入所述的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、高活性自催化聚醚多元醇、白色珠光粉和钛白粉,升温至115±5℃;
b.真空脱水;
c.降温到55~60℃,通入氮气;
d.加入所述的硅烷改性MDI,升温至83~88℃,反应后降温至70~75℃;
e.加入所述的杂环芳烃族酮亚胺,开启高速分散;
f.加入所述的受阻胺抗氧剂和紫外线吸收剂,搅拌;
g.关闭氮气,真空脱泡后出料。
优选的,所述的步骤b中,真空度为-0.09~-0.1MPa,脱水时间为4h。
优选的,所述的步骤d中的反应时间为2h。
优选的,所述的步骤e中高速分散的时间为30min。
优选的,所述的步骤f中搅拌时间为15min。
优选的,所述的步骤g中真空脱泡的时间为20min。
采用本发明方法生产的聚氨酯防水涂料,不含有机溶剂、催化剂和增塑剂,涂膜固化后,在长期浸水的环境下,不产生任何可迁移、扩散到水中的有害成分,不会对水体造成污染;涂膜具有良好的耐水解性能,经水长期浸泡,防水性能不会降低;本发明的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料是一种无毒、无污染、耐水解,力学性能优异,与基层粘结力强,可满足饮用水级工程项目要求的防水涂料。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料,以重量份计算,其中包括:
聚四氢呋喃醚二醇34份、高活性自催化聚醚多元醇15份、白色珠光粉7份、钛白粉4份、硅烷改性MDI 19份、杂环芳烃族酮亚胺20份、受阻胺抗氧剂0.6份、紫外线吸收剂0.4份。
一种饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料的生产工艺,其生产工艺步骤如下:
向反应釜中加入聚四氢呋喃醚二醇34份、高活性自催化聚醚多元醇15份、白色珠光粉7份、钛白粉4份,升温至(115±5)℃,在真空度(-0.09~-0.1)MPa下脱水4h,然后降温到55~60℃,通入氮气后加入19份硅烷改性MDI,升温至83~88℃,反应2h,降温至70~75℃后,加入杂环芳烃族酮亚胺20份,开启高速分散,30min后加入受阻胺抗氧剂0.6份、紫外线吸收剂0.4份,搅拌15min后关闭氮气,真空脱泡20min,出料。
实施例2:
与实施例1对比,在其它条件完全与实施例1相同的情况下,仅仅改变杂环芳烃族酮亚胺的份数,实施例2中取24份杂环芳烃族酮亚胺,其它各组分的重量份不改变,并按照实施例1中所述的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料的生产工艺生产,制备饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料。总份数按100份,同比例换算后相当于聚四氢呋喃醚二醇32.69份、高活性自催化聚醚多元醇14.42份、白色珠光粉6.73份、钛白粉3.85份、硅烷改性MDI 18.27份、杂环芳烃族酮亚胺23.08份、受阻胺抗氧剂0.58份、紫外线吸收剂0.38份。
实施例3:
与实施例1对比,在其它条件完全与实施例1相同的情况下,仅仅改变杂环芳烃族酮亚胺的份数,实施例3中取28份杂环芳烃族酮亚胺,其它各组分的重量份不改变,并按照实施例1中所述的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料的生产工艺生产,制备饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料。总份数按100份,同比例换算后相当于聚四氢呋喃醚二醇31.5份、高活性自催化聚醚多元醇13.9份、白色珠光粉6.5份、钛白粉3.7份、硅烷改性MDI 17.6份、杂环芳烃族酮亚胺25.9份、受阻胺抗氧剂0.55份、紫外线吸收剂0.37份。
将依照上述三个实施例制备出来的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料进行性能检测,经检测得出的数据可知,杂环芳烃族酮亚胺的添加量对饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料的性能起到关键性作用,其添加量决定了涂料的施工粘度,且施工后其与水分反应,产生的活性基团与聚氨酯中预留的异氰酸酯反应成为大分子链段,最终影响到涂膜的物理性能。
检测结果如表1中所示:

通过表1中可知,杂环芳烃族酮亚胺的添加量对制取的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料的影响如下:拉伸强度、粘结强度和粘度随着杂环芳烃族酮亚胺添加量的增加而降低;断裂伸长率和浑浊度随着添加量的增加而提高;撕裂强度和粘结强度随着添加量的增加先提高后降低;杂环芳烃族酮亚胺添加量的变化对于饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料的低温折弯性和不透水性影响不大。
上述三个实施例中均能满足目前的行业标准和使用要求,特别是环保性能。但是经过综合考虑饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料的使用环境、施工条件等,通过实施例2所制备的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料综合性能优于实施例1和实施例3所制备的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料,实施例2所述的聚氨酯防水涂料属于最优技术方案,制得的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料综合性能最好。
名称解释:
高活性自催化聚醚多元醇,为一种粘度低、气味小、活性高的特种聚醚,伯羟基含量高,可以达90%~95%,羟值为32~36mgKOH/g。
杂环芳烃族酮亚胺,由杂环芳烃酮与多元胺经缩合反应制得,可以有效降低聚氨酯预聚体的粘度,在浸水环境下会发生逆向反应,再生成多元胺。
硅烷改性MDI,为经巯基硅氧烷改性的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯三聚体,与普通MDI相比,其具有良好的耐水解性能,同时可提高聚氨酯涂膜与基材的粘结强度。
上述虽然对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但并非对本发明保护范围的限制,对于一些本领域普通技术人员所熟知的技术内容,此处不再赘述,所属领域技术人员应该明白,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

1.一种饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,组分重量计算如下:聚四氢呋喃醚二醇31.5份~34份、高活性自催化聚醚多元醇13.9份~15份、白色珠光粉6.5份~7份、钛白粉3.7份~4份、硅烷改性MDI17.6份~19份、杂环芳烃族酮亚胺20份~25.9份、受阻胺抗氧剂0.55份~0.6份、紫外线吸收剂0.37份~0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,所述的高活性自催化聚醚多元醇的官能度为2.5~3.2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,所述的白色珠光粉为经超细研磨处理的珠光粉,比表面积大于15m2/g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,所述的白色珠光粉吸油值小于25g/100g。
5.一种如权利要求1~4任一项所述的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤如下:
a.向反应釜中加入所述的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、高活性自催化聚醚多元醇、白色珠光粉和钛白粉,升温至115±5℃;
b.真空脱水;
c.降温到55~60℃,通入氮气;
d.加入所述的硅烷改性MDI,升温至83~88℃,反应后降温至70~75℃;
e.加入所述的杂环芳烃族酮亚胺,开启高速分散;
f.加入所述的受阻胺抗氧剂和紫外线吸收剂,搅拌;
g.关闭氮气,真空脱泡后出料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤b中,真空度为-0.09~-0.1MPa,脱水时间为4h。
7.根据权利要求5所述的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤d中的反应时间为2h。
8.根据权利要求5所述的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤e中高速分散的时间为30min。
9.根据权利要求5所述的饮用水级白色聚氨酯防水涂料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤f中搅拌时间为15min。
