Abstract

本发明公开了一种可全方位起吊的起重机,包括底座,底座上固定连接有弹簧,弹簧的顶部固定连接有垫板,垫板的上表面固定连接有电机,电机的输出端固定连接有主动齿轮,主动齿轮的一侧与从动齿轮的一侧啮合,从动齿轮的轴心处贯穿有转动轴,且转动轴的两端均裸露在从动齿轮外,转动轴的一端与垫板的顶部活动连接,转动轴远离垫板的一端与支撑板的底部固定连接。该可全方位起吊的起重机,通过电机、主动齿轮、从动齿轮和转动轴,使支撑板转动,从而带动龙门架在水平方向旋转,通过滑轨和滚轮,使龙门架前后移动,从而使起重机在多个方位进行起吊作业,避免重新调整起重机的方向,省时省力,大大提高了起重机的工作效率。

本发明涉及工业设备技术领域,具体为一种可全方位起吊的起重机。
背景技术
起重机是一种重要工业起吊设备,起重机指用吊钩或其他取物装在空间进行升降与运移等循环性作业的机械。起重机有很多分类,吊车、塔吊、行车等俗称指的就是起重机中的一类或几类,现有的起重机的底座一般是固定在地面,因此起重机的吊车只能在龙门架上左右方向进行作业,当需要吊取其他方位的物体时,就必须重新调整起重机的方向,费时费力,大大降低了起重机的工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可全方位起吊的起重机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种可全方位起吊的起重机,包括底座,所述底座上固定连接有弹簧,所述弹簧的顶部固定连接有垫板,所述垫板的上表面固定连接有电机,所述电机的输出端固定连接有主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮的一侧与从动齿轮的一侧啮合,所述从动齿轮的轴心处贯穿有转动轴,且转动轴的两端均裸露在从动齿轮外,所述转动轴的一端与垫板的顶部活动连接,所述转动轴远离垫板的一端与支撑板的底部固定连接,所述支撑板顶部的两侧均固定安装有滑轨,所述滑轨的顶部滑动连接有滚轮,所述滚轮的轴心处活动连接有支架,所述支架远离滚轮的一侧与龙门架的底部固定连接,所述龙门架的顶部滑动连接有车轮,所述车轮上活动连接有吊车,所述吊车上固定连接有缆绳,所述缆绳远离吊车的两端与连接块的顶部固定连接,所述连接块)的底部固定安装有挂钩。
优选的,所述弹簧的底部固定安装有弹簧垫片,弹簧垫片的底部与底座的顶部固定连接。
优选的,所述垫板的顶部开设有凹槽,且凹槽内固定安装有轴承,所述轴承的内圈与转动轴的一端固定连接。
优选的,所述转动轴上套接有固定圈,且固定圈的顶部与从动齿轮的底部固定连接。
优选的,所述龙门架上固定连接有固定杆。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该可全方位起吊的起重机,通过电机、主动齿轮、从动齿轮和转动轴,使支撑板转动,从而带动龙门架在水平方向旋转,通过滑轨和滚轮,使龙门架前后移动,从而使起重机在多个方位进行起吊作业,避免重新调整起重机的方向,省时省力,大大提高了起重机的工作效率。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种可全方位起吊的起重机,包括底座1,底座1上固定连接有弹簧2,弹簧2的底部固定安装有弹簧垫片,弹簧垫片的底部与底座1的顶部固定连接,弹簧2可以起到减震作用,弹簧垫片可以起到稳定弹簧2的作用,弹簧2的顶部固定连接有垫板3,垫板3的上表面固定连接有电机4,电机4的输出端固定连接有主动齿轮5,电机4带动主动齿轮5转动,主动齿轮5的一侧与从动齿轮6的一侧啮合,主动齿轮5带动从动齿轮6转动,从动齿轮6的轴心处贯穿有转动轴7,且转动轴7的两端均裸露在从动齿轮6外,转动轴7上套接有固定圈19,且固定圈19的顶部与从动齿轮6的底部固定连接,固定圈19可以稳固从动齿轮6,转动轴7的一端与垫板3的顶部活动连接,垫板3的顶部开设有凹槽,且凹槽内固定安装有轴承18,轴承18的内圈与转动轴7的一端固定连接,通过轴承18可使转动轴7在垫板3上转动,转动轴7远离垫板3的一端与支撑板8的底部固定连接,从动齿轮6通过转动轴7带动支撑板8转动,支撑板8顶部的两侧均固定安装有滑轨9,滑轨9的顶部滑动连接有滚轮10,滚轮10可在滑轨9上滑动,滚轮10的轴心处活动连接有支架11,支架11远离滚轮10的一侧与龙门架12的底部固定连接,通过滚轮10上的支架11带动龙门架12前后移动,龙门架12上固定连接有固定杆20,固定杆20可以提高龙门架12的稳固性,龙门架12的顶部滑动连接有车轮13,车轮13上活动连接有吊车14,吊车14上固定连接有缆绳15,缆绳15远离吊车14的两端与连接块16的顶部固定连接,连接块16的底部固定安装有挂钩17,通过挂钩17可以吊取物体。
工作原理:该可全方位起吊的起重机,通过电机4带动主动齿轮5转动,主动齿轮5带动从动齿轮6上的转动轴7转动,从而带动支撑板8转动,近而使龙门架12在水平方向上可以旋转,通过滑轨9和滚轮10,使龙门架12在滑轨9上前后移动,从而使起重机能够全方位移动,提高起重机的起吊效率。

1.一种可全方位起吊的起重机,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)上固定连接有弹簧(2),所述弹簧(2)的顶部固定连接有垫板(3),所述垫板(3)的上表面固定连接有电机(4),所述电机(4)的输出端固定连接有主动齿轮(5),所述主动齿轮(5)的一侧与从动齿轮(6)的一侧啮合,所述从动齿轮(6)的轴心处贯穿有转动轴(7),且转动轴(7)的两端均裸露在从动齿轮(6)外,所述转动轴(7)的一端与垫板(3)的顶部活动连接,所述转动轴(7)远离垫板(3)的一端与支撑板(8)的底部固定连接,所述支撑板(8)顶部的两侧均固定安装有滑轨(9),所述滑轨(9)的顶部滑动连接有滚轮(10),所述滚轮(10)的轴心处活动连接有支架(11),所述支架(11)远离滚轮(10)的一侧与龙门架(12)的底部固定连接,所述龙门架(12)的顶部滑动连接有车轮(13),所述车轮(13)上活动连接有吊车(14),所述吊车(14)上固定连接有缆绳(15),所述缆绳(15)远离吊车(14)的两端与连接块(16)的顶部固定连接,所述连接块(16)的底部固定安装有挂钩(17);所述弹簧(2)的底部固定安装有弹簧垫片,弹簧垫片的底部与底座(1)的顶部固定连接;所述垫板(3)的顶部开设有凹槽,且凹槽内固定安装有轴承(18),所述轴承(18)的内圈与转动轴(7)的一端固定连接;所述转动轴(7)上套接有固定圈(19),且固定圈(19)的顶部与从动齿轮(6)的底部固定连接;所述龙门架(12)上固定连接有固定杆(20)。
