Abstract
本发明提供了一种橡胶生产用粉碎干燥装置,包括箱体、粉碎装置、干燥腔和电机腔;所述箱体上设有进料斗和出料管;所述粉碎装置包括左粉碎辊、右粉碎辊、侧板和中间板;所述左粉碎辊和右粉碎辊设置在箱体内部上端,左粉碎辊和右粉碎辊上设有粉碎齿;所述干燥腔设有两个,两个干燥腔中间设有旋转轴,干燥腔内部设有干燥装置,干燥腔和中间板之间形成下料通道;所述干燥装置包括加热管、总管和鼓风机;所述电机腔设置在箱体下端,电机腔下端设有底座,内部设有驱动电机和减震装置;所述底座通过焊接的方式固定在箱体底端;所述减震装置设有两个,减震装置内设有弹簧;本发明粉碎彻底,粉碎颗粒均匀;具备干燥功能;能够减震。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉碎机械,具体是一种橡胶生产用粉碎干燥装置。
背景技术
橡胶是一种有弹性的聚合物,橡胶可以从一些植物的树汁中取得,也可以是人造的,两者皆有相当多的应用及产品,例如轮胎、垫圈等,遂成为重要经济作物,橡胶制品回收再利用是一种经济环保的做法,在回收再利用时,将橡胶进行粉碎是第一道工序,而现有的粉碎机直接对大块的橡胶进行粉碎,粉碎颗粒较大,不均匀;有部分橡胶潮湿,橡胶粉碎过程中不能提供干燥功能;粉碎过程中产生较大的震动,容易松动螺丝,造成机械使用寿命的缩短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种橡胶生产用粉碎干燥装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种橡胶生产用粉碎干燥装置,包括箱体、粉碎装置、干燥腔和电机腔;所述箱体上设有进料斗和出料管;所述进料斗呈锥形,设置在箱体上端中心;所述出料管设有两个,设置在电机腔上端,出料管上设有阀门;所述粉碎装置包括左粉碎辊、右粉碎辊、侧板和中间板;所述左粉碎辊和右粉碎辊设置在箱体内部上端,左粉碎辊和右粉碎辊上设有粉碎齿;所述中间板设置在侧板中间,中间板上设有中间粉碎刀,上端设有筛网;所述中间粉碎刀设有若干个,对称分布在中间板的左右两端;所述干燥腔设有两个,两个干燥腔中间设有旋转轴,干燥腔内部设有干燥装置,干燥腔和中间板之间形成下料通道;所述旋转轴上端连接中间板,旋转轴上设有螺旋叶片,下端贯穿箱体底端;所述干燥装置包括加热管、总管和鼓风机;所述加热管设有若干个,加热管均匀分布在总管两端;所述总管上设有出气管;所述出气管设有若干个,均匀分布在总管上,出气管末端设有防堵网;所述鼓风机连接总管;所述电机腔设置在箱体下端,电机腔下端设有底座,内部设有驱动电机和减震装置;所述底座通过焊接的方式固定在箱体底端;所述驱动电机上端连接旋转轴。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述筛网呈弧形,中间低两端高,筛网中间设有凸起。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述侧粉碎刀片设有若干个,侧粉碎刀片均匀分布在侧板上。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述侧板固定在箱体内部左右两端,侧板设有两个,侧板上设有侧粉碎刀片,侧板呈三角形设置。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述减震装置设有两个,减震装置内设有弹簧。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明使用时,将橡胶从进料斗放入箱体内,粉碎齿对橡胶进行初步粉碎,粉碎颗粒合格的经过筛网下落,不合格的继续粉碎,直到颗粒合格为止,粉碎彻底;颗粒下落,侧粉碎刀片和中间粉碎刀对橡胶进行精细粉碎;粉碎完成后橡胶进入下料通道内,螺旋叶片对橡胶进行输送,能够均匀输送,输送过程中干燥装置对橡胶进行干燥,均匀输送保证干燥全面;干燥完成后橡胶从出料管出料,继续进行后续工序;减震装置能够减小整个过程中产生的震动,提高了机械的使用寿命。

请参阅图1-2,本实施例提供了一种橡胶生产用粉碎干燥装置,包括箱体2、粉碎装置、干燥腔9和电机腔16;所述箱体2上设有进料斗1和出料管13;所述进料斗1呈锥形,设置在箱体2上端中心;所述出料管13设有两个,设置在电机腔16上端,出料管13上设有阀门18;所述粉碎装置包括左粉碎辊3、右粉碎辊6、侧板8和中间板20;所述左粉碎辊3和右粉碎辊6设置在箱体2内部上端,左粉碎辊3和右粉碎辊6上设有粉碎齿4;所述侧板8固定在箱体2内部左右两端,侧板8设有两个,侧板8上设有侧粉碎刀片7,侧板8呈三角形设置;所述侧粉碎刀片7设有若干个,侧粉碎刀片7均匀分布在侧板8上;所述中间板20设置在侧板8中间,中间板20上设有中间粉碎刀21,上端设有筛网5;所述中间粉碎刀21设有若干个,对称分布在中间板20的左右两端;所述筛网5呈弧形,中间低两端高,筛网5中间设有凸起22;所述干燥腔9设有两个,两个干燥腔9中间设有旋转轴10,干燥腔9内部设有干燥装置12,干燥腔9和中间板20之间形成下料通道19;所述旋转轴10上端连接中间板20,旋转轴10上设有螺旋叶片11,下端贯穿箱体2底端;所述干燥装置12包括加热管23、总管26和鼓风机27;所述加热管23设有若干个,加热管23均匀分布在总管26两端;所述总管26上设有出气管25;所述出气管25设有若干个,均匀分布在总管26上,出气管25末端设有防堵网24;所述鼓风机27连接总管26;所述电机腔16设置在箱体2下端,电机腔16下端设有底座14,内部设有驱动电机15和减震装置17;所述底座14通过焊接的方式固定在箱体2底端;所述驱动电机15上端连接旋转轴10,带动旋转轴10转动;所述减震装置17设有两个,减震装置17内设有弹簧;使用时,将橡胶从进料斗1放入箱体2内,粉碎齿4对橡胶进行初步粉碎,粉碎颗粒合格的经过筛网5下落,不合格的继续粉碎,直到颗粒合格为止,粉碎彻底;颗粒下落,侧粉碎刀片7和中间粉碎刀21对橡胶进行精细粉碎;粉碎完成后橡胶进入下料通道19内,螺旋叶片11对橡胶进行输送,能够均匀输送,输送过程中干燥装置12对橡胶进行干燥,均匀输送保证干燥全面;干燥完成后橡胶从出料管13出料,继续进行后续工序;减震装置17能够减小整个过程中产生的震动,提高了机械的使用寿命。

1.一种橡胶生产用粉碎干燥装置,包括箱体(2)、粉碎装置、干燥腔(9)和电机腔(16);其特征在于,所述箱体(2)上设有进料斗(1)和出料管(13);所述进料斗(1)呈锥形,设置在箱体(2)上端中心;所述出料管(13)设有两个,设置在电机腔(16)上端,出料管(13)上设有阀门(18);所述粉碎装置包括左粉碎辊(3)、右粉碎辊(6)、侧板(8)和中间板(20);所述左粉碎辊(3)和右粉碎辊(6)设置在箱体(2)内部上端,左粉碎辊(3)和右粉碎辊(6)上设有粉碎齿(4);所述中间板(20)设置在侧板(8)中间,中间板(20)上设有中间粉碎刀(21),上端设有筛网(5);所述中间粉碎刀(21)设有若干个,对称分布在中间板(20)的左右两端;所述干燥腔(9)设有两个,两个干燥腔(9)中间设有旋转轴(10),干燥腔(9)内部设有干燥装置(12),干燥腔(9)和中间板(20)之间形成下料通道(19);所述旋转轴(10)上端连接中间板(20),旋转轴(10)上设有螺旋叶片(11),下端贯穿箱体(2)底端;所述干燥装置(12)包括加热管(23)、总管(26)和鼓风机(27);所述加热管(23)设有若干个,加热管(23)均匀分布在总管(26)两端;所述总管(26)上设有出气管(25);所述出气管(25)设有若干个,均匀分布在总管(26)上,出气管(25)末端设有防堵网(24);所述鼓风机(27)连接总管(26);所述电机腔(16)设置在箱体(2)下端,电机腔(16)下端设有底座(14),内部设有驱动电机(15)和减震装置(17);所述底座(14)通过焊接的方式固定在箱体(2)底端;所述驱动电机(15)上端连接旋转轴(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶生产用粉碎干燥装置,其特征在于,所述筛网(5)呈弧形,中间低两端高,筛网(5)中间设有凸起(22)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶生产用粉碎干燥装置,其特征在于,所述侧粉碎刀片(7)设有若干个,侧粉碎刀片(7)均匀分布在侧板(8)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶生产用粉碎干燥装置,其特征在于,所述侧板(8)固定在箱体(2)内部左右两端,侧板(8)设有两个,侧板(8)上设有侧粉碎刀片(7),侧板(8)呈三角形设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶生产用粉碎干燥装置,其特征在于,所述减震装置(17)设有两个,减震装置(17)内设有弹簧。
