Abstract

本发明公开一种自溶解管道清理机器人,包括胶囊型外壳、凡尔球、凡尔挡板、旋转叶轮体,所述胶囊型外壳左右两端均设有气流喷嘴和注气嘴,所述胶囊型外壳左右端均安装旋转叶轮体,所述凡尔球、凡尔挡板均安装在注气嘴内,所述气流喷嘴内设有喷嘴堵头,所述胶囊型外壳、旋转叶轮体均为采用环保可降解水溶性材料制成。本发明结构简单,新颖轻巧,可根据不同管道的内径尺寸选择相应尺寸的装置外壳,针对性强,选择范围弹性大,其成本造价低,可实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清理装置,尤其是一种自溶解管道清理机器人。
背景技术
在建筑物中往往会使用到许多各种管道,而且管道是使用过程中会有灰尘堆积,甚至是难以去除的污垢,并且污物在通过管道时也会造成堆积,进入造成堵塞,因此管道的清理就显得尤为重要。但是由于一般的管道内径较小,一般的清扫工具难以清扫到位,且清扫速度较慢,无法达到预期的效果,采用人工清扫不仅费时费力,而且人工清理过程中,清理下的污物会对人体造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种操作简单方便、实用性强且清理效果好的自溶解管道清理机器人。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种自溶解管道清理机器人,包括胶囊型外壳、凡尔球、凡尔挡板、旋转叶轮体,所述胶囊型外壳左右两端均设有气流喷嘴和注气嘴,所述气流喷嘴和注气嘴均与胶囊型外壳内部相通,所述胶囊型外壳左右端均安装旋转叶轮体,所述凡尔球、凡尔挡板均安装在注气嘴内,所述气流喷嘴内设有喷嘴堵头。
进一步的是,所述胶囊型外壳、旋转叶轮体均为采用环保可降解水溶性材料制成。
进一步的是,所述环保可降解水溶性材料为聚乳酸。
进一步的是,所述凡尔挡板上设有通气孔。
进一步的是,所述凡尔球为柔性塑料凡尔球。
进一步的是,所述气流喷嘴的个数为8个,且均布在胶囊型外壳左右两端。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单,新颖轻巧,可根据不同管道的内径尺寸选择相应尺寸的装置外壳,针对性强,选择范围弹性大,其成本造价低,可实用性强。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步的描述,并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
如图1至4所示,本发明的一种自溶解管道清理机器人,包括胶囊型外壳1、凡尔球2、凡尔挡板3、旋转叶轮体4,胶囊型外壳1内部具有空腔,所述胶囊型外壳1左右两端均设有气流喷嘴5和注气嘴6,所述气流喷嘴5和注气嘴6均与胶囊型外壳1内部相通,所述胶囊型外壳1左右端均安装旋转叶轮体4,所述凡尔球2、凡尔挡板3均安装在注气嘴6内,所述气流喷嘴5内设有喷嘴堵头。
其中喷嘴堵头为水溶性高分子堵头,该堵头可溶解于水;旋转叶轮体4上的叶轮可自有旋转。本发明胶囊型外壳1内还充满压缩空气,压缩空气从注气嘴6注入到胶囊型外壳1内,凡尔挡板3可挡住凡尔球2进入胶囊型外壳1内腔;注入完毕后压缩空气会挤压凡尔球2,又因注气嘴6为锥形嘴,所以凡尔球2可封堵住注气嘴6,避免压缩空气泄漏。本发明在使用时,放置于管道内时,由于管道有水,使得喷嘴堵头慢慢溶解,压缩气体从气流喷嘴5喷出,进而使得本发明具有推力,可疏通管道,并且胶囊型外壳1两端的旋转叶轮体4由于推力作用,可带动叶轮旋转,搅动堵塞物,进一步提高疏通效果。
因本发明完全自动作业于管道内,且容易滞留于管道内,为了避免本发明机器人堵塞管道,优选的实施方式是,所述胶囊型外壳1、旋转叶轮体4均为采用环保可降解水溶性材料制成。这样本发明在管道内可慢慢溶解,避免堵塞,且环保,无污染。
环保可降解水溶性材料可为水解聚丙稀酰胺、PBHV、PBS等,优选的实施方式是,所述环保可降解水溶性材料为聚乳酸。聚乳酸具有良好的生物可降解性。
为了提高压缩空气的注入速度,优选的实施方式是,所述凡尔挡板3上设有通气孔7。
因为凡尔球2由于压缩气体的压力,会挤压在注气嘴6内,所以优选的实施方式是,所述凡尔球2为柔性塑料凡尔球。即是柔性ABS塑料球,该球将PS、SAN、BS的各种性能有机地统一起来,兼具韧、硬、刚相均衡的优良力学性能。
为了提高本发明的推力,优选的实施方式是,所述气流喷嘴5的个数为8个,且均布在胶囊型外壳1左右两端。

1.一种自溶解管道清理机器人,其特征在于,包括胶囊型外壳(1)、凡尔球(2)、凡尔挡板(3)、旋转叶轮体(4),所述胶囊型外壳(1)左右两端均设有气流喷嘴(5)和注气嘴(6),所述气流喷嘴(5)和注气嘴(6)均与胶囊型外壳(1)内部相通,所述胶囊型外壳(1)左右端均安装旋转叶轮体(4),所述凡尔球(2)、凡尔挡板(3)均安装在注气嘴(6)内,所述气流喷嘴(5)内设有喷嘴堵头,所述胶囊型外壳(1)、旋转叶轮体(4)均为采用环保可降解水溶性材料制成,所述环保可降解水溶性材料为聚乳酸,所述气流喷嘴(5)的个数为8个,且均布在胶囊型外壳(1)左右两端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自溶解管道清理机器人,其特征在于,所述凡尔挡板(3)上设有通气孔(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种自溶解管道清理机器人,其特征在于,所述凡尔球(2)为柔性塑料凡尔球。
