Detailed Description
The core of the invention is to provide an infusion alarm, an infusion device and an infusion completion alarm method, which can timely, accurately and reliably remind relevant personnel that infusion of a patient is completed, can complete automatic needle pulling operation, reduce the workload of medical personnel and prevent the patient from blood backflow and other phenomena.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a block diagram of an infusion alarm according to an embodiment of the present invention; the infusion alarm may include: sensor 100, alarm 200, needle-pulling switch 600,. Wherein,
the sensor 100 is arranged at a preset position of the infusion container 300, detects whether the liquid level in the infusion container 300 is less than a preset infusion completion height or not, and sends an alarm signal when the liquid level in the infusion container 300 is less than the preset infusion completion height;
the alarm 200 is connected with the sensor 100 and gives an alarm according to the received alarm signal;
a needle pulling switch 600 which is arranged on the infusion tube, connected with the alarm 200 and sends a needle pulling instruction after receiving the alarm signal;
an infusion needle 700 connected to the needle withdrawing switch 600 and automatically retracting when receiving the needle withdrawing command; wherein the infusion needle 700 is a retractable needle.
Specifically, the predetermined position of the sensor 100 in this embodiment may be set according to actual conditions, and the detection process, the detection precision, and the convenience of the setting of the sensor may be considered during the setting. Since there should be little or no remaining liquid in the infusion container 300 at the completion of the infusion during the course of an infusion, and the stopper of the infusion container 300 is generally rubber and generally the bottom of the liquid surface in the infusion state (i.e., the portion connected to the infusion tube in fig. 1) regardless of whether the infusion container 300 is made of glass or plastic, it is preferable that the sensor 100 be disposed at the stopper of the infusion container 300 (e.g., the position at which the sensor 100 is disposed in fig. 1).
The preset infusion completion height in this embodiment may be determined by the user or may be set by the medical staff, and as long as reaching the position can be expressed, it means that the infusion process of the patient is about to be completed. For example, someone is accustomed to the fact that there is substantially no liquid remaining in the infusion container 300, and someone is accustomed to the fact that the liquid level is a certain distance away from the bottle mouth. Therefore, the present embodiment does not limit the specific value of the preset infusion completion height.
The alarm 200 in this embodiment, when receiving the alarm signal, gives an alarm to remind the relevant person that the patient has completed the infusion, and needs to perform the next operation such as needle withdrawal. The alarm 200 is not limited thereto. The alarm 200 can be a voice alarm, that is, the output of the prompt message is performed in a voice mode; for example, output that the infusion of a certain patient is completed, please pull the needle, etc. The alarm 200 may be a buzzer, i.e. a prompt is given by a buzzing sound; for example, when the user finishes infusion, buzzing is performed, and related personnel perform subsequent needle pulling and other operations after hearing the buzzing. Of course, the alarm 200 may be a combination of various alarm forms, such as voice, indicator light, etc.
Further, the alarm 200 has already finished the alarm work in order to prevent the medical staff from failing to perform the subsequent operation after the infusion is completed in time due to insufficient hands and the like. Leading to the phenomenon of blood return of patients and the like. Preferably, the alarm 200 can continue to alarm until the relevant personnel complete the subsequent operation. The accuracy of the transfusion alarm is improved. For example, the alarm 200 may alarm every predetermined time until the relevant personnel completes the subsequent operation; or alarm in a grading way, for example, the first-stage alarm is only an indicator light prompt, the second-stage alarm is added with a buzzer under the indication of the indicator light, and the third-stage alarm is added with a voice alarm under the conditions of the indicator light and the buzzer.
The content and grade of the alarm 200 can be modified to suit various user habits. For example, because the patient not only can infuse one bottle of liquid, but also can a plurality of bottles of liquid, what probably indicates when several former bottles of infusion of last bottle are accomplished at this moment is not the operation of pulling out the needle but the suggestion of changing next bottle of liquid, not only prevents that the patient from taking place the phenomenon of returning blood like this, can also accomplish to record patient's infusion process, suggestion relevant personnel accuracy operation. Preventing the phenomenon of wrong and missed transfusion. Improving the intelligent degree of the whole patient transfusion. The manual participation is reduced, and the possibility of accidents is reduced. Therefore, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to specific examples. The user can make corresponding selection according to the actual application scene.
Further, the alarm cannot be timely and accurately realized when the sensor 100 fails. Preferably, a plurality of sensors 100 (e.g., two sensors) may be provided, and such redundancy further improves the reliability of the infusion alarm.
The sensor 100 may include a probe for detecting the level of the liquid and a transponder for sending the detection to the alarm 200. Wherein the transponder and the alarm 200 may be connected wirelessly or by wire. This embodiment is not limited to this. The distance between the transponder and the alarm 200 is selected mainly, and when the alarm 200 is integrated with the sensor 100 (for example, when the transponder in the sensor 100 is integrated), the transponder can be connected with the alarm 200 in a wired manner; when the alarm 200 is provided separately from the sensor 100, the transponder may be connected to the alarm 200 in a wireless manner. When the wireless connection is carried out, each sensor 100 is provided with one alarm 200, and all the sensors 100 can be connected with one alarm 200; or a predetermined number of sensors 100 are each connected to one alarm 200. Because all patients can not be infused at the same time, hardware resources can be saved, the utilization rate of the alarm is improved, and further hardware cost is saved. That is, the present embodiment does not limit the number correspondence relationship between the sensors 100 and the alarm devices 200.
In order to improve the detection accuracy of the probe, a metal probe can be used as the probe. The preferred metal may be selected for use in a probe that is not susceptible to oxidation and corrosion. Referring to fig. 2, the sensor 100 may include: a metal probe 120 and a wireless transponder 110. Wherein,
the metal probe 110 detects whether the liquid level in the infusion container is lower than a preset infusion completion height;
the wireless repeater 120 is connected to the metal probe 110 and sends an alarm signal to the alarm 200 when the liquid level in the infusion container is less than a preset infusion completion height.
The degree of accuracy of the infusion alarm detection in this embodiment is largely dependent on the detection accuracy of the sensor 100. The selection of the sensor 100 may be selected by the user, and the selection process may take into account the speed of detection, cost, and the like. The preferred sensor 100 may be a humidity sensor or a pressure sensor. For example, the humidity sensor may make the highest point of its probe coincide with or slightly higher than the preset infusion completion height, so that when the liquid level is lowered to the preset infusion completion height, the probe touches the air, the surface humidity thereof may change greatly, and therefore when the humidity sensor detects that the humidity change of the probe exceeds the threshold (the value thereof may be determined through experiments), it indicates that the liquid level has reached the preset infusion completion height. Or the lowest point of the probe is consistent with or slightly higher than the preset transfusion completion height, so that when the liquid level is lowered to the preset transfusion completion height and the probe is not contacted with the liquid, the liquid level reaches the preset transfusion completion height. For example, the pressure sensor may make the highest point of its probe coincide with or slightly higher than the preset infusion completion height, so that when the liquid level decreases to the preset infusion completion height, the probe touches the air, the surface pressure of the probe changes, and when the pressure sensor detects that the probe pressure is a threshold value (the value of which can be determined through experiments), it indicates that the liquid level has reached the preset infusion completion height. However, the sensor 100 is not limited in this embodiment as long as the liquid level detection can be completed.
After the alarm device 200 gives an alarm, the needle pulling switch 600 is triggered, and the needle pulling switch 600 controls the infusion needle 700 to contract, so that the needle pulling operation is automatically completed, the phenomenon that more medical workers of a patient cannot see the patient is prevented, and the phenomenon that the blood of the patient flows back and the like is further fundamentally prevented.
Based on the technical scheme, the infusion alarm provided by the embodiment of the invention can timely, accurately and reliably remind relevant personnel that infusion of a patient is completed by detecting the height of the liquid level, and automatically execute needle pulling operation, so that the phenomenon of blood backflow and the like of the patient is prevented, the whole infusion process is completed, and the workload of medical personnel is further reduced; the use experience of the patient is improved, and the dispute between doctors and patients is reduced.
Further, because the patient is not only a bottle of liquid during the infusion, can also be many bottles of liquid, the height probably needs the adjustment to the several bottles of infusion completion presets before this last bottle to the operation such as medical personnel carry out medicine change of being convenient for. And some drugs need to be added at a specific time. Such as adding when the previous bottle of liquid reaches the position of one-half of the infusion container 300, then the height of the probe of the sensor 100 may need to be adjusted in the previous bottle. The present embodiment may be a sensor 100 provided with probes having various lengths, or the probes in the sensor 100 may be provided to be extendable and retractable. The manner of adjusting the length of the probe is not particularly limited. The probe of the preferred sensor is a telescoping metal probe. Therefore, the medical staff can flexibly adjust the height of the probe according to the actual condition of each patient to flexibly control the height of the liquid level. The corresponding prompting content of the alarm 200 can also be set according to the height of the probe. For example, if the height of the probe is the height of the liquid level for monitoring the dressing change, the user is prompted to change the dressing, and the name and the dosage of the specific dressing change of the specific user can be prompted. And if the height of the probe is the height of the liquid level of the transfusion container, prompting a user to change the transfusion container and the like.
Based on the technical scheme, the infusion alarm provided by the embodiment of the invention can timely, accurately and reliably remind related personnel of carrying out corresponding specific operation on a patient by flexibly setting the monitored liquid level, the monitoring range is expanded, the alarm is not limited to final needle pulling and the like, the intelligent management of the infusion process of the patient is realized, and the adaptability is stronger.
Based on any of the above embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the infusion alarm may further include: an air sensor 500; wherein,
the air sensor 500 is provided at a predetermined position of the infusion tube 400, detects whether the predetermined position of the infusion tube 400 contains air, and sends an alarm signal to the alarm when the predetermined position of the infusion tube 400 contains air.
Specifically, in order to further improve the monitoring reliability of the output alarm, the occurrence of an accident situation is prevented. An air sensor 500 may also be provided in the outlet duct 400. The predetermined position can be set according to actual conditions, and the detection process, the detection precision and the convenience degree of the setting of the sensor can be considered when the predetermined position is set. In one case above the drip point of the infusion tube 400.
When the infusion container 300 is empty of liquid, the liquid in the infusion tube is still in a liquid state, and the liquid in the infusion tube at the position is not in the liquid state after flowing away, namely the air sensor 500 is contacted with air, and the alarm 200 sends out an alarm signal to prompt related personnel.
Further, since the liquid flowing through the predetermined position indicates that the amount of the liquid is small, the alarm level can be deepened to distinguish the alarm information in the above embodiment. For example, the buzzer sound can be increased, the prompt frequency can be increased, the prompt interval can be reduced, and the voice playing content can be modified.
Further, the alarm cannot be timely and accurately realized when the air sensor 500 fails. Preferably, a plurality of air sensors 500 (e.g., two air sensors) may be provided, and such redundancy further improves the reliability of the infusion alarm.
A plurality of predetermined positions may be set in the infusion tube 400 to give an alarm a plurality of times.
Based on the technical scheme, the infusion alarm provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes multiple times of infusion completion information prompting by arranging the sensors at multiple positions. And the omission phenomenon is prevented. Further ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the transfusion alarm.
