Abstract

本发明公开了一种腹膜透析用阻流装置,包括夹管阀、红外传感器、控制器和装置壳体,所述夹管阀、红外传感器、控制器均设置在装置壳体内部;腹膜透析管路从装置壳体中穿过,并卡入夹管阀中;所述红外传感器用于检测腹膜透析管路中是否进入空气;所述控制器用于根据红外传感器检测结果控制夹管阀夹紧腹膜透析管路。在透析治疗过程中,当管路中进入空气时,红外传感器反馈信号至控制器,控制器发送信号至夹管阀并激活其夹管机构,此时,管路被夹死,空气无法通过管路进入病人腹腔,从而达到保护病人的目的;本发明能够避免腹膜透析患者在治疗过程中空气进入腹腔产生腹痛甚至引发腹膜炎,具有结构简单、成本低、便于推广应用的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种腹膜透析用阻流装置。
背景技术
肾功能衰竭和肾功能低下可以通过透析进行治疗,透析是将体内废物、毒素和多余的水从人体排出。血液透析和腹膜透析是目前中末期肾脏病患者的两种主要治疗手段。
由于各级血液透析中心的患者渐趋饱和,且血液透析治疗的成本较高,而腹膜透析可以最大限度的保留病人残余的肾功能,且治疗成本较低,因此腹膜透析正被越来越多的患者所采用。但是肾脏病患者在进行腹膜透析时由于多种因素空气有可能进入腹腔,少量气体进入人体腹腔会导致剧烈疼痛,严重者甚至引发腹膜炎,从而致使患者无法继续采用腹膜透析方式进行治疗,给患者造成很大的伤害,增加患者的经济负担。这种现象在自动腹膜透析中更易出现。急需一种在治疗过程中一旦空气进入管路即可切断与人体连接的管路的阻流装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种腹膜透析用阻流装置,在治疗过程中一旦空气进入管路即可切断与人体连接的管路。
实现本发明目的的技术方案为:一种腹膜透析用阻流装置,包括夹管阀、红外传感器、控制器和装置壳体,所述夹管阀、红外传感器、控制器均设置在装置壳体内部;
腹膜透析管路从装置壳体中穿过,并卡入夹管阀中;
所述红外传感器用于检测腹膜透析管路中是否进入空气;
所述控制器用于根据红外传感器检测结果控制夹管阀夹紧腹膜透析管路。
与现有技术相比,本发明的显著优点为:
本发明能够避免腹膜透析患者在治疗过程中空气进入腹腔产生腹痛甚至引发腹膜炎,具有结构简单、成本低、便于推广应用的优点。

具体实施方式
肾脏病患者在进行腹膜透析治疗时,由于接头意外脱落等因素易造成空气进入人体腹腔,进而引起剧痛甚至引发腹膜炎。本发明提供一种在治疗过程中一旦空气进入管路即可切断与人体连接的管路的阻流装置。
结合图1,本发明的一种腹膜透析用阻流装置,包括夹管阀1、红外传感器2、控制器3和装置壳体,所述夹管阀1、红外传感器2、控制器3均设置在装置壳体内部;
腹膜透析管路4从装置壳体中穿过,并卡入夹管阀1中;
所述红外传感器2用于检测腹膜透析管路4中是否进入空气;
所述控制器3用于根据红外传感器2检测结果控制夹管阀1夹紧腹膜透析管路4。
进一步的,所述夹管阀1采用电动夹管阀。
在腹膜透析患者使用自动腹膜透析机进行治疗时,将连接人体腹腔的管路套入上述腹膜透析用阻流装置的夹管阀中,在透析过程中,腹膜透析药液可以通过连接人体腹腔的管路进入人体并发挥作用,一旦有空气进入该段管路中时,红外传感器反馈信号至控制器,控制器发送信号至夹管阀并激活其夹管机构,此时,管路被夹死,空气无法通过管路进入病人腹腔,从而达到保护病人的目的。

1.一种腹膜透析用阻流装置,其特征在于,包括夹管阀(1)、红外传感器(2)、控制器(3)和装置壳体,所述夹管阀(1)、红外传感器(2)、控制器(3)均设置在装置壳体内部;
腹膜透析管路(4)从装置壳体中穿过,并卡入夹管阀(1)中;
所述红外传感器(2)用于检测腹膜透析管路(4)中是否进入空气;
所述控制器(3)用于根据红外传感器(2)检测结果控制夹管阀(1)夹紧腹膜透析管路(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的腹膜透析用阻流装置,其特征在于,所述夹管阀(1)采用电动夹管阀。
