技术领域
本发明涉及一种双人椅，具体涉及一种木塑双人椅。
背景技术
木塑复合材料是以废旧塑料和农林废弃物（木粉、竹粉等）为主要原料，经过高温熔融，采用挤出、注塑、压制等成型方法制备得到的一种环保型复合材料，主要用作天然木材的替代品。木塑复合材料类似木材，可钉、可刨，又类似塑料可以重复加工利用，100%回收。
传统的双人椅，组装不便，结构不牢，使用周期不长，不能单片更换，浪费资源。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种组装方便，结构牢固，可更换，使用周期长的木塑双人椅。
技术方案：为了解决上述技术问题，本发明所述的一种木塑双人椅，它包括椅面，在所述椅面中部设有中间扶手，在所述椅面两侧设有椅脚，在所述椅脚上方设有侧扶手，在所述椅面后方设有椅背，它们通过内六角字母螺丝固定组成木塑椅子本体；所述椅面包括椅面木塑单片，以及设在椅面木塑单片下部的椅面单片连接件，在椅面单片连接件下部前方设有椅面加固连接件；所述中间扶手包括中间扶手木塑单片以及中间扶手连接件；所述侧扶手由侧扶手木塑单片组成；所述椅背包括背框，以及设在背框上的椅背木塑单片；所述中间扶手连接件与椅面加固连接件相连。
在所述背框下部设有背框加固连接件。
在所述背框上设有四根椅面木塑单片。
在所述中间扶手连接件上设有三根中间扶手木塑单片。
所述侧扶手由一根侧扶手木塑单片组成。
所述侧扶手与背框相连。
有益效果：本发明与现有技术相比，其显著优点是：本发明各部件采用内六角字母螺丝组成木塑椅子本体，并且各部件都是单片或单根结构，组装方便，可更换，有效提高可使用周期，采用椅面加固连接件和背框加固连接件，保证整体结构牢固，进一步提高可使用周期，本产品可以根据实际情况在木塑椅子本体两旁添加木塑座位，进行及时调整，安装灵活，适用于各种场合。

如图1、图2和图3所示，本发明所述的一种木塑双人椅，它包括椅面1，在所述椅面1中部设有中间扶手2，在所述椅面1两侧设有椅脚3，在所述椅脚3上方设有侧扶手4，在所述椅面1后方设有椅背5，它们通过内六角字母螺丝固定组成木塑椅子本体；所述椅面1包括椅面木塑单片6，以及设在椅面木塑单片6下部的椅面单片连接件7，在椅面单片连接件7下部前方设有椅面加固连接件8；所述中间扶手2包括中间扶手木塑单片9以及中间扶手连接件10；所述侧扶手4由侧扶手木塑单片组成；所述椅背5包括背框11，以及设在背框11上的椅背木塑单片12；所述中间扶手连接件10与椅面加固连接件8相连；在所述背框11下部设有背框加固连接件13；在所述背框11上设有四根椅面木塑单片12；在所述中间扶手连接件10上设有三根中间扶手木塑单片9；所述侧扶手4由一根侧扶手木塑单片组成；所述侧扶手4与背框11相连。本发明各部件采用内六角字母螺丝组成木塑椅子本体，并且各部件都是单片或单根结构，组装方便，可更换，有效提高可使用周期，采用椅面加固连接件和背框加固连接件，保证整体结构牢固，进一步提高可使用周期，本产品可以根据实际情况在木塑椅子本体两旁添加木塑座位，进行及时调整，安装灵活，适用于各种场合。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法，具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多，以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围，本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种木塑双人椅，其特征在于：它包括椅面（1），在所述椅面（1）中部设有中间扶手（2），在所述椅面（1）两侧设有椅脚（3），在所述椅脚（3）上方设有侧扶手（4），在所述椅面（1）后方设有椅背（5），它们通过内六角字母螺丝固定组成木塑椅子本体；所述椅面（1）包括椅面木塑单片（6），以及设在椅面木塑单片（6）下部的椅面单片连接件（7），在椅面单片连接件（7）下部前方设有椅面加固连接件（8）；所述中间扶手（2）包括中间扶手木塑单片（9）以及中间扶手连接件（10）；所述侧扶手（4）由侧扶手木塑单片组成；所述椅背（5）包括背框（11），以及设在背框（11）上的椅背木塑单片（12）；所述中间扶手连接件（10）与椅面加固连接件（8）相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木塑双人椅，其特征在于：在所述背框（11）下部设有背框加固连接件（13）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木塑双人椅，其特征在于：在所述背框（11）上设有四根椅面木塑单片（12）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的木塑双人椅，其特征在于：在所述中间扶手连接件（10）上设有三根中间扶手木塑单片（9）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的木塑双人椅，其特征在于：所述侧扶手（4）由一根侧扶手木塑单片组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的木塑双人椅，其特征在于：所述侧扶手（4）与背框（11）相连。
