药膳发源于我国传统的饮食和中医食疗文化,药膳是在中医学、烹饪学和营养学理论指导下,严格按药膳配方,将中药与某些具有药用价值的食物相配伍,采用我国独特的饮食烹调技术和现代科学方法制作而成的具有一定色、香、味、形的美味食品。
而现在社会的压力非常的大,来自工作、生活各个方面的压力,而药物终究是药物,往往许多的人对于药物都有一种排斥的心理,而在现今的社会,人们对于饮食、对于营养的要求也越来越高,药膳是许多人的良好的选择。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种方法合理、制作方便、配比合理、营养丰富的一种温化寒痰的滋药膳。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种温化寒痰的滋药膳,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成,
配料1:糯米6份、核桃仁6份、红枣4份、黄豆3份、桂圆2份、莲子3份、薏米3份、洋芋4份、土豆3份、黄瓜8份、猪骨4份、燕麦3份、鸡脯肉3份、胡萝卜9份;
配料2:八角1份、花椒1份、生姜4份、蒜头2份、红糖3份、碘盐5份、葡萄糖酸钙8份、蜂蜜4份、木瓜9份、小茴香1份;
配料3:白前1份、皂荚2份、天南星4份、白附子4份、黄药子4份、远志4份、白芍5份、罗布麻3份、天竺黄4份、鸡矢藤2份、胖大海5份、防风1份、南沙参2份;
配料4:纯净水100份;
包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ将配料4的纯净水按照1:1的比例分成两份,少份的纯净水与配料1中的材料一同放入煮锅中煮制60-80分钟,然后将多余的水滤去,将料取出静置90分钟,然后放入粉碎设备中粉碎成颗粒状;
Ⅱ将多份的纯净水与配料3中的料一种放入煮锅中煎煮50-65分钟,然后过滤掉料,留汤剂;
Ⅲ将配料2中的材料放在研磨装置中研磨成泥,再放入Ⅱ中的汤剂煮制10分钟,然后将Ⅰ中的料继续放入,边煮制边搅拌,直至汤剂煮干;
Ⅳ将Ⅲ中的料放入75-85℃的烘烤设备中烘烤20-30分钟,将水分蒸干,然后取出后放入粉碎设备中粉碎成粉末状即可;
Ⅴ食用是可以直接食用或者用开水冲泡。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种温化寒痰的滋药膳,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤,
