技术领域

[0001] 本发明涉及一种胶线结构,尤其涉及一种通过一热塑性弹性体及至少一导电线的 组合设计,并借助该热塑性弹性体具有冷却后完成固化胶合的特性,让具有包覆导电线的 热塑性弹性体能因冷却后即固化胶合于织物或基层上,而适用于不锈钢导电线、碳纤维导 电线、溉镀纤维(Sputtered Fiber)导电线等各种的导电线。

背景技术

[0002] 现今的织物在穿戴下开始强调需有具有舒适、透气、凉爽等效果,因此近年来各个 科技厂商积极投入研发以进行改良各种纤维及编织方式,使织物能达到上述的效果。

[0003] 而最近科技厂商开始发展所谓的智慧衣,也就是配备电子化装置因而具有智慧化 功能的衣物,且具有可重复水洗的能力,以及心电、体温、呼吸、动作、跌倒等生理量测功能, 并能通过即时无线传输及提供稳定的生理讯号警讯监视与记录服务。且从早期需将软板内 嵌在衣服中的做法改良成在纤维中加入导电纤维,通过控制电流电压及传导量测讯号等。

[0004] 然而,在目前的科技技术上,于纤维中加入导电纤维且编织成织物后,经过水洗或 多次揉搓容易将导电纤维弄断而造成短路或接触不良,使得在控制电流电压及传导量测讯 号的效能上大大折扣。且在后续的导电纤维维修上是一件非常麻烦的事,所以假如发生短 路或接触不良时该织物只能被丢弃无法重复使用。

[0005]因此,本发明人有鉴于上述缺失,以期能提出一种具有重复撕贴及方便后续成衣 加工功能的胶线结构,令使用者可轻易操作组装,以提供使用者以便利性。

发明内容

[0006]本发明的主要目的,在于提供一种胶线结构,包括有一热塑性弹性体及至少一导 电线的组合设计,该热塑性弹性体具有刚性链段和柔性链段,而该至少一导电线包覆于该 热塑性弹性体内,以使该导电线能借助该热塑性弹性体来热熔粘合,且通过该热塑性弹性 体具有在室温下为固体,而经由加热到一定温度后即熔融成液体状态,并待其冷却后则完 成固化胶合的特性,让具有包覆导电线的热塑性弹性体能因冷却后即固化胶合并粘接于织 物或基层上,进而增加整体的实用性。

[0007]本发明的另一目的,在于提供一种胶线结构,借助该热塑性弹性体采用为苯乙烯 系热塑性弹性体(TPS)、聚氨酯类热塑性弹性体(TPU)、热塑性硫化弹性体(TPV)、聚烯烃系 热塑性弹性体(TP0)、聚酯类热塑性弹性体(TPEE)或乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚合物热塑性弹性 体(EVA)等^中任一种为主成份,并加上增粘剂、增塑剂、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂及填料等添加 物,再经熔融混合而成的固体状粘合剂,而该熔融温度介于阳^至丨8〇〇c之间,于使用时只 要通过加热便可让该热塑性弹性体熔融,待冷却后即固化胶合并粘接于各种基材或织物 上,进而增加整体的使用粘着性。

[0009]本发明的第二个目的,在于提供一种胶线结构,借助该热塑性弹性体热熔粘合于 一基层上,而该基层为纸体、布体、膜体、片体或弹性体等其中任一种,再借助该基层通过缝 合方式、超音波方式、热熔合方式或粘接剂等结合方式来结合于一织物上,且该织物为衣 月艮、裤子、手套、内衣、背心、胸衣、平口衣等其中任一种,使该具有包覆导电线的热塑性弹性 体能通过不同的基层的设计,让该基层能结合于不同材质的织物上,方便在该织物上形成 回路或电路,并借助该基层来形成多一层保护该导电线,避免该导电线因外力影响而造成 短路或断路的现象,进而增加整体的保护性。

[0022]本发明胶线结构的主要实施方式包括有一热塑性弹性体10及至少一导电线20(如 图1所示),而该热塑性弹性体10具有刚性链段(又称硬段)和柔性链段(又称软段),前者主 要影响产物的弹性、低温性能以及硬度、撕裂强度、模量等;后者则由于分子链间的氢键和 易于形成晶区而产生轻度化学交联和物理交联,它们在受热或溶解时被破坏,聚合物产生 塑性流动,但冷却后却又恢复原状。

[0023]该热塑性弹性体(Thermoplastic Elastomer-TPE) 10亦称热塑性橡胶 (Thermoplastic Rubber-TPR)是一种兼具橡胶和热塑性塑胶特性的材料。该热塑性弹性体 10采用苯乙燦系热塑性弹性体(Thermoplastic Styrene Elastomer-TPS)、聚氨醋类热塑 性弹性体(Thermoplastic Polyurethane-TPU)、热塑性硫化弹性体(Thermoplastic elastomer-TPV)、聚烯烃系热塑性弹性体(Thermoplastic polyolefin-TPO)、聚酯类热塑 性弹性体(Thermoplastic elastomer either ester-TPEE)或乙條-醋酸乙炼酷共聚合物 热塑性弹性体(Thermoplastic elastomer-baged on Ethylene Vinyl Acetate-TP-EVA) 等其中任一种为主成份,并加上增粘剂、增塑剂、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂及填料等添加物,再经熔 融混合而成的固体状粘合剂。

[0024]且该上述的苯乙炼系热塑性弹性体(Thermoplastic Styrene Elastomer-TPS)分 别为苯乙炼-丁二燦-苯乙煤嵌段共聚物(Styrene Butadiene Styrene-SBS)、苯乙炼-异戊 二炼-苯乙炼嵌段共聚物(Styrene Isoprene Styrene-SIS)、苯乙稀-乙烯-丁稀-苯乙稀嵌 段共聚物(Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene-SEBS)、苯乙燦-乙稀-丙條-苯乙條嵌段 共聚物(Styrene Ethylene Propylene Styrene-SEPS)等其中任一种,另该聚氨醋类热塑 性弹性体(Thermoplastic Polyurethane-TPU)的刚性链段由聚氨酯(Polyurethane-HJR) 所组成,且柔性链段为聚醚或聚酯所组成,而聚烯烃系热塑性弹性体(Thermoplastic polyolefin-TPO)的刚性链段为聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚丁烯所组成,且柔性链段为橡胶所组 成。而上述的热塑性弹性体10其熔融温度介于65°C至180°C之间,于使用时只要通过加热便 可让该热塑性弹性体10来熔融,并待冷却后即固化胶合。

[0025]另该至少一导电线20是米用不镑钢、碳纤维、溅镀纤维(Sputtered Fiber)等其中 任一种材质或其它类似具有导电效能的材质来制成,以使导电线20具有传导的效能。且该 至少一导电线20包覆于该热塑性弹性体10内,以使该导电线20能借助该热塑性弹性体1〇来 热熔粘合,且通过该热塑性弹性体10具有在室温下为固体,而经由加热到一定温度后即熔 融成液体状态,并待其冷却后则完成固化胶合的特性,让具有包覆导电线20的热塑性弹性 体10能因冷却后即形成固化胶合。

[0026]而本发明胶线结构的第一种应用实施方式包括有一热塑性弹性体1〇及至少一导 电线20,且该至少一导电线20包覆于该热塑性弹性体10内,并借助该热塑性弹性体1〇来直 接热熔粘合于一织物30(如图2所示)上的任何地方或缝线处,而该织物30为衣服、裤子、手 套、内衣、背心、胸衣、平口衣等其中任一种或是经由编织裁缝而成其它样式的织物30,且该 上述的织物30为具有弹性的材质或非弹性的材质。

[0027]另该热塑性弹性体10热熔粘合于该织物30时能将该导电线20呈直线型态,或将该 导电线20弯折呈S字型态或Z字型态,使该包覆于该热塑性弹性体10内的导电线20能直接热 熔粘合于织物30上,让该导电线20能配合该织物30的形体来形成回路或电路,便于具有进 行讯号传递或电力传递的效能。

[0028]而本发明胶线结构的第二种应用实施方式包括有一热塑性弹性体10及至少一导 电线20,且该至少一导电线20包覆于该热塑性弹性体10内,而该热塑性弹性体10热熔粘合 于一基层40上(如图3及图4所示),且该基层40为纸体、布体、膜体、片体或弹性体等其中任 一种,另该纸体可为一般纸张、厚纸板、瓦楞纸等由纸桨所产生各种纸(图未示),另该布体 为通过各种纤维来编织而成的布料(图未示),另该膜体可为具塑料材质的软性膜或具碳材 质的软性膜等或是其它具软性材质的膜体(图未示),另该片体为具塑料材质的硬性片、具 金属材质的硬性片、具碳材质的硬性片等或是其它具硬性材质的片体(图未示),另该弹性 体是具有各种具有弹性纤维所编织而成的布料或松紧带(图未示)。

[0029]再者,上述所列的基层40能进一步结合于该织物30上(如图5所示),其结合方式采 用缝合方式、超音波方式、热熔合方式或粘接剂方式等其中任一种(本实施方式采用缝合方 式来呈现),且该上述所列的基层40能结合于该织物30的任何地方或缝线处,而该织物30为 衣服、裤子、手套、内衣、背心、胸衣、平口衣等其中任一种或是经由编织裁缝而成其它样式 的织物30,且该上述的织物30具有弹性材质或非弹性材质。使具有包覆导电线20的热塑性 弹性体10能通过不同的基层40的设计,让该基层40能结合于不同材质的织物30上,方便在 该织物30上形成回路或电路,并借助该基层40来形成多一层保护该导电线20,避免该导电 线20因外力影响而造成短路或断路的现象。

[0030]另该热塑性弹性体10热熔粘合于该基层40时能将该导电线20呈直线型态,或将该 导电线20弯折呈S字型态(如图3及图6所示)或Z字型态,可以增加其延展性,让该导电线20 不易被拉断,使该具有包覆导电线20的热塑性弹性体10能直接热熔粘合于基层40上,让该 导电线20能配合该基层40的形体来形成回路或电路,便于具有进行讯号传递或电力传递的 功能。

[0031]而本发明胶线结构的第三种应用实施方式包括有一热塑性弹性体10及至少一导 电线20,且该至少一导电线20包覆于该热塑性弹性体10内,而该热塑性弹性体1〇热熔粘合 于一基层40上,且该基层40为胶带,其中该胶带具有一粘性面401 (如图7及图5所示),而该 具有包覆导电线20的热塑性弹性体10热熔粘合于该胶带具有粘性面401上,使具有包覆导 电线20的热塑性弹性体10能与胶带形成固化胶合,再通过本身的胶带的粘性面4〇1来进行 贴合于织物30上,而该具有包覆导电线20的热塑性弹性体10贴合于织物30上时能贴合于织 物3〇的缝线处或裁剪处,一方面可以用来遮蔽缝线处或裁剪处,另一方面则可以增加织物 30的美观样式。

[0032]而本发明胶线结构的第四种应用实施方式包括有一热塑性弹性体10及至少一导 电线2〇,且该至少一导电线20包覆于该热塑性弹性体10内,而该热塑性弹性体1〇热熔粘合 于一基层40上,且该基层40为胶带,其中该胶带不具粘性面(如图S及图5所示),而该具有包 覆导电线20的热塑性弹性体10先热熔粘合于该胶市不具粘性的面上,使具有包覆导电线20 的热塑性弹性体10能与胶带形成固化胶合,再涂布一层粘胶50于具有包覆导电线20的热塑 性弹性体10的胶带不具粘性的面上,让具有包覆导电线20的热塑性弹性体10的胶带能借助 涂布的粘胶50来进行贴合于织物30上,让本发明可以通过以胶带方式来将具有包覆导电线 20的热塑性弹性体10贴合于各种织物30上,而具有重复撕贴及调整以方便后续成衣加工的 效能,进而增加整体的便利性。

[0033]另上述于本发明胶线结构的第一种应用实施方式、第二种应用实施方式、第三种 应用实施方式、第四种应用实施方式时其所述的织物上设有讯号传输接点(图未示),而该 讯号传输接点与至少一侦测模组(图未示)相连接,其中该讯号传输接点与至少一侦测模组 之间乃是通过本发明的具有包覆导电线的热塑性弹性体来进行连接以传递讯号或传递电 力,且该所称的侦测模组乃由复数非导电纤维纱线及复数导电纤维纱线织造而成,或者是 该电极片由整片都是复数导电纤维纱线所织造而成,让整片的电极片均具有导电效果,使 能通过上述的侦测模组来侦测生理讯号或身体倾斜角度的变化再传输至该讯号传输接点, 另该讯号传输接点能组设一讯号传输器(图未示),且该讯号传输器内设有无线传输模组, 以能将生理讯号或身体倾斜角度的变化无线传输至电子设备上(如智慧型手机、智慧型平 板电脑、笔记型电脑、桌上型电脑、医疗设备等)或云端上,便于了解其侦测的结果,使能提 前进行预防医疗。

Claims (14)

1. 一种胶线结构,其特征在于,包括: 一热塑性弹性体,该热塑性弹性体具有刚性链段和柔性链段;以及 至少一导电线,该至少一导电线包覆于该热塑性弹性体内,以使该导电线能借助该热 塑性弹性体来热熔粘合。
2.如权利要求1所述的胶线结构,其特征在于,该热塑性弹性体为苯乙炼系热塑性弹性 体、聚氨酯类热塑性弹性体、热塑性硫化弹性体、聚烯烃系热塑性弹性体、聚酷类热塑性弹 性体或乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚合物热塑性弹性体其中的任一种;优选的,该上述的热塑性弹 性体进一步含有增粘剂、增塑剂、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂及填料添加物。
3.如权利要求2所述的胶线结构,其特征在于,该苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体分别为苯乙 烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯—乙烯—丁烯— 苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物其中的任一种。
4.如权利要求2所述的胶线结构,其特征在于,该聚氨酯类热塑性弹性体的刚性链段由 聚氨酯所组成,且柔性链段为聚醚或聚酯所组成;而聚烯烃系热塑性弹性体的刚性链段为 聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚丁烯所组成,且柔性链段为橡胶所组成。
5.如权利要求1所述的胶线结构,其特征在于,该热塑性弹性体热恪粘合于一织物上, 且该织物为具有弹性的材质或非弹性的材质;优选的,该织物为衣服、裤子、手套、内衣、背 心、胸衣、平口衣其中的任一种。
6.如权利要求5所述的胶线结构,其特征在于,该热塑性弹性体热溶粘合于该织物时能 将该导电线呈直线型态。
7.如权利要求5所述的胶线结构,其特征在于,该热塑性弹性体热熔粘合于该织物时能 将该导电线弯折呈S字型态或Z字型态。
8.如权利要求1所述的胶线结构,其特征在于,该热塑性弹性体进一步热溶粘合于一基 层上。
9.如权利要求8所述的胶线结构,其特征在于,该基层进一步为纸体、布体、膜体、片体 或弹性体其中任一种。
10.如权利要求9所述的胶线结构,其特征在于,该基层进一步结合于一织物上,且该织 物为具有弹性的材质或非弹性的材质,另该结合方式进一步采用缝合方式、超音波方式、热 熔合方式或粘接剂方式其中的任一种;优选的,该织物为衣服、裤子、手套、内衣、背心、胸 衣、平口衣其中的任一种。
11.如权利要求8所述的胶线结构,其特征在于,该基层进一步为胶带,且该胶带具有一 粘性面,而该具有包覆导电线的热塑性弹性体热熔粘合于该胶带具有粘性的面上,再通过 该胶带的粘性面来进行贴合。
12.如权利要求8所述的胶线结构,其特征在于,该基层进一步为胶带,且该胶带不具粘 性面,而该具有包覆导电线的热塑性弹性体先热熔粘合于该胶带不具粘性的面上,再在具 有包覆导电线的热塑性弹性体的胶带不具粘性的面上涂布一层粘胶,使具有包覆导电线的 热塑性弹性体的胶带能借助涂布的粘胶来进行贴合。
13.如权利要求8所述的胶线结构,其特征在于,该热塑性弹性体热熔粘合在该基层时 进一步能将该导电线呈直线型态。
14.如权利要求8所述的胶线结构,其特征在于,该热塑性弹性体热熔粘合在该基层时 进一步能将该导电线弯折呈S字型态或Z字型态。
