Abstract
一种用于脱水或包装及运输的容器,包括一个网
状外容器,在其上部有一个悬挂部件,在其底部有一
个易于开、闭的封闭部件;并有一个用于从湿的混合
物中除去水分或者用于包装粉末状或颗粒状物质的
布内容器,这样,便可非常容易地进行脱水或包装、运
输和贮存操作。
Description
本发明涉及一种脱去固体和水的混合物中水份的容器,例如,由提炼亲水性的胶体微粒所获得的湿的混合物,象湖中或水底沉积物,用分离凝结剂或容器使之成为疏水性的混合物,这容器是一种用于包装和运输粉末状或颗粒状物质的容器。
过去,通常利用滤布将固体和水的混合物中的水份分离。
另外,由聚乙烯或聚丙烯布并带有固紧带所构成的包装运输袋和悬挂带或绳通常用于运输包装。
但是,通常的脱水滤布只用于脱水(除去水份),常用的包装或运输袋也仅用于包装或仅用于运输。因此,需要设计一种不局限于一种用途的容器,例如,一种脱水袋即能用于脱水,又有包装、运输和贮存的功用,或者一种运输袋,能用作包装、运输和贮存。
为解决上述问题本发明人作了细致的调查研究。结果,本发明人利用一个外袋和一个内袋构成的容器解决了上述问题,这样便完成了本发明。
本发明提供了一种用于脱水或包装和运输的容器,由上部带有悬挂部件和底部有易于开闭的封闭部件的网状外容器和用于给湿的混合物脱水或者用于包装粉末状或颗粒状物质的布的内容器组成。
图1给出了打开状态的网状袋简略视图,它构成了本发明的外容器;
图2给出了封闭状态的网状袋简略视图,它构成了本发明的外容器;
图3给出了打开状态的内袋简略视图,它构成了本发明的内容器;
图4给出了封闭状态的内袋简略视图,它构成本发明的内容器;
图5给出本发明的一个具体实施例的简略视图,形成内容器的内袋被放入了形成外容器的网状袋中。
图6给出了本发明的另一个实施例的简略视图,形成内容器的内袋被放入形成外容器的网状袋中;

本发明中,外容器可以是筒形的,特别是圆筒形或多边筒形网袋。另外,外容器也可以是筐状的,如编织筐或塑料筐。在其上部装上悬挂部件,可使用任何悬挂部件。通常使用聚酯绳或聚酰胺绳。另外,在容器的底部装有封闭部件。封闭部件在去水或包装时为托住内容器而关上,在脱水或包装后打开取出内容器,这样便可运输。在使用网状外容器的情况下,可用高强度的绳编织,如象聚酰胺绳或聚酯绳那样的合成绳。在有些情况下,网状外容器也可用另一种材料如竹子编织,或者用合成树脂形成网状外容器。
内容器是一个布的筒状容器,例如一种袋子,它有一个与外容器配合的底部,并且在其开口处有一个封闭部件。这封闭部件可以是任何物件,只要它能易于开、闭,该部件包括一种绳、一种线和一条带。通常用合成绳或细丝织成的布或合成纤维的无纺布织物构成脱水内容器。用于民用工程中的纺织品,聚丙烯丝的无纺布等也被用于此目的。对于包装粉末状或颗粒状物质,任何常用材料都适用。内容器可用能分解的材料或能被腐蚀的材料构成。当内袋用作沉淀物脱水时,最好使用可分解或可腐蚀的袋,当将它长时间置于土壤中后可溶解进入土壤。可分解或可腐蚀的内容器可以由可分解的合成树脂或棉花构成。
本发明的容器可用作脱去湿的混合物中的水份,然后用作包装、运输和贮存已脱水固态物。
湿的混合物可以是任何此类混合物。本发明的容器特别能用作对沉积在湖底,河底或海底中的沉积物或工业废料进行脱水。例如,本发明的容器可以用作处理所获得的湿的混合物,将分离凝结剂混入沉积物或工业废料中,为分离的目的用以提炼沉积物使之成为疏水性的混合物。
这些分离凝结剂包含主要由二价或三价铁盐、三价金属盐或碱土金属盐构成的水溶液。二价或三价铁盐包含硫酸亚铁,硫酸铁或氯化铁。三价金属盐包括硫酸铝(Al2(SO4)3)和硫酸铝钾[ALK(SO4)3]。碱土金属盐包含氯化镁[MgCl2·6H2O]和氯化钙[CaCl2·6H2O]。
本发明的容器包括外容器和内容器,例如,外袋和内袋,并且仅仅变换内袋就可以进行脱水、包装、运输和贮存。
以下参照附图,对本发明的实施例作出描述。
实施例1:
参照附图1至7,外袋1是一个由聚酰胺绳编织的圆筒状网袋,在其上部有一根或多根悬挂带2即悬挂部件,在其底部有一根紧口绳3即封闭部件。图1给出的是外袋打开的状态,图2给出的是外袋紧口的状态。在附图1至5中,悬挂带2是与袋1的主边缘部份接触的,然而,悬挂带2也可装在主边缘部分与袋的中间部之间,如图6所示。
至于外袋即主体的材料,外袋的上部和底部由聚酰胺网构成,悬挂部件(一根绳或数根绳)和纵横交织在网上的绳是由聚酯构成,封闭部件(绳)是由聚酰胺构成。
内袋4被放入外袋1中,并有一个诸如一种圆筒形或另一种多边筒形的形状。在内袋4的开口部分有一根紧口的绳5。图3给出了内袋打开的状态,图4给出了内袋封口的状态。内袋可由无纺布或者可分解或可腐蚀的合成树脂或棉花织品构成。当需要长时间的分解或腐蚀时可使用这样的内袋。
当用分离凝结剂处理沉积物所获得的湿的混合物脱水时,或将粉末状或颗粒状物质包装时,内袋4放入外袋1中,与外袋1底部接触的封闭部件3封口,如图5和图6所示。利用悬挂带2将外袋4悬挂,湿的混合物或粉末状或颗粒状物质通过其开口处装入内袋4中。湿的混合物中的水份通过内容器和外容器被除去。完成脱水或包装后,外袋的底部被打开,从外袋1中取出内袋4,然后,内袋4便可运输或贮存。再将新的内袋4放入外袋1中,重复上述操作。
实施例2:
图7给出了本发明的另一个具体实施例,外容器是筐状。将图8所示的合成树脂构成的几个部件在联接部分6的位置相互装配在一起将联接杆7插入联接部份6中组成外容器。在外容器中,标号8为固绳部件,标号9为细长孔部份,可插入封闭部件3或封口绳。
内容器4的结构与实施例1类似。利用筐状外容器,用与实施例1相似的方式,可容易地进行湿的混合物的脱水,或者粉末状或颗粒状物质的包装、运输和贮存。
根据本发明,有可能构成一个系统,该系统可脱去放在外容器中的内容器的湿的混合物的水份,或者将粉末状或颗粒状物质包装在内容器中,并只对内容器进行运输和贮存。因此可非常容易地进行脱水或包装,运输和贮存操作。
Claims (7)
1、一种用于脱水或包装及运输的容器,包括一个网状外容器,在其上部有一个悬挂部件,在其底部有一个易于开、闭的封闭部件;并有一个用于从湿的混合物中除去水分或者用于包装粉末状或颗粒状物质的布的内容器。
2、根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于所说的外容器为一个筒形网状袋。
3、根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征是所说的外容器为一个筒形筐状袋。
4、根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征是所说的内容器为由合成丝无纺布构成的圆筒形袋。
5、根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征是所说的内容器为由合成绳编织物构成的袋。
6、根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征是所说的内容器由可分解或可腐蚀的材料构成。
7、根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征是所说的湿的混合物为沉积物。
