本发明属于酒类制品的技术领域,特别涉及保健荔枝酒。
背景技术
荔枝(Litchi chinensis Sonn.)为我国南方特有水果,其果肉柔嫩多汁,含较高糖分、适量有机酸以及多种氨基酸,风味独特,誉为果中珍品。荔枝味甘、酸、性温,入心、脾、肝经;果肉具有补脾益肝、理气补血、温中止痛、补心安神的功效;核具有理气、散结、止痛的功效;可止呃逆,止腹泻,是顽固性呃逆及五更泻者的食疗佳品,同时有补脑健身,开胃益脾,有促进食欲之功效。此外,据现代科技人员对荔枝进行分析测定,荔枝富含人体必须的维生素、微生素,适量食用,可滋润容颜,散寒理气,对身体有好处。
但荔枝由于水份多、皮薄、易感染病毒而腐烂,不耐储藏,因“一日而色变,二日而香变,三日而味变”的特性而影响远运及商品价值,常温时荔枝只能存放3-4天,难以贮藏保鲜,所以人们只能将荔枝加工成果脯、罐头等,但由于许多条件限制,当产地荔枝丰收时,许多荔枝往往来不及运输和保鲜处理就会很快变质腐烂,造成很大损失和浪费。所以开展荔枝鲜果加工与开发利用,以解决当前面临的产品加工率低、附加值低、保鲜时间短、无法开拓远期荔枝市场等系列问题,从而达到充分发挥荔枝采收后的经济效益和社会效益的目的。
近年来,广东省荔枝加工业发展迅速,荔枝酒因其酒度低、酒色柔和、酒质温和、爽口和果香浓郁、营养价值高等特点,正受到越来越多国内外消费者的亲睐和喜爱,对于开发我国特色资源有非常广阔的前景。但仍存在不足,如,单纯的荔枝酒在制备时需要重复考虑对酒液的保鲜、保香、保色,因此需在制备时加入其它的化学成分或食品添加剂,影响了酒的营养成分。现有技术制酒方法对荔枝中的有效成分提取效率低而且所制成的荔枝酒,保健效果不佳,人体吸收不好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供保健荔枝酒,其具有降血脂,降血糖,美容,防癌、防衰老和抗氧化等功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
保健荔枝酒,由以下重量份的原料制成:荔枝40~60份,中药混合物15~35份,冰糖10~30份。
本发明所述保健荔枝酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将荔枝晒干,剥皮,与冰糖混合均匀,密封,在26~32℃下放置60~80天后,再加入中药混合物,密封,在28~34℃温度下放置30~50天后,进行常压蒸馏,得到蒸馏液,微孔膜过滤,将滤液进行灭菌处理,通入氮气2~4min,封装即可。
本发明所述的中药混合物,由以下重量份的原料制成:淡豆豉20~40份,芦根15~31份,胖大海10~22份,半边莲8~18份,通草6~14份,佩兰4~8份。
优选地,本发明所述的保健荔枝酒,由以下重量份的原料制成:荔枝50份,中药混合物25份,冰糖20份。
优选地,本发明所述的中药混合物,由以下重量份的原料制成:淡豆豉30份,芦根23份,胖大海16份,半边莲13份,通草10份,佩兰6份。
优选地,本发明荔枝晒干至含水率为40~60%。
优选地,本发明所述常压蒸馏连续进行三次,三次的蒸馏温度分别为95~100℃,104~108℃,110~114℃,每次蒸馏的时间为20~30min。
本发明的中药混合物原料中:
淡豆豉,为豆科植物大豆Glycine max(L.)Merr.的成熟种子的发酵加工品。性味:苦、辛,凉。功能主治:解表,除烦,宣发郁热。用于感冒、寒热头痛,烦燥胸闷,虚烦不眠。
芦根,为禾本科植物芦苇Phragmites communis Trin.的新鲜或干燥根茎。性味:甘,寒。功能主治:清热生津,除烦,止呕,利尿。用于热病烦渴,胃热呕哕,肺热咳嗽,肺痈吐脓,热淋涩痛。
胖大海,为梧桐科植物胖大海Sterculia lychnophora Hance的干燥成熟种子。性味:甘,寒。功能主治:清热润肺,利咽解毒,润肠通便。用于肺热声哑,干咳无痰,咽喉干痛,热结便闭,头痛目赤。
半边莲,为桔梗科植物半边莲Lobelia chinensis Lour.的干燥全草。性味:辛,平。功能主治:利尿消肿,清热解毒。用于大腹水肿,面足浮肿,痈肿疔疮,蛇虫咬伤;晚期血吸虫病腹水。
通草,为五加科植物通脱木Tetrapanax papyriferus(Hook.)K.Koch的干燥茎髓。性味:甘、淡,微寒。功能主治:清热利尿,通气下乳。用于湿温尿赤,淋病涩痛,水肿尿少,乳汁不下。
佩兰,为菊科植物佩兰Eupatorium fortunei Turcz.的干燥地上部分。性味:辛,平。功能主治:芳香化湿,醒脾开胃,发表解暑。用于湿浊中阻,脘痞呕恶,口中甜腻,口臭,多涎,暑湿表症,头胀胸闷。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的荔枝酒具有降血脂,降血糖,美容,防癌、防衰老和抗氧化等功效。
2、本发明的添加的中药混合物可提高荔枝酒的抗癌功效,经试验,用于治疗已经注射小鼠肉瘤S180腹水型瘤株的小鼠,使用本发明的荔枝酒治疗的小鼠平均存活天数比不含中药混合物的荔枝酒多35~55天。
3、本发明的荔枝酒使用特定的方法制备,有效成分易被人体吸收,且酒体不要添加澄清剂就具有自澄清能力,制备得到的酒体清澈透明,并且还可以防止成品在贮存的时候褐变,延长贮存期至少6个月。

上述保健荔枝酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将荔枝晒干至含水率为60%,剥皮,与冰糖混合均匀,密封,在26℃下放置80天后,再加入中药混合物,密封,在28℃温度下放置35天后,连续进行三次常压蒸馏,三次的蒸馏温度分别为100℃,104℃,114℃,每次蒸馏的时间为20min,得到蒸馏液,微孔膜过滤,将滤液进行灭菌处理,通入氮气2min,封装即可。
实施例2
保健荔枝酒,由以下重量份的原料制成:荔枝45份,中药混合物30份,冰糖15份;所述的中药混合物,由以下重量份的原料制成:淡豆豉35份,芦根19份,胖大海19份,半边莲10份,通草12份,佩兰5份。
上述保健荔枝酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将荔枝晒干至含水率为55%,剥皮,与冰糖混合均匀,密封,在27℃下放置75天后,再加入中药混合物,密封,在29℃温度下放置40天后,连续进行三次常压蒸馏,三次的蒸馏温度分别为99℃,106℃,112℃,每次蒸馏的时间为22min,得到蒸馏液,微孔膜过滤,将滤液进行灭菌处理,通入氮气4min,封装即可。
实施例3
保健荔枝酒,由以下重量份的原料制成:荔枝50份,中药混合物25份,冰糖20份;所述的中药混合物,由以下重量份的原料制成:淡豆豉30份,芦根23份,胖大海16份,半边莲13份,通草10份,佩兰6份。
上述保健荔枝酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将荔枝晒干至含水率为50%,剥皮,与冰糖混合均匀,密封,在28℃下放置70天后,再加入中药混合物,密封,在30℃温度下放置45天后,连续进行三次常压蒸馏,三次的蒸馏温度分别为98℃,105℃,113℃,每次蒸馏的时间为25min,得到蒸馏液,微孔膜过滤,将滤液进行灭菌处理,通入氮气3min,封装即可。
实施例4
保健荔枝酒,由以下重量份的原料制成:荔枝55份,中药混合物20份,冰糖25份;所述的中药混合物,由以下重量份的原料制成:淡豆豉25份,芦根27份,胖大海13份,半边莲15份,通草8份,佩兰7份。
上述保健荔枝酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将荔枝晒干至含水率为45%,剥皮,与冰糖混合均匀,密封,在30℃下放置65天后,再加入中药混合物,密封,在32℃温度下放置30天后,连续进行三次常压蒸馏,三次的蒸馏温度分别为97℃,107℃,111℃,每次蒸馏的时间为28min,得到蒸馏液,微孔膜过滤,将滤液进行灭菌处理,通入氮气3min,封装即可。
实施例5
保健荔枝酒,由以下重量份的原料制成:荔枝60份,中药混合物15份,冰糖30份;所述的中药混合物,由以下重量份的原料制成:淡豆豉20份,芦根31份,胖大海10份,半边莲18份,通草6份,佩兰8份。
上述保健荔枝酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将荔枝晒干至含水率为40%,剥皮,与冰糖混合均匀,密封,在32℃下放置60天后,再加入中药混合物,密封,在34℃温度下放置50天后,连续进行三次常压蒸馏,三次的蒸馏温度分别为95℃,108℃,110℃,每次蒸馏的时间为30min,得到蒸馏液,微孔膜过滤,将滤液进行灭菌处理,通入氮气2min,封装即可。
对比例1
保健荔枝酒,由以下重量份的原料制成:荔枝50份,冰糖20份;
上述保健荔枝酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将荔枝晒干至含水率为50%,剥皮,与冰糖混合均匀,密封,在28℃下放置70天后,密封,在30℃温度下放置45天后,连续进行三次常压蒸馏,三次的蒸馏温度分别为98℃,105℃,113℃,每次蒸馏的时间为25min,得到蒸馏液,微孔膜过滤,将滤液进行灭菌处理,通入氮气3min,封装即可。
试验例:本发明的保健荔枝酒抗癌的作用效果
1、实验动物:健康昆明种小鼠,体重(20±2)g,雌雄各半,由广西医科大学实验动物中心提供。
2、肿瘤细胞株:小鼠肉瘤S180腹水型瘤株,由广西肿瘤防治研究所提供。
3、试验剂的制备:
分别取实施例1、实施例3和对比例1制得的酒,制成含酒量为5%的试验剂,将该试验剂密封,置于冰箱冷藏保存备用。
4、实验方法:
取(20±2)g小鼠40只,前肢皮下分别接种经昆明系小鼠传代第7天的小鼠肉瘤S180瘤株细胞(经台盼兰染色活细胞数大于95%)的腹腔稀释液0.2mL,其浓度5×105/mL。将注射瘤细胞后的小鼠随机分为4组,每组10只,雌雄各半:对照组,同侧同位注射生理盐水0.5mL;实施例1组,同侧同位注射实施例1组试验剂0.25mL,终剂量为每只小鼠注射荔枝酒0.4mg;实施例3组,同侧同位注射实施例3组试验剂0.25mL,终剂量为每只小鼠注射荔枝酒0.4mg;对比例1组,同侧同位注射对比例1组试验剂0.25mL,终剂量为每只小鼠注射荔枝酒0.4mg。观察小鼠的生活状态、肿瘤生长状况及小鼠的生存情况。
5、试验结果:
自实验之日起,随时观察每只小鼠的生活状况。
对照组小鼠1周开始出现肉眼可见肿块(约0.15cm×0.15cm),而实施例1组、实施例3组和对比例1组则未见肉眼可见的肿块,实施例1组、实施例3组和对比例1组小鼠全部存活。
观察至实验第17天起,对照组小鼠开始逐渐死亡,至35天对照组全部死亡。而实施例1组、实施例3组和对比例1组小鼠则全部存活,且均未出现肉眼可见肿块。
观察至第29天,对比例1组小鼠出现肉眼可见肿块,继续观察至实验第38天起,对比例1组小鼠开始逐渐死亡,至67天对比例1组小鼠全部死亡。
观察至第48天,实施例1组小鼠出现肉眼可见肿块,继续观察至实验第74天起,实施例1组小鼠开始逐渐死亡,至96天实施例1组小鼠全部死亡。
观察至第77天,实施例3组小鼠出现肉眼可见肿块,继续观察至实验第95天起,实施例3组小鼠开始逐渐死亡,至112天实施例3组小鼠全部死亡。
本实验共重复4次,结果基本相同。小鼠的生存情况见表1。

上表表明,实施例1组、实施例3组和对比例1组荔枝酒对S180腹水型肉瘤细胞有抑制作用,但是实施例3组和实施例1组抑制效果较为显著,说明本发明的保健荔枝酒具有较为显著的抗癌功效。
Claims (5)
1.保健荔枝酒,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:荔枝40~60份,中药混合物15~35份,冰糖10~30份;
所述保健荔枝酒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将荔枝晒干,剥皮,与冰糖混合均匀,密封,在26~32℃下放置60~80天后,再加入中药混合物,密封,在28~34℃温度下放置30~50天后,进行常压蒸馏,得到蒸馏液,微孔膜过滤,将滤液进行灭菌处理,通入氮气2~4min,封装即可;
所述的中药混合物,由以下重量份的原料制成:淡豆豉20~40份,芦根15~31份,胖大海10~22份,半边莲8~18份,通草6~14份,佩兰4~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健荔枝酒,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:荔枝50份,中药混合物25份,冰糖20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保健荔枝酒,其特征在于,所述的中药混合物,由以下重量份的原料制成:淡豆豉30份,芦根23份,胖大海16份,半边莲13份,通草10份,佩兰6份。
4.根据权利要求1~3任意一项所述的保健荔枝酒,其特征在于:荔枝晒干至含水率为40~60%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的保健荔枝酒,其特征在于:所述常压蒸馏连续进行三次,三次的蒸馏温度分别为95~100℃,104~108℃,110~114℃,每次蒸馏的时间为20~30min。
