Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fish feeding device, in particular to an automatic fish feeding device realized by utilizing physical and mechanical principles.
Background
Because a complete food chain does not exist in the small environment of the common fish tank, feed needs to be put into the fish tank every day in the cultivation process of the ornamental fish. First, the time and amount of artificial feeding may be unscientific, resulting in fish overeating and death. Secondly, after the fish in the fish tank is fed with the special fish food, if the fish is not eaten in time, the residual granular fish food can be softened and decomposed under the condition of disappearance and soaking, so that the water becomes turbid. If the fish tank is provided with the device which can automatically put feed into the fish tank and immediately remove residual fish food, a large amount of manpower and material resources can be saved.
A conventional automatic fish feeding device generally adopts an electric principle, calculates timing through a central processing unit, and controls an actuating mechanism to move so as to pour bait into a fish tank, for example, a patent with the application number of 200910191893.1 discloses a timing automatic feeding fish tank which comprises a feeding device and a timing device. The feeder is arranged at the top of the fish tank, and the timing device is arranged on the outer wall of the fish tank. After a timing switch of the timing device is set, the feeder starts to feed automatically when the preset time is up. After the default time, the feeder is closed, and feeding is finished. The devices have complex circuit structures, low safety, standby power consumption of the central processing unit and high cost for specially setting the execution mechanism. In search, patent with application number 201410319440.3 discloses an environment-friendly fish tank feeder, which employs fish food belts for feeding bait in a relatively novel manner, but the disadvantages are too obvious, and firstly, the most important point is that the fish tank feeder cannot feed automatically, and the fish tank feeder needs to rely on the continuous rotation of double turntables in the same direction to feed the fish food belts; secondly, the bait is soaked in water for a long time, even the feeding wheel and the receiving wheel are partially in the water, and the bait is easy to deteriorate; thirdly, most of the fish food belt is only close to the water surface, and the fish can not effectively take food.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides an automatic fish feeding device which is not powered by electricity, can feed fish automatically, is convenient for fish to eat, is safe and reliable, has a simple structure, is cheap and high quality, adjusts the feeding frequency by adjusting the speed of water drops, removes the residual fish food by a fish food belt winding wheel, and prevents the fish food from being turned upside down.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: an automatic fish feeding device comprises a bracket fixedly connected with a fish tank, a rotary table connected with the bracket through a rotary shaft, and a water dripping device arranged above the side of the rotary table; the outer side of the turntable is provided with a fish tape winding wheel which synchronously rotates with the turntable, and the outer ring is uniformly provided with water containing boxes; the fish tank is provided with a fish tape storage wheel which is connected with the fish tape winding wheel through a fish tape; at least part of the fish food belt is positioned below the liquid level of the fish tank.
The aforesaid feeds fish device automatically, wherein: the fish tank is also provided with a driven wheel A and a driven wheel B which are positioned between the fish tape storage wheel and the fish tape winding wheel and positioned below the center of the fish tank under the liquid level of the fish tank, and the fish tape is wound on the driven wheels.
The above-mentioned automatic fish feeding device, wherein: the inner ring of the rotary disk is provided with a ratchet wheel which synchronously rotates with the rotary disk and a non-return pawl which keeps relative static with the fish tank and blocks the teeth of the ratchet wheel.
The aforesaid feeds fish device automatically, wherein: the water containing box is in a fan shape with a half opening.
The aforesaid feeds fish device automatically, wherein: the part for connecting the bracket and the fish tank body comprises a base, the upper end of which is connected with the bracket, the lower end of which is fixed on the fish tank body through a U-shaped opening, and a pressure plate which is connected with the base through a tightening bolt.
The aforesaid feeds fish device automatically, wherein: the inner wall of one side of the base is provided with a wave-shaped stripe bulge.
The above-mentioned automatic fish feeding device, wherein: the pressure strip is made of plastic deformation material.
Compared with the prior art, the invention adopts the structure, controls the rotation of the turntable by adopting the lateral force of the water drop gravity in the turntable water containing box relative to the rotating shaft through the rotatable bracket, the evenly distributed semi-open fan-shaped water containing box and the water dropping device arranged above the side of the fan-shaped water containing box, is not electrically controlled, effectively saves energy, and can adjust the feeding frequency by adjusting the speed of the water drop; the structure is simple, safe and reliable due to the pure mechanical structure; the fish food belt is adopted, so that long-term soaking deterioration of fish food in water is avoided, the fish food belt is enabled to be deep into the water by adopting the two driven wheels, the fish food belt storage wheel and the fish food belt winding wheel are not required to be close to the water surface, and the drying and quality guarantee of bait are ensured; the ratchet wheel and the non-return pawl are arranged, so that the whole system can only rotate anticlockwise and cannot rotate reversely, the phenomenon that fish food is not carried in the feeding process of the fish food belt is guaranteed, meanwhile, the fish food belt winding wheel can take away the fish food which is not eaten on the fish food belt, and the water quality is prevented from being polluted; the inner wall of one side of the base is provided with wavy stripe bulges, the pressure plate is made of plastic deformation material, the wavy stripe bulges and the pressure plate clamp the edge of the fish tank body and are fastened by the tightening bolt, so that the fish tank cannot slide and is reliably connected; moreover, the invention also brings an auxiliary effect of adding oxygen, and the regular pouring of water can improve the oxygen content in the water and has certain benefits for the fish.
