一种隔音墙纸,按重量份计由以下成分制成:纸浆84-88、改性木粉18-22、硅酸钠2-5、漂白粉1-4、改性水镁石15-18、聚丙烯树脂3-6、硫酸钙晶须1-4、玻璃纤维2-4、环氧大豆油2-5、海带1-3、有机硅消泡剂0.3-0.5;所述改性木粉按重量份计由以下成分制成:板栗木粉30-33、枣木粉22-25、榆木粉23-26、玉米秸秆粉4-6;所述改性水镁石按重量份计由以下成分制成:水镁石80-88、硅藻土1-3、绢云母1-3。
进一步的,所述改性水镁石的制备方法为:将水镁石研磨成粉末,过900目,将硅藻土与绢云母混合后进行研磨,过800目,将水镁石在空气相对湿度为70%、温度为50℃环境下放置3天,将硅藻土与绢云母混合物在空气相对湿度为60%,温度为55℃的环境下放置3天,然后将水镁石和硅藻土与绢云母混合物混合均匀后,再与水镁石质量2倍的质量浓度为1.55%的硅烷偶联剂水溶液中浸泡4小时,然后过滤,采用清水洗涤,烘干,即可。

实施例2墙纸投影时,投影清晰度(1-100)为99、色彩优、投影质量优;
实施例3墙纸投影时,投影清晰度(1-100)为99、色彩优、投影质量优;
对比例1墙纸投影时,投影清晰度(1-100)为93、色彩优、投影质量良;
对比例2墙纸投影时,投影清晰度(1-100)为86、色彩良、投影质量良;
对比例3墙纸投影时,投影清晰度(1-100)为89、色彩优、投影质量良。
可见,本发明墙纸清晰度,色差更好,影像质量更优,说明本发明的墙纸,具有很高的投影性能。
Claims (7)
1.一种隔音墙纸,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分制成:纸浆84-88、改性木粉18-22、硅酸钠2-5、漂白粉1-4、改性水镁石15-18、聚丙烯树脂3-6、硫酸钙晶须1-4、玻璃纤维2-4、环氧大豆油2-5、海带1-3、有机硅消泡剂0.3-0.5;所述改性木粉按重量份计由以下成分制成:板栗木粉30-33、枣木粉22-25、榆木粉23-26、玉米秸秆粉4-6;所述改性水镁石按重量份计由以下成分制成:水镁石80-88、硅藻土1-3、绢云母1-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音墙纸,其特征在于,所述改性水镁石的制备方法为:将水镁石研磨成粉末,过900目,将硅藻土与绢云母混合后进行研磨,过800目,将水镁石在空气相对湿度为70%、温度为50℃环境下放置3天,将硅藻土与绢云母混合物在空气相对湿度为60%,温度为55℃的环境下放置3天,然后将水镁石和硅藻土与绢云母混合物混合均匀后,再与水镁石质量2倍的质量浓度为1.55%的硅烷偶联剂水溶液中浸泡4小时,然后过滤,采用清水洗涤,烘干,即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音墙纸,其特征在于,所述的改性木粉制备方法为:
①改性剂配制:改性剂A按重量份计由以下成分制成:纤维素酶4、水100;改性剂B按重量份计由以下成分制成:半纤维素酶3、硅烷偶联剂2、香樟根醇提取物0.4、水100;
②将板栗木粉、枣木粉、榆木粉均匀混合后,得到混合木粉a,将混合木粉a与改性剂A按1:22质量比例混合,调节温度至40℃,保温2小时,然后过滤,清水洗涤,然后再添加玉米秸秆粉,得到混合木粉b,将混合木粉b与改性剂B按1:19质量比例混合后,调节温度至52℃,保温4.5小时,然后过滤,清水洗涤,烘干至含水量低于5%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种隔音墙纸,其特征在于,所述香樟根醇提取物制备方法为:将香樟根先在沸水中烫漂12min后,然后捣碎,然后采用75%体积百分比浓度乙醇溶液,按料液比1: 25,在45℃下回流提取4h,离心得上清液,再经过旋转蒸发浓缩,然后冷冻干燥制得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音墙纸,其特征在于,所述纸浆由苇 浆和亚麻浆构成,其质量比为2:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音墙纸,其特征在于,所述海带经过处理后使用:将海带干燥至含水量低于5%,然后研磨成800目海带粉,即可。
7.一种根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种隔音墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
①按各重量份将纸浆、改性木粉和海带混合添加到浆池搅拌均匀并蒸煮12小时,待冷却后加入漂白粉,搅拌并存放15小时,经过磨浆机进行磨浆,过滤1000目得到浆料;
②按各重量份将硅酸钠、漂白粉、改性水镁石、聚丙烯树脂、硫酸钙晶须、玻璃纤维、环氧大豆油、有机硅消泡剂混合均匀得到混合物a;
③将②得到的混合物a和①得到的浆料混合后,以1000r/min转速搅拌4小时,然后经过压延机进行压延,保持厚度为0.4-1mm,并置于温度为75℃的环境下进行干燥,即得。
