本发明公开一种木器防水涂料,包括钛白粉 10‑20份;滑石粉20‑30份;重质碳酸钙20‑30份;分散剂1‑2份;乳液 30‑50份;水10‑20份,其中乳液包括以下组分且各组分重量分数比为:甲基丙烯酸甲酯5‑10份;苯乙烯10‑20份;丙烯酸2‑乙基己酯10‑20份;丙烯酸丁酯10‑30份;活性单体2‑6份;乙烯类不饱和羧酸1‑5份;表面活性剂2‑3份;引发剂0.05‑0.1份;水40‑60份。木器防水涂料与木器结合性能好,丙烯酸酯防水涂料是由丙烯酸酯共聚乳液为成膜物质再加以各种颜料、填料而制成的一种水性可调色的、橡胶型的涂料,涂料本身色泽明亮有质感,涂膜干燥后能形成连续性的涂层,涂层具有良好的延伸率及断裂强度,耐酸、耐碱性好,耐候性优异、施工方便、无环境污染。

本发明涉及木器涂料技术领域,具体地说是一种木器防水涂料。
背景技术
近年来,随着家具市场上实木家具的兴起,有关于家具木器漆的技术也呈现出蓬勃发展的趋势,传统的木器漆大多不具有防水的功能,家具被水浸泡后很容易出现起皮掉漆的现象。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种木器防水涂料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种木器防水涂料,包括以下组分且各组分重量分数比为:钛白粉10-20份;滑石粉20-30份;重质碳酸钙 20-30份;分散剂 1-2份;乳液 30-50份;水 10-20份;乳液包括以下组分且各组分重量分数比为:甲基丙烯酸甲酯 5-10份;苯乙烯10-20份;丙烯酸2-乙基己酯10-20份;丙烯酸丁酯10-30份;活性单体2-6份;乙烯类不饱和羧酸 1-5份;表面活性剂 2-3份;引发剂 0.05-0.1份;水 40-60份; 表面活性剂 1份;引发剂 0.1份;水 41.9份。
优选的,防水涂料的组分及各组分重量分数比为:钛白粉 10份;滑石粉 20份;重质碳酸钙 20份;分散剂 2份; 乳液 30份; 水18份。
优选的,乳液的组分及各组分重量分数比为:甲基丙烯酸甲酯 6份;苯乙烯 10份;丙烯酸2-乙基己酯14份;丙烯酸丁酯 20份;活性单体 2份;乙烯类不饱和羧酸 5份;表面活性剂 1份;引发剂0.1份;水 41.9份。
本发明的一种木器防水涂料与现有技术相比所产生的有益效果是:
1)木器防水涂料与木器结合性能好,丙烯酸酯防水涂料是由丙烯酸酯共聚乳液为成膜物质再加以各种颜料、填料而制成的一种水性可调色的、橡胶型的涂料,涂料本身色泽明亮有质感。
2)涂膜干燥后能形成连续性的涂层,涂层具有良好的延伸率及断裂强度,耐酸、耐碱性好,耐候性优异、施工方便、无环境污染。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例详细说明本发明。
实施例1:
首先将甲基丙烯酸甲酯6份;苯乙烯10份;丙烯酸2-乙基己酯14份;丙烯酸丁酯20份;活性单体2份;乙烯类不饱和羧酸5份;表面活性剂1份;引发剂0.1份;水41.9份加入到分散机中高速分散30min,制得乳液。然后将钛白粉10份;滑石粉20份;重质碳酸钙20份;分散剂2份;乳液30份;水18份投入高速分散釜,同时加入上述制备的丙烯酸共聚乳液,经充分搅拌后即得防水涂料。
实施例2:
首先将甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份;苯乙烯10份;丙烯酸2-乙基己酯14份;丙烯酸丁酯20份;活性单体2份;乙烯类不饱和羧酸6份;表面活性剂1份;引发剂0.2份;水41.8份加入到分散机中高速分散30min,制得乳液。然后将钛白粉12份;滑石粉24份;重质碳酸钙18份;分散剂2份;乳液26份;水18份投入高速分散釜,同时加入上述制备的丙烯酸共聚乳液,经充分搅拌后即得防水涂料。
实施例2:
首先将甲基丙烯酸甲酯7份;苯乙烯14份;丙烯酸2-乙基己酯12份;丙烯酸丁酯17份;活性单体2份;乙烯类不饱和羧酸6份;表面活性剂1份;引发剂0.2份;水40.8份加入到分散机中高速分散30min,制得乳液。然后将钛白粉12份;滑石粉22份;重质碳酸钙20份;分散剂2份;乳液26份;水18份投入高速分散釜,同时加入上述制备的丙烯酸共聚乳液,经充分搅拌后即得防水涂料。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种木器防水涂料,其特征在于,乳液包括以下组分且各组分重量分数比为:甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-10份; 苯乙烯10-20份; 丙烯酸2-乙基己酯 10-20份; 丙烯酸丁酯 10-30份; 活性单体 2-6份;乙烯类不饱和羧酸 1-5份; 表面活性剂2-3份; 引发剂 0.05-0.1份;水 40-60份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种木器防水涂料,其特征在于,所述防水涂料的组分及各组分重量分数比为:钛白粉 10份; 滑石粉20份; 重质碳酸钙 20份;分散剂 2份;乳液30份;水18份。
