Abstract

本发明涉及剪切装置技术领域，尤其是一种艾草加工用气动剪切装置，包括气压缸，所述气压缸固定在连接杆上，所述连接杆两端各设有一个支架，所述支架固接在第一支腿上，所述气压缸另一端固接有水平放置的支撑杆，所述支撑杆底部垂直连接有若干个刀片。所述剪切装置下方设有收集装置，所述收集装置包括托板，所述托板与上侧皮带的上平面相切，所述托板底部设有若干个第二支腿，所述托板上垂直设有若干个挡板，所述托板末端设有带有隔层的箱体。本发明工作效率高，操作简单，能够大批量切割艾草，并且能够将艾草的不同部位进行分开处理。

一种艾草加工用气动剪切装置
技术领域
本发明涉及剪切装置技术领域，尤其涉及一种艾草加工用气动剪切装置。
背景技术
多年生草本或略成半灌木状，植株有浓烈香气。茎单生或少数，褐色或灰黄褐色，基部稍木质化，上部萆质，并有少数短的分枝，叶厚纸质，上面被灰白色短柔毛，基部通常无假托叶或极小的假托叶；上部叶与苞片叶羽状半裂、头状花序椭圆形，花冠管状或高脚杯状，外面有腺点，花药狭线形，花柱与花冠近等长或略长于花冠。
艾草具有极高的药用价值及食用价值，但是艾草的药用及食用必须经过加工才能使用，首先将艾草切割成段，然后捣碎，最后才能进行加工使用，但是通过人工切割过于麻烦，工作量太大，并且艾草不同部位功用不同，如果将整株艾草放在一起加工，会造成不必要的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中大批量艾草进行切割过于麻烦，工作量大及不能很好的将艾草的不同部位进行分类的缺点，而提出的一种艾草加工用气动剪切装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
设计一种艾草加工用气动剪切装置，包括两个对称放置的滚轮，所述滚轮通过传动轴转动连接在第一支腿上，其中一个所述传动轴通过角带与减速电机上的输出轴连接，所述减速电机通过电机底座固接在地面上，两个所述滚轮通过皮带连接，所述皮带包括上侧皮带、下侧皮带，所述上侧皮带上方设有剪切装置。
所述剪切装置包括气压缸，所述气压缸固定在连接杆上，所述连接杆两端各设有一个支架，所述支架固接在第一支腿上，所述气压缸另一端固接有水平放置的支撑杆，所述支撑杆底部垂直连接有若干个刀片。
所述剪切装置下方设有收集装置，所述收集装置包括托板，所述托板与上侧皮带的上平面相切，所述托板底部设有若干个第二支腿，所述托板上垂直设有若干个挡板，所述托板末端设有带有隔层的箱体。
优选的，所述刀片顶端两侧各固接一个固定板，所述固定板通过螺栓与支撑杆连接。
优选的，所述托板顶端设有斜坡。
优选的，所述挡板的个数比刀片的多两个，且每两个所述挡板之间的距离与每两个所述刀片之间的距离相等且对应。
优选的，所述箱体的隔层比刀片的个数多一个，且隔层之间的距离与每两块挡板之间的距离相等且相对应。
本发明提出的一种艾草加工用气动剪切装置，有益效果在于：本发明能够大批量剪切艾草，只需要将艾草水平放置在皮带上，开动气压缸，即可将艾草切割成段，由于本发明设有隔层，能够在切割的同时对艾草不同部位进行分类，便于艾草的下一步加工，并且能够减少不必要的损失，本发明工作效率高，操作简单，能够大批量切割艾草，并且能够将艾草的不同部位进行分开处理。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-4，一种艾草加工用气动剪切装置，包括两个对称放置的滚轮18，滚轮18通过传动轴10转动连接在第一支腿13上，其中一个传动轴10通过角带与减速电机12上的输出轴连接，减速电机12通过电机底座固接在地面上，两个滚轮18通过皮带11连接，皮带11包括上侧皮带9、下侧皮带，上侧皮带9上方设有剪切装置。
剪切装置包括气压缸5，气压缸5固定在连接杆15上，连接杆15两端各设有一个支架8，支架8固接在第一支腿13上，气压缸5另一端固接有水平放置的支撑杆16，支撑杆16底部垂直连接有若干个刀片3，刀片3顶端两侧各固接一个固定板4，固定板4通过螺栓17与支撑杆16连接，方便刀片3的安装，并且便于刀片3的更换，通过气压缸5带动刀片3上下运动，使用刀片3将艾草进行切割成端。
剪切装置下方设有收集装置，收集装置包括托板6，由于皮带11是软的，不便于切割艾草，使用托板6支撑刀片3，便于刀片3将艾草切割成段，托板6与上侧皮带9的上平面相切，托板6顶端设有斜坡7，使艾草在皮带11上平稳的传送到托板6上，托板6底部设有若干个第二支腿14，用于支撑托板6，防止刀片3进行切割的同时将托板6折断，托板6上垂直设有若干个挡板2，托板6末端设有带有隔层的箱体1，挡板2的个数比刀片3的多两个，且每两个挡板2之间的距离与每两个刀片3之间的距离相等且对应，箱体1的隔层比刀片3的个数多一个，且隔层之间的距离与每两块挡板2之间的距离相等且相对应，使用挡板2将切割好的艾草分离，并使分开的艾草分别进入不同隔层的箱体1内。
工作原理：本发明工作时，将艾草水平摆放在皮带11上，开动气压缸5，使用刀片3对艾草进行切割，切割后的艾草被挡板2分离，并且分别进入不同隔层的箱体1内。

1.一种艾草加工用气动剪切装置，包括两个对称放置的滚轮(18)，所述滚轮(18)通过传动轴(10)转动连接在第一支腿(13)上，其中一个所述传动轴(10)通过角带与减速电机(12)上的输出轴连接，所述减速电机(12)通过电机底座固接在地面上，两个所述滚轮(18)通过皮带(11)连接，其特征在于，所述皮带(11)包括上侧皮带(9)、下侧皮带，所述上侧皮带(9)上方设有剪切装置；
所述剪切装置包括气压缸(5)，所述气压缸(5)固定在连接杆(15)上，所述连接杆(15)两端各设有一个支架(8)，所述支架(8)固接在第一支腿(13)上，所述气压缸(5)另一端固接有水平放置的支撑杆(16)，所述支撑杆(16)底部垂直连接有若干个刀片(3)；
所述剪切装置下方设有收集装置，所述收集装置包括托板(6)，所述托板(6)与上侧皮带(9)的上平面相切，所述托板(6)底部设有若干个第二支腿(14)，所述托板(6)上垂直设有若干个挡板(2)，所述托板(6)末端设有带有隔层的箱体(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾草加工用气动剪切装置，其特征在于，所述刀片(3)顶端两侧各固接一个固定板(4)，所述固定板(4)通过螺栓(17)与支撑杆(16)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾草加工用气动剪切装置，其特征在于，所述托板(6)顶端设有斜坡(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾草加工用气动剪切装置，其特征在于，所述挡板(2)的个数比刀片(3)的多两个，且每两个所述挡板(2)之间的距离与每两个所述刀片(3)之间的距离相等且对应。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾草加工用气动剪切装置，其特征在于，所述箱体(1)的隔层比刀片(3)的个数多一个，且隔层之间的距离与每两块挡板(2)之间的距离相等且相对应。
