背景技术

[0003]自从1978年国家颁布了《药品卫生标准》以后,中药灭菌问题是所有的中成药生产企业,特别是大量有药材直接粉碎进行制剂的中成药生产企业都要必须面对的问题。灭菌影响到中成药产品质量的稳定、药品生产GMP规范的严格实施以及节能降耗等问题。干热灭菌和湿热灭菌是现在中药生产常用的灭菌方法,但是在现有设备条件下,两种灭菌方式都存在灭菌均匀性差、效果不理想等情况,并且湿热灭菌的物料还会出现粘结成块的现象,这些都极大的影响了中成药的产品质量。
[0004]目前,在食品以及医药等行业中,由于对粉粒体原料的污染无法控制,给人的健康造成很大的影响,如食物中毒、药品副作用等,因此对粉粒体原料进行在线灭菌处理的需求越来越强烈。目前,由于在线灭菌(主要是指系统或设备在原安装位置不作拆卸及移动条件下的蒸汽灭菌)所需的拆装作业少,容易实现自动化,且能够减少操作人员的疏忽所致的污染及其他不利影响,因此,对粉粒体原料进行的灭菌工作多采用在线灭菌的生产工艺,并将经过灭菌处理后的粉粒体原料输送至混合机中进行混合。然而由于传统的灭菌装置都存在人工周转环节,增加了经灭菌处理后的粉粒体原料产生二次污染的可能性,这样就无法有效防止在灭菌原料输送过程中出现二次污染,造成粉粒体原料灭菌不够彻底、安全性低。
[0005]目前国内使用的药物灭菌种类繁多,如蒸汽灭菌、微波灭菌、气体灭菌,钴60辐照灭菌等,但都存在一定的缺陷。如蒸汽灭菌时物料通过高温静态灭菌,锅炉蒸汽的直接输入将造成物料污染并且易造成物料结块变色,温度不均匀,灭菌不彻底,灭菌结束还需进行二次粉碎,浪费大、含量下降、造成热敏性成份破坏;微波灭菌使用情况较少,因设备投资大工艺难于掌握,粉末灭菌不完全、运行成本高、有燥音污染;钴60福照灭菌价格贵、成本高,对药物有污染,国外已禁止使用。
[0006] 在生物学培养基或食用菌生产过程中,灭菌装置是必需的重要设备。但固体物料一般呈粒状、片状或粉状,流动性差,不易翻动,吸水加热易成团,冷却困难。传统的灭菌装置,是将物料装袋后,成批置于蒸煮灭菌装置中灭菌,由于物料固定不动,且物料间的缝隙较小,易造成物料温度不均,灭菌不彻底。

[0036] 混合单元包括:搅拌单元和/或气力输送混合单元;搅拌单元设置在灭菌罐本体14的内部,用于搅拌灭菌罐本体14内部的粉体材料;气力输送混合单元设置在灭菌罐本体14的外侧,用于使粉体材料在灭菌罐本体14的内部和外部之间循环流动。通过搅拌单元或气力输送混合单元使粉体材料在灭菌罐本体的内部和外部之间循环流动,能够增加粉体材料的均匀性、防止粉体材料在灭菌罐本体内板结,提高灭菌效果。
[0037] 搅拌单元可以包括:搅拌桨8和减速电机2。减速电机2设置在灭菌罐本体14的外侧,减速电机2的输出端与设置在灭菌罐本体14内部的搅拌桨8可拆卸地连接,加热夹层均匀设置在灭菌罐本体的外侧、或者均匀地设置在搅拌桨上。在图1示出的优选实施例中,灭菌罐本体14的顶部设置有传动部件5,搅拌桨8通过传动部件5悬挂在灭菌罐本体14的内部,传动部件5可以根据实际需要进行选择,只要不影响减速电机2与搅拌桨8之间的动力传递即可,例如传动部件5是滑动轴承或者滚动轴承。在减速电机2的驱动下,搅拌桨8不断转动,使灭菌罐本体14内的粉体材料保持均匀料流。为了尽量减小减速电机2与灭菌罐本体14之间的热量散失、提高灭菌罐本体14内不同位置处的温度均一性,可以在减速电机2与灭菌罐本体14之间设置隔热层3。
[0038] 气力输送混合单元(图中未示出)可以包括:气力驱动部件(图中未示出)、气力混合部件(图中未示出)和物料循环管道(图中未示出)。气力混合部件设置在灭菌罐本体14的上侧,气力混合部件的进料口通过物料循环管道与灭菌罐本体14的出料口连接,气力混合部件的出料口通过物料循环管道与灭菌罐本体14的进料口连接;在气力驱动部件的驱动作用下,部分粉体材料在灭菌罐本体14内部、物料循环管道和气力混合部件之间循环流动。粉体材料从灭菌罐本体14的出料口流出、从灭菌罐本体14的上方流入灭菌罐本体14内,上方流入的粉体材料增加灭菌罐本体14内气体流动,在该气体流动和上方流入粉体材料的冲击作用下能显著提高灭菌罐本体14内粉体材料的流动性,使灭菌罐本体14内的粉体材料受热更均匀,提高灭菌效果。
[0039] 灭菌罐本体14的出料口的数量可以为一个、两个或更多个,灭菌罐本体14的每个出料口对应一根物料循环管道。本领域技术人员可以根据实际需要将灭菌罐本体14的出料口设置在灭菌罐本体14的底部,如图1所示的灭菌罐出料口 13,粉体材料从灭菌罐本体14底部的灭菌罐出料口 13流出、从灭菌罐本体14的上方流入灭菌罐本体14内,上方流入的粉体材料增加灭菌罐本体14内气体流动,在该气体流动和上方流入粉体材料的冲击作用下能显著提高灭菌罐本体14内粉体材料的流动性,使灭菌罐本体14内的粉体材料受热更均匀,提高灭菌效果。灭菌罐本体14的出料口也可以设置在灭菌罐本体14的侧边,例如,当灭菌罐本体14侧边的内部结构存在死角时,为了防止粉体材料在此处堆积,可以在此处设置出料口,将该处的粉体材料到处、并从灭菌罐本体14的上方流入灭菌罐本体14内。
[0040] 现有的灭菌工艺一般都存在人工周转,增加了灭菌过程中固体物料产生二次污染的可能性。为了避免人工周转可能产生的二次污染,可以在气力输送混合单元的气力混合部件上设置与灭菌罐本体14连通的上料口,灭菌罐本体14通过气力混合部件的上料口上料;或者,灭菌罐本体14的上侧设置上料口 4,灭菌罐本体14通过灭菌罐本体14上侧的上料口4上料。上料过程中,可以通过气力输送混合单元的气力驱动部件将粉体材料推入灭菌罐本体14内部,或者将灭菌罐本体14的内部抽成负压,通过负压将粉体材料吸入灭菌罐本体14内部。灭菌结束后也可以利用气力输送混合单元的气力驱动部件将粉体材料从灭菌罐本体14的出料口吸出灭菌罐本体14。本发明的进料和出料过程中能够避免人工周转,有效防止粉体材料在输送过程中出现二次污染,安全性高。
[0041] 灭菌装置可以进一步包括:电控箱10。电控箱10可以固定在灭菌罐本体14侧壁上,也可以通过支架9固定在灭菌罐本体14的外侧。电控箱10接收外部输入的灭菌参数。例如,电控箱10接收外部输入的灭菌参数,并根据灭菌参数控制加热夹层7的加热温度和时间,或者根据灭菌参数选择通入加热夹层7的加热介质的种类和温度。本发明中,灭菌参数包括灭菌温度和灭菌时间。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于粉体材料均匀灭菌的装置,其特征在于包括:灭菌罐本体、灭菌单元、混合单元;其中, 灭菌单元包括:加热夹层、进介质管道和出介质管道;加热夹层均匀设置在灭菌罐本体的外侧、或者灭菌罐本体内部的搅拌单元上,其上设置有夹层进口和夹层出口,加热夹层上的夹层进口和/或夹层出口的数量为一个、两个或更多个;进介质管与夹层进口连接,用于为加热夹层提供加热介质;出介质管道与夹层出口连接,用于排出加热夹层中的加热介质; 混合单元包括:搅拌单元和/或气力输送混合单元;搅拌单元设置在灭菌罐本体的内部,用于搅拌灭菌罐本体内部的粉体材料;气力输送混合单元设置在灭菌罐本体的外侧,用于使粉体材料在灭菌罐本体的内部和外部之间循环流动。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,搅拌单元包括:搅拌桨和减速电机;其中,减速电机设置在灭菌罐本体的外侧;减速电机的输出端与设置在灭菌罐本体内部的搅拌桨可拆卸地连接; 加热夹层均匀设置在灭菌罐本体的外侧、或者均匀地设置在搅拌桨上。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,减速电机与灭菌罐本体之间设置有隔热层。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,气力输送混合单元包括:气力驱动部件、气力混合部件和物料循环管道;其中, 气力混合部件设置在灭菌罐本体的上侧,气力混合部件的进料口通过物料循环管道与灭菌罐本体的出料口连接,气力混合部件的出料口与灭菌罐本体的进料口连接; 在气力驱动部件的驱动作用下,部分粉体材料在灭菌罐本体内部、物料循环管道和气力混合部件之间循环流动。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,灭菌罐本体的出料口的数量为一个、两个或更多个,灭菌罐本体的每个出料口对应一根物料循环管道;灭菌罐本体的出料口设置在灭菌罐本体的底部或者侧边。
6.如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,气力输送混合单元的气力混合部件上设置有与灭菌罐本体连通的上料口,灭菌罐本体通过气力混合部件的上料口上料;或者,灭菌罐本体的上侧设置上料口,灭菌罐本体通过灭菌罐本体上侧的上料口上料。
7.如权利要求1-6任一所述的装置,其特征在于,进一步包括:电控箱; 电控箱接收外部输入的灭菌参数,电控箱根据所述灭菌参数选择加热介质的种类和温度、和/或电控箱根据所述灭菌参数确定加热温度和时间;所述灭菌参数包括灭菌温度和灭菌时间。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,进一步包括:在线清洗单元: 灭菌结束或者接收到外部输入的清洗指令时,电控箱向在线清洗单元发送清洗指令; 在线清洗单元根据所述清洗指令在线清洗灭菌罐本体和/或混合单元。
9.采用如权利要求1-8任一所述的装置进行粉体材料均匀灭菌的方法,其特征在于包括: 利用搅拌单元和/或气力输送混合单元促使粉体材料在灭菌罐本体内形成具有一定规律的物料流,使灭菌罐本体内的粉体材料达到混合均匀的目的,同时使灭菌罐本体内任意一点的粉体材料每隔一段时间都能均匀的接近或者到达热源位置; 通过向热源装置内通入不同温度的媒介,使热源始终保持在不同的固定温度范围内,利用一台设备实现不同的灭菌方法。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,上料过程中,通过气力输送混合单元的气力驱动部件将粉体材料推入灭菌罐本体内部;或者,将灭菌罐本体的内部抽成负压,通过所述负压将粉体材料吸入灭菌罐本体内部。
