茉莉花不仅可以供观赏,而且理气和中、开郁辟秽,主治下痢腹痛、目赤肿痛、疮疡肿毒等病症,因此,兼具观赏价值和药用价值的茉莉花在市场上广受欢迎,其需求量越来越大,但是茉莉花的扦插育苗生根慢、易发生白绢病病害,导致育苗质量不理想和育苗量不理想;因此,发明一种能够有效解决以上问题的茉莉花扦插育苗方法是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种茉莉花的扦插育苗方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种茉莉花的扦插育苗方法,具体方法如下:
(1)扦插条的选择及处理
6月上旬,剪取2年生、长度为16~17cm、无病虫害、生长健壮、有4个腋芽的枝条作为扦插条,将扦插条整枝浸没于温度为46~48℃的杀菌液中恒温密闭浸泡21~23min,取出,晾晒至表面无水分,将扦插条下端5~6cm浸没于由重量比为1:0.7~0.8:2.4~2.6的齐墩果酸、丹参素钠、β-愈创木烯制成的浸泡液中浸泡90~100min;
所述的杀菌液,按以下步骤进行制备:将4~5重量份的芸香草、7.7~8.7重量份的淡竹根、5.5~6.3重量份的天麻、2.7~3.1重量份的熟地黄、3.7~4.3重量份的地枫皮、4.4~4.8重量份的梧桐子混合粉碎,加入3100~3200重量份的水大火煮沸,文火熬煮72~74min,过滤,取煎煮液,得杀菌液;
(2)扦插条扦插前的种植地处理及扦插后的管理
在扦插条扦插前17~19天,每亩种植地土壤施腐熟厩肥1100~1200kg、牵牛子粉2.1~2.2kg、五灵脂粉4.4~4.6kg后作畦;将经步骤(1)处理过的扦插条立即扦插于种植地,扦插深度为5.4~5.8cm、株行距为10*10cm,当扦插条生长至13~14cm时,开始根施营养液,之后每隔17~19天根施一次,直至移栽;
所述的营养液,由以下重量份的原料制成:尿素24~26份、磷酸二氢钾16~17份、柠檬甾二烯醇0.13~0.15份、硫酸铜3.4~3.8份、α-杜松烯0.26~0.28份、薤白提取物0.33~0.35份、维生素B50.7~0.8份。

实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种茉莉花的扦插育苗方法,具体方法如下:
(1)扦插条的选择及处理
6月上旬,剪取2年生、长度为16~17cm、无病虫害、生长健壮、有4个腋芽的枝条作为扦插条,将扦插条整枝浸没于温度为48℃的杀菌液中恒温密闭浸泡23min,取出,晾晒至表面无水分,将扦插条下端5~6cm浸没于由重量比为1:0.8:2.6的齐墩果酸、丹参素钠、β-愈创木烯制成的浸泡液中浸泡100min;
所述的杀菌液,按以下步骤进行制备:将5重量份的芸香草、8.7重量份的淡竹根、6.3重量份的天麻、3.1重量份的熟地黄、4.3重量份的地枫皮、4.8重量份的梧桐子混合粉碎,加入3200重量份的水大火煮沸,文火熬煮74min,过滤,取煎煮液,得杀菌液;
(2)扦插条扦插前的种植地处理及扦插后的管理
在扦插条扦插前17天,每亩种植地土壤施腐熟厩肥1200kg、牵牛子粉2.2kg、五灵脂粉4.6kg后作畦;将经步骤(1)处理过的扦插条立即扦插于种植地,扦插深度为5.4~5.8cm、株行距为10*10cm,当扦插条生长至13~14cm时,开始根施营养液,之后每隔17天根施一次,直至移栽;
所述的营养液,由以下重量份的原料制成:尿素26份、磷酸二氢钾17份、柠檬甾二烯醇0.15份、硫酸铜3.8份、α-杜松烯0.28份、薤白提取物0.35份、维生素B50.8份。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的浸泡液的质量分数为0.0033%。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的营养液的质量分数为0.08%,第一次的根施量为25L/亩、之后根施每次增加0.8 L/亩。
使用实施例茉莉花的扦插育苗方法与对比例茉莉花的普通扦插育苗方法对茉莉花进行育苗,统计其平均生根时间、白绢病病害率和育苗成活率,实验对比结果如下表:

从表1可以看出,本发明的扦插育苗方法使得茉莉花的平均生根时间缩短至20.3~21天、相对对比例茉莉花的普通扦插育苗方法缩短6.4~7.1天,使得白绢病病害率降低至1.77%~1.88%、相对对比例茉莉花的普通扦插育苗方法降低6.29%~6.4%,使得育苗成活率达到98.67%~98.87%、相对对比例茉莉花的普通扦插育苗方法提高13%~13.2%。
Claims (3)
1.一种茉莉花的扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,具体方法如下:
(1)扦插条的选择及处理
6月上旬,剪取2年生、长度为16~17cm、无病虫害、生长健壮、有4个腋芽的枝条作为扦插条,将扦插条整枝浸没于温度为46~48℃的杀菌液中恒温密闭浸泡21~23min,取出,晾晒至表面无水分,将扦插条下端5~6cm浸没于由重量比为1:0.7~0.8:2.4~2.6的齐墩果酸、丹参素钠、β-愈创木烯制成的浸泡液中浸泡90~100min;
所述的杀菌液,按以下步骤进行制备:将4~5重量份的芸香草、7.7~8.7重量份的淡竹根、5.5~6.3重量份的天麻、2.7~3.1重量份的熟地黄、3.7~4.3重量份的地枫皮、4.4~4.8重量份的梧桐子混合粉碎,加入3100~3200重量份的水大火煮沸,文火熬煮72~74min,过滤,取煎煮液,得杀菌液;
(2)扦插条扦插前的种植地处理及扦插后的管理
在扦插条扦插前17~19天,每亩种植地土壤施腐熟厩肥1100~1200kg、牵牛子粉2.1~2.2kg、五灵脂粉4.4~4.6kg后作畦;将经步骤(1)处理过的扦插条立即扦插于种植地,扦插深度为5.4~5.8cm、株行距为10*10cm,当扦插条生长至13~14cm时,开始根施营养液,之后每隔17~19天根施一次,直至移栽;
所述的营养液,由以下重量份的原料制成:尿素24~26份、磷酸二氢钾16~17份、柠檬甾二烯醇0.13~0.15份、硫酸铜3.4~3.8份、α-杜松烯0.26~0.28份、薤白提取物0.33~0.35份、维生素B50.7~0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茉莉花的扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述的浸泡液的质量分数为0.0031%~0.0033%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的茉莉花的扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述的营养液的质量分数为0.07%~0.08%,第一次的根施量为24~25L/亩、之后根施每次增加0.7~0.8 L/亩。
