为了在关闭位置实现周边的紧密性的目的,上箱体包括在其下部用于封闭篷布的通道的槽,和在所述槽的相对位置在所述封闭篷布上起作用的密封垫圈。同样地,所述封闭篷布在其上部区域具有一横向凸起,其在门关闭的位置对所述密封垫圈起作用以保证上部封闭件的紧密性。
为了保证与地面连接区域的紧密形,封闭篷布在其下端具有第一重物,用于在门完全的或部分的任何位置进行垂直拉伸;并且在所述第一重物的下方,一第二重物用于调节地板。
为了保证侧向紧密性,封闭篷布包括在其侧边缘上垂直排列的止动件,止动件可以通过引导件的内部移动,引导件安装在门的对应垂直柱上的中间凹口上。封闭篷布大小设置为:当其不经受任何前部压力或推力时,止动件宽松地布置在垂直引导件内部,能够通过内侧移动而不与引导件产生显着的摩擦;以及当门关闭并且封闭篷布受到前部压力或推力时,所述止动件作用在引导件的内表面上,并且封闭篷布由于压力的作用而弯曲,从而对上述垂直引导件形成紧密的侧向封闭。

具体实施方式
如图1中所示的实施例,该模块化外壳包括隔板1,由面板2制成,在面板2端部配置有纵向槽3,以用于安装第一轮廓4,第一轮廓在相对面上具有附件5,以连接连续的面板2的纵向槽3。
该外壳包括一扇可插入隔板1空间内的门6,其包括一上箱体7和两个垂直柱9,垂直柱9限定一通道空间的界限和具有用于移动以封闭篷布10的垂直引导件30。
在图2中,封闭元件10由柔性篷布组成并且在其上端固定到一卷筒11上,其通过传动装置12连接到电机13上,电机13位于所述卷筒11下方平面上,并且位于门的垂直柱之间的空间中,使得所述电机不从所述垂直柱9横向突出。
在图3和图4中,支架的每个垂直柱9包括一纵向通道15,纵向通道15面对与隔板1相邻的面板2的纵向槽3;该外壳包括从门到隔板的紧固元件,使其可以在位于安装位置和拆卸位置之间垂直移动。
所述紧固元件由弹性条带16组成,在其相对侧上配置有附件17,附件17容纳在门的相应的垂直柱9的纵向通道15中,并容纳在第二中间轮廓19的纵向槽18中,其中第二中间轮廓19连接到所述相邻面板2。
在纵向槽18的载体的相对面上的上述第二中间轮廓19,具有纵向附件20,纵向附件20连接到相邻面板2的纵向槽3。
上述紧固元件可以通过门的上部垂直插入和移除,通过安装和拆卸位置建立相对于隔板1的门6的保持和释放。
在图6和图7中所示,上箱体7由水平轮廓8a和8b、一个可移除的前置盖22和一前盖8c组成,前盖8c也能被移除,所有的上述部件通过紧固支架37连接,其中一封闭元件10的卷筒11和驱动电机13被锚固。
如图6所示,门的水平轮廓8a和8b在内部具有导轨21,其允许支架37的锚固,用于形成上箱体7。
前盖8c沿着上箱体7的水平轮廓8b,限定了用于封闭元件10的通道的槽23。
上述前盖8c以及上箱体7的水平轮廓8b,在上述槽23的相对侧上具有密封垫圈24、25,其作用于封闭元件10的相对侧,如图6所示,确保支架上部区域的门的紧密关闭。
在所示的例子中,元件10在门的通道空间的关闭位置和开启位置之间垂直移动,并且如图6所示,元件10具有在其下端的第一重物26,用于垂直拉伸,并且在其下面有一第二重物27用于调节地板,所述第二重物通过热结合的篷布环固定到所述封闭篷布10上。
在其上部区域,封闭篷布10具有一横向凸起28,在图6中示出的关闭位置,其用在所述密封垫圈24、25上,以确保紧密的上部封闭。
为了防止横向凸起28妨碍封闭篷布10的正确卷绕,卷筒11具有用于容纳其内的横向槽14。
在图5中,封闭篷布10在其侧边上具有垂直排列的制动件29,其通过安装在门的对应的垂直柱9中的中间凹口31上的引导件30内部移动。
在图5中,封闭件29由两个安装在封闭篷布10的相对侧的上的两个半部组成并且通过螺丝彼此固定。
在图3的分解图中可以更清楚地看到引导件30和中间凹口31。
在图1的示例中,门包括至少一个光点屏障,其具有安装在垂直柱9上的发射器和光传感器35。
在图1和图6中,门的垂直柱9包括具有交通灯功能的LED类型的光信号元件42。
垂直柱9在中间凹口31的一侧限定两个端部凹口33,参考图1和图5,用于电缆的通过和不同元件的安装,例如光电屏障的发射器34和光传感器25或者前述光信号元件42。
门支架的垂直柱9布置在固定到底板上的用于支撑和侧向固定的部件36上,并且如图5所示。
从图7中可以看出,上箱体7包括通过图1和图7中提及的螺丝39连接到门支架的垂直柱9的紧固支架37。
所述紧固支架37支撑上箱体7的水平轮廓8a、8b、前盖8c和前部盖22,并且具有一纵向槽或切口38,用于线材通过门的垂直杆9的内部。
紧固支架37具有在其上部和下部区域的引导装置,其由带有垫圈(未示出)的螺丝为代表,其位于关闭组件的侧盖40上,并且通过螺丝41从上箱体7的内部固定,其在图6中可见,并且位于紧固支架(37)的中间点,使得所述盖40不可能在门6关闭和开启周期内移动。
如图1所示,更详细地在图5中所示,封闭篷布10在引导件30内部移动,引导件30由两个对称轮廓30a和30b组成,其限定了封闭篷布10止动件29的流动空间。
所述引导件30从相应的垂直柱9突出,允许在撞击的情况下止动件29离开引导件30,从而释放封闭篷布10。
引导件30的对称轮廓30a、30b具有一角状的出口通道,角状将封闭篷布10穿过时的空间最小化。
封闭篷布10的尺寸设置为当其不受到任何正面推力的时候,如图8a所示,止动件29以松散的形式布置在垂直引导件30的内部,垂直引导件30能够纵向通过引导件的内部而没有任何明显的摩擦。
当门关闭并且封闭篷布10受到正面压力或者推力时,如图8b所示,止动件29作用在引导件30的内表面上,并且封闭篷布10通过压力的作用变得弯曲。根据封闭篷布10的弯曲方向,抵靠上述垂直引导件30,特别是抵靠对称轮廓30a、30b中的一个建立紧密的侧向封闭,使空气从门6的一侧到另一侧的通道最小化。
在图6所示的实施例中,在顶部、上箱体7的下面和封闭篷布通过区域的一侧,垂直柱9具有同流热交换器43,用于在封闭篷布10的向上运动期间,作为对封闭篷布10的碰撞或正面碰撞的结果,所述止动件29已从纵向引导件30释放的状态下,返回止动件29到纵向引导件30内。
本文已充分描述了本发明的性质,除了优选实施方案的实施例之外,在此为了相关目的陈述所描述的要素的材料、形状、尺寸和布局可以被改变,只要其不影响改变下面要求保护的本发明的基本特征。
Claims (17)
1.一种模块化外壳,包括:隔板(1),由面板(2)制成,在面板(2)端部设置有用于安装连接元件的纵向槽(3),所述隔板限定至少一个空间用以安装门(6);门(6)可插入所述隔板(1),包括:一个上箱体(7);两个垂直柱(9),所述垂直柱(9)限定一通道空间的界限和具有垂直引导件(30),所述垂直引导件(30)用于移动封闭篷布(10),所述封闭篷布(10)固定到卷筒(11),卷筒(11)连接到制动的驱动装置上,其特征在于:
支架的垂直柱(9)包括面对所述面板(2)的所述纵向槽(3)的纵向通道(15),所述纵向通道(15)限定所述门的安装空间;所述纵向通道(15)和所述纵向槽(3)限定用于安装紧固元件(16、17)的通道,所述紧固元件(16、17)可以在所述门(6)相对所述面板(2)被保持的位置和所述门(6)被释放的位置之间垂直移动,其中所述面板(2)限定所述安装空间;
所述卷筒(11)的上箱体(7)和所述驱动装置构成一独立单元,以一种可拆卸的方式固定在所述门的垂直柱上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述隔板(1)的所述门(6)的紧固元件由弹性条带(16)组成,在弹性条带(16)相对侧上设置有附件(17),附件(17)容纳在所述门的相应的垂直柱(9)的纵向通道(15)内和容纳在面板(2)的纵向槽(18)内,或容纳在第二中间轮廓(19)的纵向槽(3)内,所述第二中间轮廓(19)连接相应的面板(2)的前述纵向槽(3)中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述第二中间轮廓(19)在与所述纵向槽(18)相对的表面上具有长附件(20),所述长附件(20)连接邻近门(6)的面板(2)的纵向槽(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述上箱体(7)包括一在内部的槽(23),所述槽(23)用于封闭篷布(10)的通道,和在所述槽(23)的相对一侧上的密封垫圈(24、25),密封垫圈作用于所述封闭篷布(10)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述上箱体(7)包括:水平轮廓(8a和8b)、均可拆卸的前置盖(22)和前盖(8c);所有的这些水平轮廓,前置盖和前盖都连接到所述上箱体的紧固支架(37),所述紧固支架固定至所述门的所述垂直柱(9),并且所述封闭篷布(10)的所述卷筒(11)和一制动电机(13)安装在所述紧固支架(37)上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述封闭篷布(10)包括:在其下端的第一重物(26),用于在所述门完全的或者部分的任何位置进行垂直张拉;在其上部区域的横向凸起(28),用于在关闭的位置对密封垫圈(24、25)起到形成紧密的上部密封件的作用;以及在其侧边缘上的垂直排列的止动件(29),所述止动件(29)可以在所述垂直引导件(30)内移动,所述垂直引导件(30)安装在所述门的对应的垂直柱(9)的中间凹口(31)上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述卷筒(11)具有一横向槽(14),以用于在卷动过程中容纳所述封闭篷布(10)的所述横向凸起(28)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述封闭篷布(10)具有在其下端的,位于所述第一重物(26)下面的第二重物(27),以用于调节一地板。
9.根据权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述门包括至少一个光电屏障,所述光电屏障具有安装在所述垂直柱(9)上的光发射器(34)和传感器(35)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述门的垂直柱(9)包括LED类型的光信号元件(42),光信号元件(42)具有交通信号灯的功能。
11.根据权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述垂直柱(9)中的每个在一个中间凹口(31)的二侧限定两个端部凹口(33),用于电缆的通过和光电屏障或者光信号元件(42)的安装。
12.根据权利要求1所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述门(6)的所述垂直柱(9)布置在固定到一个地板上的用于支撑和侧向固定的部件上。
13.根据权利要求5所述的外壳,其特征在于,用于上箱体(7)的所述紧固支架(37)具有一纵向槽或切口(38),以便线材通过所述垂直柱(9)的内部。
14.根据权利要求6所述的外壳,其特征在于,每个垂直引导件(30)由彼此面对的两个对称轮廓(30a、30b)构成,并且在其内部,其创造出了用于具有止动件(39)的封闭篷布(10)的流动空间;并且所述对称轮廓(30a、30b)从垂直柱(9)突出,使得在与所述封闭篷布(10)正面碰撞的情况下,所述止动件(29)离开所述引导件(30)。
15.根据权利要求14所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述对称轮廓(30a、30b)具有一角状的出口通道,角状将所述封闭篷布(10)必须穿过时的空间最小化。
16.根据权利要求5或13所述的外壳,其特征在于,所述紧固支架(37)具有侧盖(40)的引导装置和用于所述侧盖(40)的紧固螺丝(41),其中侧盖用于关闭组件。
17.根据权利要求6或14所述的外壳,其特征在于,在所述垂直柱(9)的顶部、所述上箱体(7)的下面和所述封闭篷布(10)的通道的区域的一侧,所述垂直柱(9)具有同流热交换器(43),用于在向上运动期间,所述止动件(29)已经从所述垂直引导件(30)释放的状态下,使封闭元件的止动件(29)返回到纵向引导件(30)的内侧。
