Abstract

Description

用在甘蔗收割机上的浮动式根部切割器组件
本发明涉及用在甘蔗收割机上的浮动式根部切割器组件。
背景技术
根部切割器由设有刀的两个盘组成,它们并排定位并连结到接合的传动齿轮箱(drive box)。
根部切割器与甘蔗收割机的框架整合在一起,该收割机沉重并且刚硬,且具有保持和驱动根部切割器的功能。
由根部切割器和收割机形成的组件极其沉重,且由于这种重量,在收割过程期间沿循地面凹凸不平的变化进行快速运动远不足够。
在收割时,收割机以大约4 km/h的速度运动,同时地面,即便是充分准备好的(系统化的),也展现不可忽略的不平整性,尤其当人们设法尽可能贴近地面地切割甘蔗时。在这种情形下,就当根部切割器尽可能贴近地面地切割甘蔗时的时刻,其不能对地面起伏做出快速反应而言,现有技术证明存在不足。
这是因为根部切割器组件的振荡运动伴随整个收割机组件的上下运动发生,就这点而言,人们观察到负责使成吨的所述收割机组件运动的液压组件的本质缓慢性,使得根部切割器对地面的典型缺陷的反应总是延迟。这产生了两种不期望的反应:(a)根部切割器相对于地面运动远离理想的甘蔗切割点,或者(b):根部切割器相对于地面行动超过理想甘蔗切割点,且结果允许甘蔗切割刀最终刺入地面。
使得根部切割刀能够刺入土地的事实给甘蔗收割过程带来了一些不期望的后果。第一个且最直接的缺点在于将泥土拽入甘蔗收割机器中。被拽入的泥土将沿着甘蔗,部分地,远至甘蔗压榨机的加工甘蔗研磨机,结果导致位于该空间中的任意机械组件过早磨损。第二个缺点是甘蔗茎秆根系的摇动(所谓的根丛),收割机本身会感受到其后果。
发明目的
本发明的目的在于改进甘蔗收割机的根部切割器对地面粗糙度的反应,以便保证在理想高度下切割甘蔗,因此使现有技术中所遇到的问题最小化。
发明内容
上述目的借助于用在甘蔗收割机上的浮动式根部切割器组件实现,该组件由两个根部切割器形成,每个切割器包括一组切割刀,该根部切割器组件包括切割刀相对于地面的距离的主调整,该根部切割器组件借助于一组活节连杆安装在收割机框架上,该根部切割器组件包括用于读取地面表面的变化的读取器件,该读取器件能够生成用于改变该组切割刀相对于地面的距离的电气信号。
根据本发明的优选实施例,用于读取地面表面的变化的器件包括倒置壳形部件,其靠近地面工作,所述部件与电气开关电气接触。
该组杆(rot)通过液压缸/气缸的作用能够活动连接。液压缸使该组杆运动,因此响应于由用于读取地面表面变化的器件生成的电气信号使切割刀组上下运动,使得切割刀组将总是距离地面表面预定的距离。切割刀组相对于地面的距离的主调整借助于牵引弹簧提供。
根据本发明,由两个根部切割器(属于收割机框架但与其隔开(由杆相互连接))构成的组件,在地面上浮动,其定位成尽可能接近地面,触碰地面,但不下压地面。以这种方式,根部切割器在尽可能接近理想条件的条件下执行切割甘蔗的任务,原因在于它们对地面的不平整快速作出反应。
本发明所实现的效果为收割过程集合了极大的价值,满足农艺学规则,其中接近地平线切割在根部上生成更少的摇晃,且刀不粘附于地面的事实防止将有机物质随甘蔗一起拽出。
因此,当甘蔗切割接近地面进行时,不摇晃植物的根系,且不损伤新芽(未来的作物)。以相同的方式,当人们引起根部切割器更快速地对地面不平整作出反应时,能够防止它们随切下的甘蔗一起拽出泥土,这防止对甘蔗收割机的机械组件的损害或者其过早的磨损,而且不将泥土的重量带入加工单元内。

具体实施方式
附图示出甘蔗收割机的根部切割器组件16,其中能够看到示意地收割机的前轮胎1。根部切割器组件由一对根部切割器16形成。由于附图以组件的侧视图示出,因此仅根部切割器中的一个可见。
如图所示,根部切割器16包括联接到驱动发动机的轮轴或者管13,驱动发动机用附图标记15示意地图示。接近发动机15,轮轴或者管穿过轴承组件14。
在轮轴13上安装有转向部件,其设有在将进一步加工切下的甘蔗的情况下负责将切下的甘蔗引导至收割机中的间隔凸耳12。针对切割甘蔗,驱动轮轴13包括转向盘10,刀片9安装在其下部分上。
轮轴13的下部也包括轴承组件11,其在其下端部分具有倒置壳形部件8,其借助于收割机的工作运动接近地面表面像“滑板”一样运动。
在轮轴13的上部分和下部分之间,即邻近轴承11、14的区域,提供实质上C形的支撑件6,链接到臂17的一对活节连杆2、5安装于其上。可调整动作弹簧3安装在杆2、5的两个交替活节点之间。液压缸/气缸4安装在臂17和支撑C形支撑件6之间的区域。
可调整动作弹簧3的尺寸适合于减轻或者消减根部切割器组件16的重量,直到后者保持触碰地面,对地面施加一点压力。
根据本发明,根部切割器组件16应当在收割过程期间“浮动”。出于该目的,倒置壳形部件8作用为活节连接的“滑板”,其刮擦地面,以便检测地面上的整齐度。以这种方式,地面凹凸不平的任意变动将被表现为壳或者“滑板”上过多或者过少的压力,这将致动控制液压缸/气缸4的电气开关。液压缸/气缸4将引起根部切割器16上或下行动(通过杆2、5的运动/活节连接(articulation)),且上下行动的程度仅足以防止根部切割器16的刀切割地面或者在远高于理想切割点处切割甘蔗。这种连续执行的过程就是根部切割器16的所述“浮动”。图2示意地示出从地面提高距离A的根部切割器组件16。

Claims (4)

1.一种用在甘蔗收割机上的浮动式根部切割器组件(16),所述组件由两个根部切割器形成,所述根部切割器中的每一个均包括一组切割刀(9),所述根部切割器组件(16)包括所述一组切割刀(9)相对于地面的能够调整的距离,所述根部切割器组件(16)借助于一组活节连杆(2、5)安装在收割机框架上,所述根部切割器组件(16)包括用于读取地面表面的变化的读取器件(7、8),所述读取器件(7、8)能够生成针对所述切割刀(9)相对于地面的距离的变化的电气信号,其特征在于,用于读取地面表面的变化的所述读取器件包括接近地面工作的倒置壳形部件,所述倒置壳形部件与电气开关电气接触,所述一组切割刀(9)相对于地面的距离能够响应于由所述读取器件(7、8)生成的电气信号而调整。
2.根据权利要求1所述的根部切割器组件,其特征在于,所述一组活节连杆(2、5)能够通过液压缸/气缸(4)的动作活节连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的根部切割器组件,其特征在于,所述液压缸/气缸(4)使所述一组活节连杆(2、5)运动,因此响 应于由用于读取地面表面的变化的所述读取器件(7、8)生成的电气信号,使所述一组切割刀(9)上和下运动,使得所述一组切割刀(9)保持总是与地面表面相距预定距离。
4.根据权利要求1所述的根部切割器组件,其特征在于,所述切割刀(9)相对于地面的能够调整的距离由牵引弹簧(3)提供。
