本发明公开了一种RFID射频功能标签,包括射频天线及设于所述射频天线上的射频芯片,其特征在于,还包括离型底纸、压敏胶层、PET膜、复合胶水层及面层膜,所述射频天线设于所述PET膜及所述面层膜之间,所述PET膜一端下方设有所述压敏胶层,且所述射频天线所处的所述PET膜一端下方不设有所述压敏胶层,所述PET膜与所述面层膜通过所述复合胶水层固定连接,所述离型底纸设于所述压敏胶层的下方。本发明能翻转折压,读取灵敏度高,读取距离远,结构简单,所用压敏胶用量少,成本低,适用范围广。

一种RFID射频功能标签
技术领域
本发明涉及RFID射频标签技术领域,具体的说,是涉及一种RFID射频功能标签。
背景技术
传统的射频标签通过压敏胶黏贴在物体上,射频天线与物体之间的距离为0.1~0.05毫米。如果射频标签贴在金属上,或金属机器上,因为金属与射频天线之间的距离为0.1~0.05毫米,射频天线受到金属的影响,射频功能极大的下降,失去正常的读写功能。所以传统的射频标签不能贴在金属上。
市场上的防金属标签的结构是在射频天线与金属物之间,增加了一层2~1.5毫米厚的吸波材料,减少了金属物对射频天线的影响,从而贴在金属物上可以实现射频读写。但是防金属射频标签存在以下缺陷:一是读取灵敏度低,不适合远距离读写;二是增加了射频标签的成本,其成本是传统的射频标签的2倍以上,所以影响推广使用。由于铝合金行李箱的市场应用增加,航空界需要一种廉价的应用于铝合金箱上的射频行李标签。
上述缺陷,值得改进。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足, 本发明提供一种RFID射频功能标签。
本发明技术方案如下所述:
一种RFID射频功能标签,包括射频天线及设于所述射频天线上的射频芯片,其特征在于,还包括离型底纸、压敏胶层、PET膜、复合胶水层及面层膜,所述射频天线设于所述PET膜及所述面层膜之间,所述PET膜一端下方设有所述压敏胶层,且所述射频天线所处的所述PET膜一端下方不设有所述压敏胶层,所述PET膜与所述面层膜通过所述复合胶水层固定连接,所述离型底纸设于所述压敏胶层的下方。
进一步的,所述压敏胶层的面积为所述PET膜面积的1/2~1/3。
进一步的,所述射频天线通过所述复合胶水层与所述PET膜及所述面层膜固定连接。
根据上述方案的本发明,其有益效果在于,本发明能翻转折压,读取灵敏度高,读取距离远,结构简单,所用压敏胶用量少,成本低,适用范围广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施方式对本发明进行进一步的描述:
如图1-3所示,一种RFID射频功能标签,包括射频天线4及设于所述射频天线4上的射频芯片5,还包括离型底纸1、压敏胶层2、PET膜3、复合胶水层6及面层膜7,所述射频天线4设于所述PET膜3及所述面层膜7之间,所述PET膜3一端下方设有所述压敏胶层2,且所述射频天线4所处的所述PET膜3一端下方不设有所述压敏胶层2,所述压敏胶层2的面积为所述PET膜3面积的1/2~1/3,所述PET膜3与所述面层膜7通过所述复合胶水层6固定连接,所述射频天线4通过所述复合胶水层6与所述PET膜3及所述面层膜7固定连接,所述离型底纸1设于所述压敏胶层2的下方。
本发明能翻转折压,读取灵敏度高,读取距离远,结构简单,所用压敏胶用量少,成本低,适用范围广。
本发明具体实施例:
本发明中面层膜7为纸,将本发明中离型底纸1剥去,把本发明贴在金属物体上。由于PET膜3、射频天线4及面层膜7具有一定的弹性,会自动弹起,与金属表面8成为一个斜角,使得射频天线4上的射频芯片5与离开金属表面8的距离超过20毫米,如图4所示,射频功能不受金属物体的影响,具有读取距离远的优点。本发明与传统的射频标签工艺相对比,减少了压敏胶用量,降低了制作成本,总成本不及市场上防金属射频标签的1/3。在应用上,本发明用于航空行李标签,适合铝合金行李箱、金属工具箱的射频识别;用于金属设备上,满足金属设备远距离识别需求;用于集装箱上,满足金属集装箱的远距离识别需求。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
