Abstract
本发明提供一种燃烧换热装置,包括:燃烧室、燃气烧嘴、换热器、烟道接头、烧嘴砖;换热器安装在燃烧室中,换热器的底部嵌入燃烧室内的容置部;换能器顶部设有冷空气进口和热空气出口;换能器的顶部露出燃烧室;换能器与燃烧室顶部连接处密封;在燃烧室一侧侧壁上安装烧嘴砖;烧嘴砖内具有朝向燃烧室内部的喇叭口;燃气烧嘴安装在燃烧室侧壁外侧,燃气烧嘴的火焰口对接烧嘴砖的喇叭口后端;燃气烧嘴上具有空气接口和燃气接口,用于分别连接热空气管道和燃气管道;热空气管道的一端连接在换热器的热空气出口,另一端连接燃气烧嘴上的空气接口;在燃烧室背离烧嘴砖的另一侧顶部连接烟道接头。该燃烧换热装置污染小、热效高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及工业炉,尤其是一种燃烧换热装置。
背景技术
工业炉可对置于其中的工件进行加热,现有的工业炉有的采用粉煤作燃料,对空气污染较大;热效率也不太高,有些热量随着烟气的排放而浪费。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种燃烧换热装置,采用煤气或天然气作为燃料,烟气污染大大降低,增加了换热器可提高热效。本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种燃烧换热装置,包括:燃烧室、燃气烧嘴、换热器、烟道接头、烧嘴砖;
在燃烧室内中间底部设有一个下凹的容置部,换热器安装在燃烧室中,换热器的底部嵌入燃烧室内的容置部;
换能器顶部设有冷空气进口和热空气出口;换能器的顶部露出燃烧室;换能器与燃烧室顶部连接处密封;
在燃烧室一侧侧壁上安装烧嘴砖;烧嘴砖内具有朝向燃烧室内部的喇叭口;燃气烧嘴安装在燃烧室侧壁外侧,燃气烧嘴的火焰口对接烧嘴砖的喇叭口后端;
燃气烧嘴上具有空气接口和燃气接口,用于分别连接热空气管道和燃气管道;热空气管道的一端连接在换热器的热空气出口,另一端连接燃气烧嘴上的空气接口;
在燃烧室背离烧嘴砖的另一侧顶部连接烟道接头。
进一步地,燃气烧嘴的空气接口和燃气接口上均设有阀门。
进一步地,燃气烧嘴设有两个,相应地,烧嘴砖也设有两块。
本发明的优点在于:
1)适应环保潮流,产生的烟气污染小。
2)较大的提高了热效率,节约能源。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明提供的燃烧换热装置,如图1所示,包括:燃烧室1、燃气烧嘴2、换热器3、烟道接头4、烧嘴砖5;
在燃烧室1内中间底部设有一个下凹的容置部101,换热器3安装在燃烧室1中,换热器3的底部嵌入燃烧室1内的容置部101;
换能器3顶部设有冷空气进口301和热空气出口302;换能器3的顶部露出燃烧室1;换能器3与燃烧室1顶部连接处密封;
在燃烧室1一侧侧壁上安装烧嘴砖5;烧嘴砖5内具有朝向燃烧室1内部的喇叭口;燃气烧嘴2安装在燃烧室1侧壁外侧,燃气烧嘴2的火焰口对接烧嘴砖5的喇叭口后端;
燃气烧嘴2上具有空气接口201和燃气接口202,用于分别连接热空气管道和燃气管道;热空气管道的一端可连接在换热器3的热空气出口302,另一端连接燃气烧嘴2上的空气接口201;换热器3可对进入换热器的冷空气预热,然后输送至燃气烧嘴2;更优地,燃气烧嘴2上的空气接口201和燃气接口202上均设有阀门;
在燃烧室1背离烧嘴砖5的另一侧顶部连接烟道接头4,烟道接头4上端设法兰,可通过烟道管连接烟囱。
更优地,燃气烧嘴2设有两个,相应地,烧嘴砖5也设有两块。
本燃烧换热装置可使用煤气或天然气作为燃料,燃烧充分,空气污染小。利用换热器3对进入燃气烧嘴2的空气进行预热,可节约能源。
Claims (3)
1.一种燃烧换热装置,其特征在于,包括:燃烧室(1)、燃气烧嘴(2)、换热器(3)、烟道接头(4)、烧嘴砖(5);
在燃烧室(1)内中间底部设有一个下凹的容置部(101),换热器(3)安装在燃烧室(1)中,换热器(3)的底部嵌入燃烧室(1)内的容置部(101);
换能器(3)顶部设有冷空气进口(301)和热空气出口(302);换能器(3)的顶部露出燃烧室(1);换能器(3)与燃烧室(1)顶部连接处密封;
在燃烧室(1)一侧侧壁上安装烧嘴砖(5);烧嘴砖(5)内具有朝向燃烧室(1)内部的喇叭口;燃气烧嘴(2)安装在燃烧室(1)侧壁外侧,燃气烧嘴(2)的火焰口对接烧嘴砖(5)的喇叭口后端;
燃气烧嘴(2)上具有空气接口(201)和燃气接口(202),用于分别连接热空气管道和燃气管道;热空气管道的一端连接在换热器(3)的热空气出口(302),另一端连接燃气烧嘴(2)上的空气接口(201);
在燃烧室(1)背离烧嘴砖(5)的另一侧顶部连接烟道接头(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的燃烧换热装置,其特征在于,
燃气烧嘴(2)的空气接口(201)和燃气接口(202)上均设有阀门。
3.如权利要求1所述的燃烧换热装置,其特征在于,
燃气烧嘴(2)设有两个,相应地,烧嘴砖(5)也设有两块。
