本发明公开了一种地埋灯的灯珠装配结构。本发明的灯珠盘(5)上设有多个灯珠套筒(6),灯珠套筒(6)内设有LED灯珠(7),灯珠套筒(6)的外侧设有固定在灯珠盘(5)表面的底座(8),底座(8)顶部设有第一斜面(9),在灯珠套筒(6)的底座(8)上方还设有侧耳(10);灯珠套筒(6)的上方设有灯罩(11),灯罩(11)的外侧壁下部设有与第一斜面(9)相配合的第二斜面(12),灯罩(11)的内侧壁设有与侧耳(10)相配合的台阶(13)。本发明的灯珠拆卸非常方便,而且防水性能非常优越。

一种地埋灯的灯珠装配结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具,特别是一种LED地埋灯的灯珠装配结构。
背景技术
地埋灯是埋在地表的灯具,一般应用于广场、商业区、公园、旅游景点等的地面装饰,既可美化环境又可照亮环境。目前普遍实用的地埋灯采用的光源为金属卤化物灯、荧光灯和LED等。使用金属卤化物灯或荧光灯作为光源具有成本低的优点。使用LED作为光源,具有光色丰富的优点。由于地埋灯安装在地面以下,在更换灯珠时只能直接拆卸灯珠,但是现有的地埋灯的灯珠拆卸非常麻烦,而且防水性能也较不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种地埋灯的灯珠装配结构。本发明的灯珠拆卸非常方便,而且防水性能非常优越。
本发明的技术方案:地埋灯的灯珠装配结构,包括灯具壳体,灯具壳体内设有一LED光源模块,LED光源模块的下部具有多片散热片和LED电源,所述的LED光源模块包括设置在灯具壳体上部的灯珠盘,灯珠盘上设有多个灯珠套筒,灯珠套筒内设有LED灯珠,灯珠套筒的外侧设有固定在灯珠盘表面的底座,底座顶部设有第一斜面,在灯珠套筒的底座上方还设有侧耳;灯珠套筒的上方设有灯罩,灯罩的外侧壁下部设有与第一斜面相配合的第二斜面,灯罩的内侧壁设有与侧耳相配合的台阶。
上述的地埋灯的灯珠装配结构中,所述的灯珠套筒内设有散热座,LED灯珠固定在散热座上方,散热座外设有固定座,固定座与底座螺纹固定。
前述的地埋灯的灯珠装配结构中,所述的散热座的底部与散热片相接触。
前述的地埋灯的灯珠装配结构中,所述的散热片的下方设有散热风扇。
前述的地埋灯的灯珠装配结构中,所述的散热风扇和LED电源之间设有通风片,通风片上设有通风孔;所述的散热风扇的四角设有风扇座,风扇座经螺栓固定在通风片上。
与现有技术相比,本发明在灯珠套筒的外侧设有底座,底座顶部设有第一斜面,在灯珠套筒上方设有灯罩,灯罩的外侧壁下部设有与第一斜面相配合的第二斜面,在灯珠套筒的外侧设有侧耳,灯罩内侧壁设有与侧耳相配合的台阶,在盖上灯罩时,向下按压灯罩,第二斜面顺着第一斜面向下向内契入,当灯罩侧壁契入到第一斜面的底部时,侧耳扣在台阶上,从而实现灯罩与灯珠套筒的双重固定。而且由于双重固定防水性能也大大提高。进一步地,在灯珠底孔内设置有散热座,散热座可以有效地将灯珠下传的热量吸收,提高产品的散热能力。在散热片的下方设有散热风扇,对灯珠和散热座进行主动散热。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但不作为对本发明的限制。
本发明的实施例:一种地埋灯的灯珠装配结构,如附图1至3所示,包括灯具壳体1,灯具壳体内1设有一LED光源模块2,LED光源模块2的下部具有多片散热片3和LED电源4,所述的LED光源模块2包括设置在灯具壳体1上部的灯珠盘5,灯珠盘5上设有多个灯珠套筒6,灯珠套筒可采用塑料材质,灯珠套筒6内设有LED灯珠7,灯珠套筒6的外侧设有固定在灯珠盘5表面的底座8,底座8顶部设有第一斜面9,在灯珠套筒6的底座8上方还设有侧耳10;灯珠套筒6的上方设有透明材质的灯罩11,灯罩11的外侧壁下部设有与第一斜面9相配合的第二斜面12,第一斜面与第二斜面紧密贴合,灯罩11的内侧壁设有与侧耳10相配合的台阶13,台阶紧密地扣在侧耳上,第一斜面和第二斜面为第一重固定,台阶和侧耳为第二重固定。所述的灯珠套筒6内设有散热座14,LED灯珠固定在散热座上方,散热座14外设有固定座15,固定座15与底座8螺纹固定。所述的散热座11的底部与散热片3相接触。所述的散热片3的下方设有散热风扇17。在散热风扇17和LED电源4之间设有通风片18,通风片18上设有通风孔19;所述的散热风扇17的四角设有风扇座20,风扇座20经螺栓21固定在通风片18上。本发明在灯珠套筒的外侧设有底座,底座顶部设有第一斜面,在灯珠套筒上方设有灯罩,灯罩的外侧壁下部设有与第一斜面相配合的第二斜面,在灯珠套筒的外侧设有侧耳,灯罩内侧壁设有与侧耳相配合的台阶,在盖上灯罩时,向下按压灯罩,第二斜面顺着第一斜面向下向内契入,当灯罩侧壁契入到第一斜面的底部时,侧耳扣在台阶上,从而实现灯罩与灯珠套筒的双重固定。而且由于双重固定防水性能也大大提高。进一步地,在灯珠底孔内设置有散热座,散热座可以有效地将灯珠下传的热量吸收,提高产品的散热能力。在散热片的下方设有散热风扇,对灯珠和散热座进行主动散热。

1.一种地埋灯的灯珠装配结构,包括灯具壳体(1),灯具壳体内(1)设有一LED光源模块(2),LED光源模块(2)的下部具有多片散热片(3)和LED电源(4),其特征在于:所述的LED光源模块(2)包括设置在灯具壳体(1)上部的灯珠盘(5),灯珠盘(5)上设有多个灯珠套筒(6),灯珠套筒(6)内设有LED灯珠(7),灯珠套筒(6)的外侧设有固定在灯珠盘(5)表面的底座(8),底座(8)顶部设有第一斜面(9),在灯珠套筒(6)的底座(8)上方还设有侧耳(10);灯珠套筒(6)的上方设有灯罩(11),灯罩(11)的外侧壁下部设有与第一斜面(9)相配合的第二斜面(12),灯罩(11)的内侧壁设有与侧耳(10)相配合的台阶(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地埋灯的灯珠装配结构,其特征在于:所述的灯珠套筒(6)内设有散热座(14),LED灯珠固定在散热座上方,散热座(14)外设有固定座(15),固定座(15)与底座(8)螺纹固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的地埋灯的灯珠装配结构,其特征在于:所述的散热座(14)的底部与散热片(3)相接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的地埋灯的灯珠装配结构,其特征在于:所述的散热片(3)的下方设有散热风扇(17)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的地埋灯的灯珠装配结构,其特征在于:在散热风扇(17)和LED电源(4)之间设有通风片(18),通风片(18)上设有通风孔(19);所述的散热风扇(17)的四角设有风扇座(20),风扇座(20)经螺栓(21)固定在通风片(18)上。
