技术领域
本发明公开一种垃圾中转站垃圾渗滤液处理设备,按国际专利分类表(IPC)划分属于大型垃圾站垃圾处理技术领域,尤其是涉及一种垃圾站中垃圾液的净化处理装置。
背景技术
随着城市化进程的加快和经济的高速发展,如今,我国面临的垃圾问题也愈发突出。《2016年我国大、中城市固体废物污染环境防治年报》发现,2015年,我国246个大中城市产生了约1.86亿吨生活垃圾。目前,城市垃圾大多采用集中处置方式,大型垃圾站是将各个地方垃圾集中在一起处理,在垃圾处理时总会有脏水等液体渗出,这样会再次污染且排放到哪不污染也成为问题,要让垃圾站内达到清洁和干净,传统方法就是需用自来水去冲,这样又浪费水,且达不到垃圾污水或脏水的本质上的解决。
目前,有些大型垃圾站配备有渗滤液处理设备,按现在的过滤技术如要达到过滤要求,需要有充够的空间,占地空间约五十多立方米,而大多垃圾站由于占地原因,没有配备大型处理设备,另外,现有的渗滤液处理设备处理工艺复杂,设备购买及运行成本较高。
中国文献CN 204550323 U一种垃圾渗滤液浓缩液处理装置,包括沉淀池、第一缺氧池、好氧池、第二缺氧池、脱氮池、活性碳过滤器、芳香聚酰胺卷式膜,离子交换柱,沉淀池下面有水流管道和第一缺氧池、好氧池、第二缺氧池相联,第二缺氧池通过提升泵和脱氮池相连接,脱氮池的一端和活性碳过滤器连接,活性碳过滤器和芳香聚酰胺卷式膜连接,芳香聚酰胺卷式膜和离子交换柱连接,该文献装置需要配合沉淀池、缺氧池、好氧池等,占地面积大。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种垃圾中转站垃圾渗滤液处理设备,可有效处理垃圾站渗出液,达到安全排放标准,具有体积小、成本低等优点。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种垃圾中转站垃圾液过滤设备,包括前置过滤器和相连接的水泵,水泵出口依次连接凹凸棒过滤器、蛭石过滤器、蒙脱石过滤器、活性炭过滤器、反渗透过滤器,反渗透过滤器的出口连接臭氧器并向外排出净化液。
进一步,所述凹凸棒过滤器内设有凹凸棒滤芯,蛭石过滤器内设有蛭石滤芯,蒙脱石过滤器设有蒙脱石滤芯,活性炭过滤器设有活性炭滤芯,反渗透过滤器设有反渗透膜。
进一步,所述凹凸棒过滤器、蛭石过滤器、蒙脱石过滤器、活性炭过滤器、反渗透过滤器的进出口设置在各过滤器的侧面顶部且对称设置。
进一步,所述凹凸棒过滤器、蛭石过滤器、蒙脱石过滤器、活性炭过滤器、反渗透过滤器的进出口首尾通过管路连接并设置在外壳内形成集成式垃圾液过滤装置,垃圾液过滤装置的入口与水泵连接,垃圾液过滤装置的出口连接臭氧器。
进一步,所述前置过滤器、水泵、凹凸棒过滤器、蛭石过滤器、蒙脱石过滤器、活性炭过滤器、反渗透过滤器及臭氧器通过管路连接并设置在外壳内形成多滤芯垃圾液过滤装置。
进一步,所述的水泵由电机驱动,水泵和电机连接为一体。
垃圾液通过水泵抽起经过前期的过滤,过滤掉垃圾液中的大颗粒悬浮颗粒,然后依次通过凹凸棒过滤器、蛭石过滤器、蒙脱石过滤器、活性炭过滤器、反渗透过滤器,最后经过臭氧器再次杀菌,达到过滤净化的水并排放或再次利用。
本发明过滤设备主要应用于城市大型垃圾站,通过前置处理及集成式脱色、去味及垃圾液中的重金属等,使垃圾液过滤形成安全标准的外排水,可排放或再次利用冲洗机器或地面,本发明过滤设备由于采用集成化设计,只需要三立方米左右的容纳空间,具有体积小、生产及运行成本低等优点。

实施例:请参阅图1及图2,一种垃圾中转站垃圾渗滤液处理设备,包括前置过滤器1和相连接的水泵2,水泵2出口依次连接凹凸棒过滤器3、蛭石过滤器4、蒙脱石过滤器5、活性炭过滤器6、反渗透过滤器7,反渗透过滤器7的出口连接臭氧器8并向外排出净化液。本发明中凹凸棒过滤器3内设有凹凸棒滤芯,蛭石过滤器4内设有蛭石滤芯,蒙脱石过滤器5设有蒙脱石滤芯,活性炭过滤器6设有活性炭滤芯,反渗透过滤器7内设有反渗透膜。本发明的水泵2由电机驱动,水泵2和电机连接为一体。本发明的凹凸棒过滤器3、蛭石过滤器4、蒙脱石过滤器5、活性炭过滤器6、反渗透过滤器7的进出口设置在各过滤器的侧面的顶部且对称设置,垃圾液自各过滤器的进口进入滤芯并由出口输送到相邻过滤器内。为了集成化,本发明中的凹凸棒过滤器3、蛭石过滤器4、蒙脱石过滤器5、活性炭过滤器6、反渗透过滤器7的进出口首尾连接并设置在外壳内形成集成式垃圾液过滤装置,垃圾液过滤装置的入口与水泵2连接,垃圾液过滤装置的出口连接臭氧器8。更进一步集成化,将前置过滤器、水泵及电机和臭气器设置在上述外壳内,形成多滤芯垃圾液过滤装置,整体占地空间三立方米左右。
本发明作用时,垃圾液通过水泵2抽起经过前期的过滤,过滤掉垃圾液中的大颗粒悬浮颗粒,然后依次通过凹凸棒过滤器3、蛭石过滤器4、蒙脱石过滤器5、活性炭过滤器6、反渗透过滤器7,最后经过臭氧器8再次杀菌,达到过滤净化的水并排放或再次利用。
本发明中各部件效果说明如下:
①前置过滤器:拦截大颗粒悬浮颗粒保护水泵。
②凹凸棒滤芯:凹凸棒石独特的晶体结构,使之具有良好的吸附和脱色性能。吸附水中异味、毒素、脱色。
③蛭石滤芯:蛭石具有很强阳离子交换能力和吸附能力,不溶于水、无毒、无味、无副作用,可以交换水中重金属离子。
④蒙脱石滤芯:蒙脱石具有吸附次甲基蓝的能力,它对大肠杆菌、霍乱弧菌,空肠弯曲菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和轮状病毒以及胆盐都有较强的吸附作用。
⑤活性炭滤芯:活性炭具有吸附废水中的一些有机物是难于为微生物或一般氧化法所氧化分解的,如酚、苯、杀虫剂、洗涤剂、合成染料,胺类化合物以及许多人工合成有机物,深度处理达到较高的水体排放标准,对BOD、TOC、COD降低能力很强。
⑥反渗透膜:反渗透膜其原理是在高于溶液渗透压的作用下,依据其他物质不能透过半透膜而将这些物质和水分离开来。反渗透膜的膜孔径非常小,因此能够有效地去除水中的溶解盐类、胶体、微生物、有机物等。
⑦臭氧器:臭氧器可以氧化分解水中的污染物,在水处理中对除嗅味、脱色、杂菌、去除酚、氰、铁、锰和降低COD、BOD等都具有很好效果。
本发明是应用在城市大型垃圾中转站,按现有的过滤设备如要达到过滤需要有充够的空间,占地约五十多立方米,而本发明集成化过滤设备只需要三立方米左右的空间,虽然本发明体积变小,但由于采用了凹凸棒+蛭石+蒙脱石+活性炭+反渗透膜的组合运用,使垃圾液过滤达标外排水要求,尤其是凹凸棒+蛭石+蒙脱石三者的前段过滤,活性炭+反渗透膜的后段加强或补充净化,过滤效果,达到国家规定的排放水标准,可见图3是本发明实施例垃圾滤液过滤前后检测项目对照列表。
本发明并不限于上述实施方式,采用与本发明上述实施例相同或近似的结构设计或在本发明的精髓和范围上做的替代、修改、等效方法以及方案,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种垃圾中转站垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其特征在于:包括前置过滤器和相连接的水泵,水泵出口依次连接凹凸棒过滤器、蛭石过滤器、蒙脱石过滤器、活性炭过滤器、反渗透过滤器,反渗透过滤器的出口连接臭氧器并向外排出净化液。
2.根据权利权利要求1所述的一种垃圾中转站垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其特征在于:所述凹凸棒过滤器内设有凹凸棒滤芯,蛭石过滤器内设有蛭石滤芯,蒙脱石过滤器设有蒙脱石滤芯,活性炭过滤器设有活性炭滤芯,反渗透过滤器设有反渗透膜。
3.根据权利权利要求1所述的一种垃圾中转站垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其特征在于:所述凹凸棒过滤器、蛭石过滤器、蒙脱石过滤器、活性炭过滤器、反渗透过滤器的进出口设置在各过滤器的侧面顶部且对称设置。
4.根据权利权利要求1所述的一种垃圾中转站垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其特征在于:所述凹凸棒过滤器、蛭石过滤器、蒙脱石过滤器、活性炭过滤器、反渗透过滤器的进出口首尾通过管路连接并设置在外壳内形成集成式垃圾液过滤装置,垃圾液过滤装置的入口与水泵连接,垃圾液过滤装置的出口连接臭氧器。
5.根据权利权利要求1所述的一种垃圾中转站垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其特征在于:所述前置过滤器、水泵、凹凸棒过滤器、蛭石过滤器、蒙脱石过滤器、活性炭过滤器、反渗透过滤器及臭氧器通过管路连接并设置在外壳内形成多滤芯垃圾液过滤装置。
6.根据权利权利要求1所述的一种垃圾中转站垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其特征在于:所述的水泵由电机驱动,水泵和电机连接为一体。
7.根据权利权利要求1至6之一所述的一种垃圾中转站垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其特征在于:垃圾液通过水泵抽起经过前期的过滤,过滤掉垃圾液中的大颗粒悬浮颗粒,然后依次通过凹凸棒过滤器、蛭石过滤器、蒙脱石过滤器、活性炭过滤器、反渗透过滤器,最后经过臭氧器再次杀菌,达到过滤净化的水并排放或再次利用。
