Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a clothes 5b transitional conveying mechanism which moves up and down along with the lifting rod 3-1b is arranged at the lower part of the lifting rod 3-1b, the clothes 5b transitional conveying mechanism comprises a driving roller 7-1b, a fourth driving mechanism which drives the driving roller 7-1b to move, and a driven roller 7-2b which is positioned above the driving roller 7-1b and is spaced from the driving roller 7-1b by the thickness of two clothes 5b, and when the lifting rod 3-1b moves to the highest point, the upper surface of the driving roller 7-1b is flush with the first conveying belt 1-1 b. The preferred scheme is adopted to facilitate the clothes 5b to be folded smoothly, and meanwhile, the folded clothes 5b are pressed and smoothed; specifically, after the clothes 5b are jacked up by the lifting rod 3-1b, the second conveyor belt 2-1b stops moving, the first conveyor belt 1-1b continues to convey forwards, so that the rear half part of the clothes 5b continues to move forwards, when the clothes 5b move forwards to the driving roller 7-1b which is flush with the first conveyor belt 1-1b, the driving roller 7-1b starts to rotate under the driving of the fourth driving mechanism to push the clothes 5b to move forwards, so that the clothes 5b smoothly reach the second conveyor belt 2-1b, and meanwhile, when the clothes 5b pass by, the driven roller 7-2b above the driving roller 7-1b is matched with the driving roller 7-1b to rotatably press the clothes 5b, so that the wrinkled clothes 5b can be smoothed.
Referring to fig. 4, both ends of the driven roller 7-2b are provided with springs 7-3b capable of moving the driven roller 7-2b up and down, and the driven roller 7-2b is normally pressed against the driving roller 7-1 b. Therefore, when the clothes 5b with different thicknesses are contacted with the driving roller 7-1b and the driven roller 7-2b, the driven roller 7-2b changes the elastic force of the spring 7-3b in a mode of moving up and down, and further the thrust of the clothes 5b with different thicknesses is balanced, so that the clothes 5b with different thicknesses can smoothly move forwards to the second conveying belt 2-1b under the pushing and pushing action of the driven roller 7-2 b.
Referring to fig. 2, the friction coefficient of the first conveyor belt 1-1b is greater than that of the second conveyor belt 2-1b, so that when the first conveyor belt 1-1b pulls the clothes 5b from the second conveyor belt 2-1b to the first conveyor belt 1-1b through the lifting rod 3-1b, the clothes 5b can be folded more easily because the first conveyor belt 1-1b has a greater friction coefficient than the second conveyor belt 2-1b, and the clothes 5b are pulled by the first conveyor belt 1-1b more than the clothes 5b by the second conveyor belt 2-1 b.
Referring to fig. 2, the lifting rod 3-1b is a cylinder and has a smooth surface. Thus, the clothes 5b passing through the lifting rod 3-1b are subjected to small friction force by the lifting rod 3-1b, so that the operation that the first conveying belt 1-1b pulls the clothes 5b to move from the second conveying belt 2-1b to the first conveying belt 1-1b through the lifting rod 3-1b is more smoothly carried out.
Referring to fig. 2, smooth rollers are arranged on the lifting rod 3-1 b. Therefore, when the clothes 5b move to the first conveyer belt 1-1b through the lifting rod 3-1b, the friction force of the lifting rod 3-1b is changed from sliding friction to rolling friction, and the rolling friction is smaller, so that the operation that the first conveyer belt 1-1b pulls the clothes 5b to move from the second conveyer belt 2-1b to the first conveyer belt 1-1b through the lifting rod 3-1b is more smoothly carried out.
Referring to fig. 5, a transition plate 8b moving up and down along with the lifting plate is arranged below the lifting rod 3-1b, and when the lifting rod 3-1b moves to the highest point, the upper surface of the transition plate 8b is flush with the first conveying belt 1-1b and the second conveying belt 2-1 b. The purpose of this preferred solution is that the transition plate 8b acts as a transitional support for the garments 5b as the garments 5b are moved forward from the first conveyor belt 1-1b onto the second conveyor belt 2-1 b.
Referring to fig. 2, the first driving mechanism 1-2b and the second driving mechanism 2-2b are composed of a belt wheel driving mechanism, the belt wheel driving mechanism is fixed on the frame and comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a driving mechanism for driving the driving wheel to move, the driving mechanism is composed of a motor and a speed reducer, wherein a main shaft of the motor is connected with an input shaft of the speed reducer, an output shaft of the speed reducer is connected with a rotating shaft of the driving wheel through a coupling, and the preferred scheme is adopted to aim at that the belt wheel driving mechanism uses the motor and the speed reducer in a matching way, so that a larger driving force can be provided for the driving wheel, and the belt wheel driving mechanism is simple and compact.
Referring to fig. 8, the pouch storage box 2c is inclined upward in a direction away from the packing table 1c, and a bag-taking opening is provided on a side of the pouch storage box 2c facing the rotation driving mechanism 5 c. Therefore, after one packaging bag close to the bag opening in the packaging bag storage box 2c is sucked out by the second sucking discs 4-1c, other packaging bags on the packaging bag storage box 2c can sequentially slide downwards, so that the packaging bags are always attached to the bag opening, and the packaging bags can be tightly sucked by the second sucking discs 4-1c in the fifth driving mechanism.
Referring to fig. 8, two packing bag storage boxes 2c are arranged in the packing unit, the two packing bag storage boxes 2c are mounted on the support frame a above the packing table 1c, and the two packing bag storage boxes 2c are symmetrically distributed. Like this, after the wrapping bag of a wrapping bag case 2c used up, fifth actuating mechanism can absorb the wrapping bag of another wrapping bag case 2c and continue to accomplish packing work, avoids leading to operating personnel to need frequently to supply the wrapping bag because of the wrapping bag is used up, and then improves packing unit's work efficiency.
Referring to fig. 8, the number of the second suction cups 4 to 1c is two, and an included angle between the two suction cups is equal to an included angle between the orientation of the bag taking opening of the packing bag storage box 2c and the vertical direction. Thus, the two second suction cups 4 to 1c can suck the packing bags in the two packing bag storage boxes 2c, respectively, and the efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 8, the rotation driving mechanism 5c is composed of a servo motor, and the fourth driving mechanism and the fifth driving mechanism are each composed of an air cylinder.
Referring to fig. 1-8, the working principle of the present invention is: the garment 5b dropped on the conveyor is folded in half, and the front part garment 5b needs to be folded over the rear part garment 5b along the midline 5-1b of the garment 5 b.
When the clothes rack works, the first conveying belt 1-1b and the second conveying belt 2-1b rotate, clothes 5b start to move from the first conveying belt 1-1b to the second conveying belt 2-1b, and when a center line 5-1b on the clothes 5b reaches a position between the tail end of the first conveying belt 1-1b and the beginning end of the second conveying belt, the third driving mechanism 3-2b drives the lifting rod 3-1b to move upwards to the highest point so as to jack up the clothes 5 b; at this time, the front half part of the clothes 5b is positioned on the second conveyer belt 2-1b, the rear half part is positioned on the first conveyer belt 1-1b, the second conveyer belt 2-1b stops moving, the first conveyer belt 1-1b continues to convey forwards, so that the rear half part of the clothes 5b continues to move forwards, the front half part of the clothes 5b slips and moves backwards with the second conveyer belt 2-1b under the lifting rod 3-1b after being pulled off the rear half part of the clothes 5b, the front half part of the clothes 5b starts from the central line 5-1b, the clothes 5b gradually bend and pass under the lifting rod 3-1b, and gradually fold with the rear half part from the central line 5-1b, when the folded part reaches the second conveyer belt 2-1b, the second conveyer belt 2-1b regains power, the folded part is conveyed forwards continuously, and at the moment, the contact area of the unfolded part in the front half part of the clothes 5b and the second conveying belt 2-1b is much smaller than that of the back half part of the clothes 5b and the first conveying belt 1-1b and the second conveying belt 2-1b, so that the unfolded part in the front half part of the clothes 5b is not conveyed forwards along with the second conveying belt 2-1b, but is pulled backwards continuously by the back half part of the clothes 5b until the front half part of the clothes 5b passes through the lower part of the lifting rod 3-1b completely, the butt joint of the clothes 5b is completed, and the folded clothes 5b are conveyed forwards continuously by the second conveying belt 2-1 b.
Before the folded clothes 5b are conveyed to the packaging workbench 1c by the second conveyor belt 2-1b, the rotary driving mechanism 5c drives the second suction cups 4-1c to reach the packaging bag storage box 2c, then the second suction cup driving mechanisms 4-2c drive the second suction cups 4-1c to do linear motion to approach the packaging bags of the packaging bag storage box 2c and suck one packaging bag, then the rotary driving mechanism 5c drives the second suction cups 4-1c to convey the packaging bags to the packaging workbench 1c, then the first suction cup driving mechanisms 3-2c drive the first suction cups 3-1c to move upwards, so that the first suction cups 3-1c suck the lower surface of the packaging bag, then the first suction cup driving mechanisms 3-2c drive the first suction cups 3-1c to move downwards, so that the opening of the packaging bag is opened, since the opening direction of the packing bag is opposite to the direction in which the clothes 5b are conveyed, the opening direction of the packing bag faces the clothes 5b, and thus the clothes 5b are introduced into the packing bag via the second conveyor 2-1b, thereby completing the packing work of the clothes 5 b.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents and are included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A clothes packing device with a folding function is characterized by comprising a support frame, a folding unit and a packing unit, wherein the folding unit and the packing unit are sequentially arranged on the support frame along the clothes conveying direction; wherein,
the folding unit comprises a first conveying mechanism, a second conveying mechanism in transition connection with the first conveying mechanism and a lifting mechanism located between the first conveying mechanism and the second conveying mechanism, wherein the first conveying mechanism comprises a first conveying belt and a first driving mechanism for driving the first conveying belt to move; the second conveying mechanism comprises a second conveying belt and a second driving mechanism for driving the second conveying belt to move; the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting rod arranged between the tail end of the first conveying belt and the second conveying starting end and a third driving mechanism for driving the lifting rod to move up and down, the lifting rod extends along the direction vertical to the conveying direction of the first conveying mechanism and the second conveying mechanism, and a channel allowing clothes to move onto the second conveying belt along with the first conveying belt is arranged below the lifting rod when the lifting rod jacks up the clothes;
the packaging unit bag is arranged on a packaging workbench on the support frame, the packaging bag storage box, a fifth driving mechanism for sucking the packaging bag to be horizontally placed on the packaging workbench and a fourth driving mechanism for opening the opening of the packaging bag; wherein,
the packaging bag storage box is arranged above the packaging workbench along the clothes conveying direction, and the opening direction of the packaging bag in the packaging bag storage box is opposite to the clothes conveying direction; the packaging workbench is flush with the conveying surface of the second conveying mechanism;
the fourth driving mechanism comprises a first sucker and a first sucker driving mechanism for driving the first sucker to move up and down, the first sucker is arranged in the middle of the table top of the packaging workbench and faces upwards, and the first sucker driving mechanism is arranged below the packaging workbench;
fifth actuating mechanism includes the second sucking disc, drives the second sucking disc and is linear motion's second sucking disc actuating mechanism and drive the second sucking disc and get the sack and pack the workstation between pivoted rotation actuating mechanism at wrapping bag case, wherein, rotation actuating mechanism installs on the support frame, work as when the second sucking disc rotates to pack workstation department, this second sucking disc is located the top of first sucking disc.
2. The garment wrapping device with a doubling function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a folding auxiliary pressing mechanism is provided above the end of the first conveying mechanism, and the folding auxiliary pressing mechanism comprises a pressing rod and an auxiliary pressing driving mechanism for driving the pressing rod to reciprocate linearly; when the lifting rod jacks up clothes, the pressing rod is just opposite to the gap between the lifting rod and the tail end of the first conveying belt, and the moving direction of the pressing rod is inclined downwards.

The apparatus for packing clothes with a double-folding function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower portion of the lifting rod is provided with a clothes transitional conveying mechanism which moves up and down along with the lifting rod, the clothes transitional conveying mechanism comprises a driving roller, a fourth driving mechanism which drives the driving roller to move, and a driven roller which is located above the driving roller and is spaced from the driving roller by two clothes, and when the lifting rod moves to the highest point, the upper surface of the driving roller is flush with the first conveying belt.
4. The apparatus for packing clothes with a double-folding function as claimed in claim 3, wherein the driven roller is provided at both ends thereof with springs for moving the driven roller up and down, and the driven roller is normally pressed against the driving roller.
5. The clothing packing device with the double-folding function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the friction coefficient of the first conveyor belt is larger than that of the second conveyor belt.
6. The device for packaging clothes with a double-folding function as claimed in claim 5, wherein the lifting rod is a cylinder with a smooth surface.
7. The clothing packing device with the double-folding function as claimed in claim 6, wherein the lifting rod is provided with a smooth roller.
8. The clothes packing device with the doubling function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a transition plate moving up and down along with the lifting plate is arranged below the lifting rod, and when the lifting rod moves to the highest point, the upper surface of the transition plate is flush with the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt.
9. The garment wrapping device having a folding function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pouch storage box is inclined upward in a direction away from the wrapping table, and a bag taking opening is provided on a side of the pouch storage box facing the rotation driving mechanism.
10. The clothes packing device with the folding function as claimed in claim 9, wherein two bag storage boxes are arranged in the packing unit, the two bag storage boxes are mounted on the support frame above the packing workbench, and the two bag storage boxes are symmetrically distributed.
