Abstract
一种智能电瓶充电桩,包括核心模块以及上位管理系统,所述的核心模块与所述上位管理系统进行数据通信,所述核心模块上连接有支付模块、设备自检模块、物联模块、充电接口模块、显示模块、视频监控模块、热点模块以及空气监测模块;所述的支付模块至少包括投币模块、RFID/NFC读卡模块、手机扫码支付模块,所述的手机扫码支付模块通过所述核心模块与支付平台连接;所述的物联模块至少包括一个定位模块,所述定位模块通过所述核心模块向上位管理系统上报设备当前位置信息。本发明使得城市的充电装置能够得到更加有效有序的维护管理,同时本发明使得充电装置的设置更加安全减小了充电装置的破坏率与盗窃率。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及城市电动车充电设备领域,尤其涉及一种智能电瓶充电粧。
背景技术
[0002]随着现代电池技术以及动力总成技术的发展,电动汽车、电动助力车将会得到更大的普及,对于电动汽车以及电动助力车来说城市内设置的充电粧、便捷充电箱等充电装置是必不可少的,现有的充电装置最为普及的就是电动助力车的投币充电箱,这种投币充电箱仅仅具备充电功能,但是却遍布城市的大街小巷,对于分布如此之广的投币充电箱来说却无信息交换功能,单个设备均为信息孤岛,无法实时获取设备的运行状态,一旦安装后缺乏有效的监管和维护手段,后期成本较高,且这种投币充电箱还会存在被人破坏,钱箱失窃,电源失窃等一系列破坏问题,而此类事件往往难以追溯。同时传统的投币方式还存在一下缺点,第一硬币回收不方便;第二车主也未必随身带有零钱,导致付款不便。同时这种信息孤岛式的充电设备还大量浪费了城市的公共媒体资源,显然现有的充电装置已经不能满足国家对智能化城市的要求,也无法满足现代都市生活的需求。
发明内容
[0003] 针对现有技术的不足之处本发明提供一种智能电瓶充电粧,本发明通过对充电装置的物联化设计去实现设备上各模块能主动上传各类数据,便于管理维护,中心云平台也能广播各类消息以及多媒体信息,进行各类应用的拓展,同时本发明利用定位装置与视频监控装置加强了对于破坏盗窃案件的防治。
[0004] 本发明的技术方案是提供一种智能电瓶充电粧,包括核心模块以及上位管理系统,所述的核心模块与所述上位管理系统进行数据通信,所述核心模块上连接有支付模块、设备自检模块、物联模块、充电接口模块、显示模块、视频监控模块、热点模块以及空气监测丰旲块;
所述的支付模块至少包括投币模块、RFID/NFC读卡模块、手机扫码支付模块,所述的手机扫码支付模块通过所述核心模块与支付平台连接;
所述的物联模块至少包括一个定位模块,所述定位模块通过所述核心模块向上位管理系统上报设备当前位置信息。
[0005]作为本发明的优选,所述的核心模块包括用于管理其他模块工作的控制单元、用于充电的充电单元、用于供电的电源单元以及用于与所述上位管理系统进行数据通信的通信单元,所述的存储单元设置于所述控制单元内,所述的充电接口模块与所述的充电单元连接,所述的支付模块、所述的设备自检模块、所述的物联模块、所述的热点模块以及所述的空气监测模块均与所述通信单元连接。
[0006]作为本发明的优选,所述的定位模块至少包括用于定位钱箱的货币定位模块以及定位整机的主体定位模块。
[0007]作为本发明的优选,所述的设备自检模块包括用于监控工作电压是否正常的电压监控电路、用于监控充电电流是否正常的电流监控电路以及用于监控通信连接是否正常的通信监控电路。
[0008]作为本发明的优选,所述的热点模块包括用于为周围3m范围内提供wifi网络的wifi热点装置。这种设置方式使得车主在等待充电的同时能享受到无线网络服务,使得等待不会过于枯燥。
[0009]作为本发明的优选,所述的设备自检模块还包括温度传感器以及根据所述温度传感器的信号调整工作状态的降温风扇。
[0010]作为本发明的优选,所述的定位模块为GPS模块或北斗定位模块或基站定位。

[0012] 作为本发明的优选,所述的核心模块与所述上位管理系统通过2G或3G或4G或5G或Zigbee或wifi或有线网络进行数据通信。
[0013]作为本发明的优选,所述的视频监控模块至少包括摄像头以及报警器,所述的摄像头的数据保存于所述核心模块内的存储单元且同时通过所述核心单元上传至所述上位管理系统,所述的报警器与上位管理系统连接。这种设置方式保证了视频证据的完整性,即使充电装置的硬件端受损,也不会导致视频数据的丢失。摄像头还能成为互动式广告的视频采集单元,这种广告模式将广告内容更深刻的植入受众的记忆中。
[0014]作为本发明的优选,所述的上位管理系统在收到所述报警器的报警信号后实时读取所述定位模块上报的位置信息并标注位置信息的移动路径。这种设置方式可以准确指示警方追踪的路径,对于严打此类行为具有极大帮助,同时也起到威慑效果。

[0018] 如图1所示,本发明实施例包括核心模块以及上位管理系统,核心模块与上位管理系统进行数据通信,核心模块与上位管理系统通过2G或3G或4G或5G或Zigbee或wif i或有线网络进行数据通信。核心模块使用单片机等嵌入式芯片编程,上位管理系统采用云端服务器。
[0019] 核心模块上连接有支付模块、设备自检模块、物联模块、充电接口模块、显示模块、视频监控模块、热点模块以及空气监测模块。热点模块包括用于为周围3m范围内提供wifi网络的wifi热点装置,热点模块需要得到一个网络分配器支持,该网络分配器可设置在充电装置附近的管理室内,需要使用有线方式将网络分配器与热点模块连接提升网络稳定度。定位模块为GPS模块或北斗定位模块或基站定位,优选为北斗模块。空气监测模块至少包括PM2.5传感器。
[0020] 支付模块至少包括投币模块、RFID/NFC读卡模块、手机扫码支付模块,手机扫码支付模块通过核心模块与支付平台连接,该方法实施需要取得支付平台接口支持。
[0021] 物联模块至少包括一个定位模块,定位模块通过核心模块向上位管理系统上报设备当前位置信息。定位模块至少包括用于定位钱箱的货币定位模块以及定位整机的主体定位模块,该两个模块均优选北斗模块。视频监控模块至少包括摄像头以及报警器,摄像头的数据保存于核心模块内的存储单元且同时通过核心单元上传至上位管理系统,报警器与上位管理系统连接,同时上位管理系统与警方报警后台连接,确保报警器的报警能直接送达警方而不延误。上位管理系统在收到报警器的报警信号后实时读取定位模块上报的位置信息并标注位置信息的移动路径,该移动路径使用描点连线的方法绘制,并与定位地图进行结合保存为图片格式,方便警方调用。
[0022] 核心模块包括用于管理其他模块(支付模块、设备自检模块、物联模块、显示模块、视频监控模块、热点模块以及空气监测模块)工作的控制单元、用于充电的充电单元、用于供电的电源单元以及用于与上位管理系统进行数据通信的通信单元,存储单元设置于控制单元内,充电接口模块与充电单元连接,支付模块、设备自检模块、物联模块、热点模块以及空气监测模块均与通信单元连接。本实施例中存储单元主要使用闪存芯片进行存储,特别情况使用SD卡进行可分离结构进行存储,而通信单元则根据实际选择的通讯方式选取相应模块,列如选择GPRS则通信单元就是GPRS模块。
[0023] 设备自检模块包括用于监控工作电压是否正常的电压监控电路、用于监控充电电流是否正常的电流监控电路以及用于监控通信连接是否正常的通信监控电路。电压监控电路以及电流监控电路主要采用采样-比较的结构进行设计,当采样值与比较的参照值不对应时判断为故障,该类电路直接采用现有技术即可,而通信监控电路主要采用发信返回检测的结构进行设计,可以直接采用网络检测器电路集成。设备自检模块还包括温度传感器以及根据温度传感器的信号调整工作状态的降温风扇。

1.一种智能电瓶充电粧,其特征在于:包括核心模块以及上位管理系统,所述的核心模块与所述上位管理系统进行数据通信,所述核心模块上连接有支付模块、设备自检模块、物联模块、充电接口模块、显示模块、视频监控模块、热点模块以及空气监测模块; 所述的支付模块至少包括投币模块、RFID/NFC读卡模块、手机扫码支付模块,所述的手机扫码支付模块通过所述核心模块与支付平台连接; 所述的物联模块至少包括一个定位模块,所述定位模块通过所述核心模块向上位管理系统上报设备当前位置信息。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能电瓶充电粧,其特征在于:所述的核心模块包括用于管理其他模块工作的控制单元、用于充电的充电单元、用于供电的电源单元以及用于与所述上位管理系统进行数据通信的通信单元,所述的存储单元设置于所述控制单元内,所述的充电接口模块与所述的充电单元连接,所述的支付模块、所述的设备自检模块、所述的物联模块、所述的热点模块以及所述的空气监测模块均与所述通信单元连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能电瓶充电粧,其特征在于:所述的定位模块至少包括用于定位钱箱的货币定位模块以及定位整机的主体定位模块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能电瓶充电粧,其特征在于:所述的设备自检模块包括用于监控工作电压是否正常的电压监控电路、用于监控充电电流是否正常的电流监控电路以及用于监控通信连接是否正常的通信监控电路。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能电瓶充电粧,其特征在于:所述的热点模块包括用于为周围3m范围内提供wifi网络的wifi热点装置。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种智能电瓶充电粧,其特征在于:所述的设备自检模块还包括温度传感器以及根据所述温度传感器的信号调整工作状态的降温风扇。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能电瓶充电粧,其特征在于:所述的定位模块为GPS模块或北斗定位模块或基站定位。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能电瓶充电粧,其特征在于:所述的空气监测模块至少包括PM2.5传感器。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能电瓶充电粧,其特征在于:所述的核心模块与所述上位管理系统通过2G或3G或4G或5G或Zigbee或wifi或有线网络进行数据通信。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能电瓶充电粧,其特征在于:所述的视频监控模块至少包括摄像头以及报警器,所述的摄像头的数据保存于所述核心模块内的存储单元且同时通过所述核心单元上传至所述上位管理系统,所述的报警器与上位管理系统连接;所述的上位管理系统在收到所述报警器的报警信号后实时读取所述定位模块上报的位置信息并标注位置信息的移动路径。
