脚部是人体经络汇聚的地方之一，人体各器官均在脚部有特定的反射区，而足浴是通过水的温热作用、机械作用、化学作用及借助药物蒸汽和药液薰洗的治疗作用，促进人体脚步血液循环，达到改善脚部经络，起到疏通奉理，散风降温，透达筋骨，理气和血，从而达到增强心脑血管机能、改善睡眠、消除疲劳、消除亚健康状态、增强人体抵抗力等一系列保健功效。随着人们生活水平的提高，越来越多的人开始关注自然的保健法，作为绿色疗法之一的足浴疗法，由于其操作简单、方便舒适、效果显著，越来越受到人们的青睐。于是，越来越多的人开始购买足浴盆、足浴沙发、足浴沐浴药材等，在家自行保健，足浴已经实现了家庭化。但大多数人仍旧只采用热水泡脚的方式进行足浴，热水泡脚只具备缓解疲劳、温热双脚的目的，并不能起到很好的改善脚部经络、促进机体健康的作用。因此，足浴粉越来越受到人们的欢迎，但现有的足浴粉中成分及制备工艺单一，大多只是将简单的几味中药进行组合、粉碎、包装，而这类足浴粉在热水浸泡时，其中的有效成分并不能充分溶出，其治疗保健功效并不能充分发挥。
在申请号为 CN201610372686.6的一种足浴粉，所述足浴粉的组分如下：苦参3~9份、土槿皮2~8份、黄柏5~15份、赤芍9~12份、石菖蒲5~12份、地肤子5~10份，蒲公英4~10份、枯矾5~11份、大黄15~18份、白矾2~6份、蛇床子5~8份；其制备方法只是将上述组份进行混合后粉碎包装既得，使用时，需要将所述蒲公英足浴粉进行熬制后，才能充分发挥其效果，简单的热水冲泡并不能使所选中药中的有效成分溶出，使用十分不便。
基于上述问题，本发明以谷精草为主料，并选用多味中药与其配伍，并经过多道工序对组份原料进行精加工，使其有效成分充分溶出后，将其有效成分冻干制成足浴粉，采用热水冲泡即可溶解，使用方便，并且疗效显著。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中足浴粉中成分及制备工艺单一，足浴粉在热水浸泡时，其中的有效成分并不能充分溶出，其治疗保健功效并不能充分发挥的问题，本发明提供了一种谷精草安胎足浴粉及其制备方法，制备工艺简洁科学，制成的足浴粉使用方便、疗效显著，具有良好的安胎功效。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现：
一种谷精草安胎足浴粉，所述每35g谷精草安胎足浴粉由20g中药混合粉、15g中药混合药渣组成；所述每20g中药混合粉由谷精草、人参、续断、艾叶、黄芩、荷梗、砂仁、莬丝子、苎麻根、杜仲按10：5-8：4-7：4-6：3-5：2-4：2-3：1-3：2-3：1-2的比例组成；
所述15g中药混合药渣为20g中药混合粉中原料加工后的药渣。
所述一种谷精草安胎足浴粉，所述每20g中药混合粉中原料的最佳组成比例为10：5：5：5：3：4：3：1.5：2.5：1.2。
所述一种谷精草安胎足浴粉，其制备方法为，
（1）原料预处理：
按重量份数，取谷精草、人参、续断、艾叶、黄芩、荷梗、砂仁、莬丝子、苎麻根、杜仲，洗净备用；
（2）超声波提取：
取步骤（1）洗净的谷精草、人参、续断、艾叶、黄芩、荷梗、砂仁、莬丝子、苎麻根、杜仲，加入2-4倍水，置于超声波提取机内，超声波处理后，过滤得到中药提取液，中药混合药渣备用；
（3）浓缩、干燥：
取中药提取液，置于真空浓缩机内，浓缩得到中药浓缩液；再将中药浓缩液置于冻干机内，冻干处理得到冻干物；
（4）粉碎、灭菌：
取冻干物置于粉碎机内，粉碎至80-100目，得到初粉；再将初粉、中药混合药渣置于紫外线灭菌机内，紫外线照射灭菌10-15min后，按20g初粉、15 g中药混合药渣/袋进行包装，即得成品。
所述步骤（2）超声波提取中提取温度为50-65℃，超声波功率为200-400W，超声波处理时间为20-40min。
所述步骤（3）中得到的中药浓缩液的水分含量在5%以下，冻干处理的温度为-20~-50℃。
在本发明的原料组分中，选用的原料来源广泛，并且均为植物，成分天然，成本较低，各原料的功效如下：
谷精草，具有祛风散热、明目退翳的作用，祛风散热，明目退翳，治目翳，雀盲，头痛，齿痛，喉痹，鼻衄，主疗喉痹，齿风痛，及诸疮疥，治头风痛.目盲翳膜，痘后生翳，止血；人参，具有大补元气、复脉固脱、补脾益肺、安神益智的作用，补元气，复脉固脱，补脾益肺，生津止渴，安神益智，劳伤虚损，食少，倦怠，反胃吐食，大便滑泄，虚咳喘促，自汗暴脱，惊悸，健忘，眩晕头痛，阳痿，尿频，消渴，妇女崩漏，小儿慢惊及久虚不复，一切气血津液不足之症，并具有良好的安胎功效；续断，具有补肝肾、续筋骨、调血脉的作用，还具有治疗胎漏的功效，补肝肾，续筋骨，调血脉，治腰背酸痛，足膝无力，胎漏，崩漏，带下，遗精，跌打损伤，金疮，痔漏，痈疽疮肿；艾叶，具有安胎、温经、止血的作用，理气血，逐寒湿;温经，止血，安胎，治心腹冷痛，泄泻转筋，久痢，吐衄，下血，月经不调，崩漏，带下，胎动不安，痈疡，疥癣；黄芩，具有安胎、泻实火、除湿热的作用，泻实火，除湿热，止血，安胎，治壮热烦渴，肺热咳嗽，湿热泻痢，黄疸，热淋，吐、衄、崩、漏，目赤肿痛，胎动不安，痈肿疔疮；荷梗，具有清热解暑、通气行水的功效，清热解暑，通气行水，治暑湿胸闷，泄泻，痢疾，淋病，带下；砂仁，具有安胎、行气健胃、化湿止呕的作用，可化湿开胃，温脾止泻，理气安胎，常用于湿浊中阻，脘痞不饥，脾胃虚寒，呕吐泄泻，妊娠恶阻，胎动不安，尤其对浅表性胃炎，十二指肠溃疡，胃胀胃痛有特效；莬丝子，具有补肾益精，养肝明目，益脾止泻，安胎的功效，还具有治疗尿频、宫冷不孕的作用；苎麻根多用于安胎、止血、清热，止血，安胎，清热，利尿，用于咳血，吐血，尿血，月经过多，崩漏，紫癜，胎动不安，痈疮肿毒，淋病，水肿；杜仲，具有良好的安胎、补肝肾、强筋健骨等功效，补肝肾，强筋骨，安胎，治腰脊酸疼，足膝痿弱，小便余沥，阴下湿痒，胎漏欲堕，胎动不安，高血压，主腰脊痛，补中益精气，坚筋骨。
在工序中，采用低温超声波提取中药中的有效成分，低温不会破坏中药中的有效成分的生物活性，同时，超声波还能加快中药细胞壁的破裂，加快其有效成分的溶出；其次，将其中药提取液进行真空浓缩，浓缩效果较好，能有效提高足浴粉成品中有效成分的含量；另外，采用冷冻干燥的方法，干燥速度快，且能有效保护中药中有效成分生物活性，采用紫外线灭菌的方法，灭菌效果较好，灭菌成本较低；整体工艺流程简洁，科学合理。
本发明的有益效果：本发明的一种谷精草安胎足浴粉，以谷精草为主料，选用多味中药与其配伍，并对其进行精加工，充分提取了各中药中的有效成分，使用时，采用热水冲泡后，有效成分均能溶于水中，并通过水的温热作用，对脚部经络具有良好的舒缓、保健功效，同时，还对足部具有良好的杀菌、灭菌功效，有效预防、治疗脚气。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种谷精草安胎足浴粉，所述每35g谷精草安胎足浴粉由20g中药混合粉、15g中药混合药渣组成；所述每20g中药混合粉由谷精草、人参、续断、艾叶、黄芩、荷梗、砂仁、莬丝子、苎麻根、杜仲按10：5-8：4-7：4-6：3-5：2-4：2-3：1-3：2-3：1-2的比例组成；
所述15g中药混合药渣为20g中药混合粉中原料加工后的药渣。
所述一种谷精草安胎足浴粉，所述每20g中药混合粉中原料的最佳组成比例为10：5：5：5：3：4：3：1.5：2.5：1.2。
所述一种谷精草安胎足浴粉，其制备方法为，
（1）原料预处理：

（4）粉碎、灭菌：
取冻干物置于粉碎机内，粉碎至80-100目，得到初粉；再将初粉、中药混合药渣置于紫外线灭菌机内，紫外线照射灭菌10-15min后，按20g初粉、15 g中药混合药渣/袋进行包装，即得成品。
所述步骤（2）超声波提取中提取温度为50-65℃，超声波功率为200-400W，超声波处理时间为20-40min。
所述步骤（3）中得到的中药浓缩液的水分含量在5%以下，冻干处理的温度为-20~-50℃。
实施例2
表1为不同超声波提取温度下得到的中药提取液浓度；

由表3可知，当超声波提取时间为35min时，中药提取液浓度最高。
综上所述，当超声波的提取温度为60℃、提取功率为350W、提取时间为35min时，中药提取液浓度最高；因此，制备中药提取液的最佳制备工艺为：将洗净的谷精草、人参、续断、艾叶、黄芩、荷梗、砂仁、莬丝子、苎麻根、杜仲，加入2-4倍水，置于超声波提取机内，60℃条件下，采用功率为350W的超声波提取时间为35min。
实施例5
本发明的使用方法：
（1）将谷精草安胎足浴粉加入热水内，待溶解有谷精草安胎足浴粉的热水冷却至可接受的温度，再浸泡双脚即可，其中，每袋谷精草安胎足浴粉和热水比例为1:100-150，热水的温度为85-95℃；
（2）将谷精草安胎足浴粉直接倒入烧水锅中，加入100-150倍水，烧开后倒入熏蒸盆内，将双足置于熏蒸盆上进行熏蒸，熏蒸时用毛巾覆盖双足，待水温冷却至可接受的温度，再浸泡双脚即可；
（3）将谷精草安胎足浴粉中的药渣过滤后，将粉状物体洒于鞋内，即可达到除菌目的。

1.一种谷精草安胎足浴粉，其特征在于：所述每35g谷精草安胎足浴粉由20g中药混合粉、15g中药混合药渣组成；所述每20g中药混合粉由谷精草、人参、续断、艾叶、黄芩、荷梗、砂仁、莬丝子、苎麻根、杜仲按10：5-8：4-7：4-6：3-5：2-4：2-3：1-3：2-3：1-2的比例组成；
所述15g中药混合药渣为20g中药混合粉中原料加工后的药渣。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种谷精草安胎足浴粉，其特征在于：所述每20g中药混合粉中原料的最佳组成比例为10：5：5：5：3：4：3：1.5：2.5：1.2。
3.根据权利要求1-2任意一项所述一种谷精草安胎足浴粉，其特征在于：其制备方法为，
（1）原料预处理：
按重量份数，取谷精草、人参、续断、艾叶、黄芩、荷梗、砂仁、莬丝子、苎麻根、杜仲，洗净备用；
（2）超声波提取：
取步骤（1）洗净的谷精草、人参、续断、艾叶、黄芩、荷梗、砂仁、莬丝子、苎麻根、杜仲，加入2-4倍水，置于超声波提取机内，超声波处理后，过滤得到中药提取液，中药混合药渣备用；
（3）浓缩、干燥：
取中药提取液，置于真空浓缩机内，浓缩得到中药浓缩液；再将中药浓缩液置于冻干机内，冻干处理得到冻干物；
（4）粉碎、灭菌：
取冻干物置于粉碎机内，粉碎至80-100目，得到初粉；再将初粉、中药混合药渣置于紫外线灭菌机内，紫外线照射灭菌10-15min后，按20g初粉、15 g中药混合药渣/袋进行包装，即得成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种谷精草安胎足浴粉，其特征在于：所述步骤（2）超声波提取中提取温度为50-65℃，超声波功率为200-400W，超声波处理时间为20-40min。
5.根据权利要求3所述一种谷精草安胎足浴粉，其特征在于：所述步骤（3）中得到的中药浓缩液的水分含量在5%以下，冻干处理的温度为-20~-50℃。
