技术领域
本发明涉及床芯板领域,尤其涉及一种竹原纤维床芯板。
背景技术
床是供人躺在上面睡觉的家具,人的三分之一的时间都是在床上度过的。经过千百年的演化,床不仅是睡觉的工具,也是家庭的装饰品之一了。睡眠是生命中不可忽略的一部分,一张好的床及床芯板不但能使你拥有舒适的睡眠,而且对于自己的身体也大有好处。
随着时代的快速发展,人们的生活水平也在不断地提高,现代社会生活节奏越来越快,工作生活压力也非常大,因此,疲劳程度也在骤增,良好的睡眠质量对缓解疲劳、增强免疫力等显得尤为重要,而睡眠质量的好坏跟床、床垫及床芯板的关系密不可分,目前市场上的床芯板品种有很多,做工极为普通,抗菌、防臭、保健、透气功能比较差,长期使用容易滋生细菌和螨虫,还会产生异味。随着环境的恶化,雾霾等空气污染的加重,使得空气质量越来越差,严重影响睡眠质量。
因此,基于以上的问题,本领域迫切需要提出具有针对性的解决方案,设计出能够解决上述问题的床芯板。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服以上技术问题,提出一种竹原纤维床芯板,能够释放负离子对人体进行疗养保健,可以在瞬间吸收和蒸发水分,具有抗菌、防臭、去味、保健的功能。
为解决上述技术问题,根据本发明的第一方面,提供一种竹原纤维床芯板,其中,所述竹原纤维床芯板从上到下依次包括第一硬质棉纤维层、芯层、第二硬质棉纤维层,其中,
所述第一硬质棉纤维层位于所述竹原纤维床芯板的最上层;
所述芯层是按重量百分比由如下组分组成的复合层:75%-85%的竹原纤维、5%-10%的负离子纤维和10%-15%的低熔点聚酯纤维;
所述第二硬质棉纤维层位于所述竹原纤维床芯板的最下层;
所述第一硬质棉纤维层、芯层和第二硬质棉纤维层依次连接。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供一种竹原纤维床芯板,其中,所述低熔点聚酯纤维的表面处理剂用量为低熔点聚酯纤维重量的0.1-0.5%。
根据本发明的第三方面,提供一种竹原纤维床芯板,其中,所述低熔点聚酯纤维成型的温度为90-160℃,压力为1.0-3.0MPa,时间为5-15min。
根据本发明的第四方面,提供一种竹原纤维床芯板,其中,所述芯层的工艺过程包括:
(1)将所述负离子纤维与所述竹原纤维混织,得到混织材料;
(2)将上述制备的混织材料与所述低熔点聚酯纤维进行复合,得到所述芯层。
根据本发明的第五方面,提供一种竹原纤维床芯板,其中,所述竹原纤维床芯板还包括:
通气孔,沿所述竹原纤维床芯板的厚度方向贯穿所述第一硬质棉纤维层、芯层及第二硬质棉纤维层,所述通气孔用于透气。
根据本发明的第六方面,提供一种竹原纤维床芯板,其中,所述负离子纤维为粘胶负离子纤维、涤纶负离子纤维、丙纶负离子纤维或腈纶负离子纤维。
本发明的竹原纤维床芯板相比于现有技术具有抗菌、防臭、去味、保健的有益效果,能够释放负离子对人体进行疗养保健,可以在瞬间吸收和蒸发水分。

图1为本发明的竹原纤维床芯板的结构示意图,如图1所示,本发明提供一种竹原纤维床芯板,其中,竹原纤维床芯板从上到下依次包括第一硬质棉纤维层1、芯层2、第二硬质棉纤维层3。第一硬质棉纤维层1位于竹原纤维床芯板的最上层,芯层2是按重量百分比由如下组分组成的复合层:75%-85%的竹原纤维、5%-10%的负离子纤维和10%-15%的低熔点聚酯纤维,第二硬质棉纤维层3位于竹原纤维床芯板的最下层,第一硬质棉纤维层1、芯层2和第二硬质棉纤维层3依次连接。
需要说明的是,第一硬质棉纤维层1、第二硬质棉纤维层3分别位于床芯板的最上层、最下层,直接与外部环境接触,具有较强的硬度,能够避免芯层2不受外界破坏,保持清香。
本发明芯层2中的竹原纤维是一种使用性能极佳的天然纤维素纤维,是采用机械、物理的方法制取的天然竹纤维,竹纤维是从自然生长的竹子中提取出的纤维素纤维。竹原纤维具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性,具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能。
本发明芯层2中的竹原纤维天然健康:纯天然、安全健康、无污染。本发明的芯层2在使用过程中能够释放负氧离子群,让人们享受如雨后森林般的清新空气。
本发明芯层2中的竹原纤维具有抗菌活性功能:竹子里有一种独特的抗菌物质,具有天然的抗菌性;高效过滤灰尘、花粉、清除烟味,快速吸附空气中的甲醛、苯、汽车尾气等有害气体;快速杀灭空气中的细菌、病毒、螨虫等有害微生物。
本发明芯层2中的竹原纤维具有除臭去异味的作用:竹原纤维特有的“竹琨”成份,使其具有超强去污、自清自洁功能,而且只需日晒,即可将吸附在空气中的甲醛、苯甲苯、氨等有害物质挥发掉,使其吸附功能自动再生。
本发明芯层2中的竹原纤维具有吸湿透气的功效:竹原纤维的横截面布满近似于椭圆形的孔隙,并且高度中空,可以在瞬间吸收蒸发水分。
竹原纤维床芯板从上到下的分层,结构清晰、简单,稳固性好。竹原纤维床芯板的第一硬质棉纤维层1和第二硬质棉纤维层3将芯层2包裹在中间,可防止污垢污染芯层2,能够避免芯层2受外界破坏,起到保护作用。
本发明芯层2中的负离子纤维的制成主要是通过在纤维的生产过程中,添加一种具有负离子释放功能的纳米级电气石粉末,使这些电气石粉末镶嵌在纤维的表面,通过这些电气石发射的电子,击中纤维周围的氧分子,使之成为带电荷的负氧离子,通常称之为负离子。负离子纤维,是一种具有负离子释放功能的纤维,由该纤维所释放产生的负离子具有空气净化、疗养保健、杀菌、除臭的良好效果。
除此之外,本发明芯层2中的低熔点聚酯纤维具有优秀的热粘合性能、稳定的可加工性、良好的弹力、耐洗性,同时易与其他纤维混合。现有的低熔点聚酯纤维,大都采用共聚酯方法制备,通过添加间苯二甲酸二甲酯、己二酸、癸二酸等第三组分,以及丁二醇、新戊二醇、二甘醇等第四组分降低共聚酯的熔点制备。本发明芯层2中的低熔点聚酯纤维和其他纤维相比,可以在一般聚酯更低的温度下熔融和其他纤维粘合。
在本发明的进一步实施例中,本发明的低熔点聚酯纤维的表面处理剂用量为低熔点聚酯纤维重量的0.1-0.5%。
在本发明的进一步实施例中,本发明的低熔点聚酯纤维成型的温度为90-160℃,压力为1.0-3.0MPa,时间为5-15min。
在本发明的进一步实施例中,本发明的芯层2的工艺过程包括:
(1)将负离子纤维与竹原纤维混织,得到混织材料;
(2)将上述制备的混织材料与低熔点聚酯纤维进行复合,得到芯层2。
在本发明的进一步实施例中,本发明的竹原纤维采用机械、物理方法制备。其中,上述机械、物理处理或制备的方法可以包括截断、煮炼、压碎、蒸煮、梳理中的一种或多种。
需要说明的是,本发明采用机械、物理的方法,从竹竿中直接提取原生的纤维,再把原材料中的低熔点化纤熔化,经低温凝固后把原材料中的竹原纤维固定成型。整个制备过程中不含化学添加剂,甲醛零超标,生态环保。
图2为本发明的竹原纤维床芯板的横截面示意图,如图2所示,本发明的竹原纤维床芯板还包括:通气孔,沿竹原纤维床芯板的厚度方向贯穿第一硬质棉纤维层1、芯层2及第二硬质棉纤维层3,通气孔用于透气。
需要说明的是,本发明的竹原纤维床芯板中含有无数通气孔,如图2所示,通气孔分布在整个竹原纤维床芯板中,方便空气流通,从而保证了竹原纤维床芯板的透气性。竹原纤维床芯板的透气性不仅仅与竹原纤维本身的性能有关,还与竹原纤维床芯板的组织结构有关,例如:通气孔的孔径大小、通气孔的数量、竹原纤维床芯板的厚度。本发明的竹原纤维床芯板可根据使用的人群进行不同的通气孔设计,使得通气性能满足不同消费者的需求。竹原纤维床芯板的厚度也可设计为多个尺寸,满足不同年龄层或使用者的需求。通气孔的设计增加了竹原纤维床芯板的透气量以及透气性,同时通气孔的设置也使得本发明减少了材料的使用,降低了生产成本。
如图2所示,本发明的竹原纤维床芯板的通气孔的横截面为圆形,当然还可以为椭圆形、三角形、菱形、长方形或正方形。
图3为本发明的竹原纤维床芯板的剖视示意图一,图4为本发明的竹原纤维床芯板的剖视示意图二,图5为本发明的竹原纤维床芯板的剖视示意图三,如图3-5所示,本发明的通气孔可以直接打孔,从上到下贯穿竹原纤维床芯板,也可以通过弧形路径贯穿竹原纤维床芯板,还可以通过波浪线路径、两条折线路径或多于两条折线路径贯穿竹原纤维床芯板。
在本发明的进一步实施例中,本发明的负离子纤维为粘胶负离子纤维、涤纶负离子纤维、丙纶负离子纤维或腈纶负离子纤维。负离子具有清洁空气的作用,即:除尘、抑菌、除臭。空气中负离子的含量多少是衡量空气质量好坏的关键。空气中的负离子像食物中的维生素一样重要,对支气管炎、冠心病、脑血管病、心绞痛、神经衰弱等多种疾病均有较好的保健功效。负离子的主要功能包括:恒久的负离子发射功能,调节周围环境的空气质量;较强的生物波发射功能,促进血液循环,激活人体免疫细胞,防止人体老化和早衰;持久的抗菌、杀菌性能,能杀灭对人体有害的细菌,又不伤害人体;优良的除臭性能,脱除异味,保持良好的生活空间;可释放人体需要的多种微量元素,有益于人体健康;优越的界面活性作用,可以节约洗涤剂的用量,而且有助于环境的净化。
需要说明的是,本发明的竹原纤维床芯板在制备过程中不添加任何可能会挥发甲醛、氨气等化学添加剂,无甲醛、氨气释放,产品生态环保。同时,能够释放负离子对人体进行疗养保健,可以在瞬间吸收和蒸发水分,具有抗菌、防臭、去味、保健的有益效果。
应当理解的是,本发明的上述具体实施方式仅仅用于示例性说明或解释本发明的原理,而不构成对本发明的限制。因此,在不偏离本发明的精神及范围的情况下所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。此外,本发明所附权利要求旨在涵盖落入所附权利要求范围及边界、或者这种范围及边界的等同形式内的全部变化及修改例。
Claims (6)
1.一种竹原纤维床芯板,其特征在于,所述竹原纤维床芯板从上到下依次包括第一硬质棉纤维层、芯层、第二硬质棉纤维层,其中,
所述第一硬质棉纤维层位于所述竹原纤维床芯板的最上层;
所述芯层是按重量百分比由如下组分组成的复合层:75%-85%的竹原纤维、5%-10%的负离子纤维和10%-15%的低熔点聚酯纤维;
所述第二硬质棉纤维层位于所述竹原纤维床芯板的最下层;
所述第一硬质棉纤维层、芯层和第二硬质棉纤维层依次连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的竹原纤维床芯板,其特征在于,所述低熔点聚酯纤维的表面处理剂用量为低熔点聚酯纤维重量的0.1-0.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的竹原纤维床芯板,其特征在于,所述低熔点聚酯纤维成型的温度为90-160℃,压力为1.0-3.0MPa,时间为5-15min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的竹原纤维床芯板,其特征在于,所述芯层的工艺过程包括:
(1)将所述负离子纤维与所述竹原纤维混织,得到混织材料;
(2)将上述制备的混织材料与所述低熔点聚酯纤维进行复合,得到所述芯层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的竹原纤维床芯板,其特征在于,所述竹原纤维床芯板还包括:
通气孔,沿所述竹原纤维床芯板的厚度方向贯穿所述第一硬质棉纤维层、芯层及第二硬质棉纤维层,用于透气。
6.根据权利要求1所述的竹原纤维床芯板,其特征在于,所述负离子纤维为粘胶负离子纤维、涤纶负离子纤维、丙纶负离子纤维或腈纶负离子纤维。
