本发明涉及饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种增加羊抗病能力的饲料。
背景技术
羊肉具有益气补虚,温中暖下的作用,且羊肉味道鲜美,随着人们生活水平和保健意识的加强,对羊肉的需求也越来越大。目前人们常通过添加抗生素、促生长剂等化学药物来增加羊的抗病能力和促进羊生长,但是长期使用抗生素和化学药物,容易造成细菌病毒耐受,且也容易造成羊体内药物残留,危害人们的健康,影响羊肉品质。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种增加羊抗病能力的饲料,本发明营养均衡,能抗菌抗病毒,促进养分吸收,能促进羊的健康生长,增加羊的抗病能力,且无毒副作用。
本发明提出的一种增加羊抗病能力的饲料,其原料按重量份包括:高粱25-35份,小麦5-10份,膨化大豆10-12份,菜籽粕5-8份,玉米10-15份,氯化钠1-2份,酵母硒0.01-0.03份,啤酒酵母0.2-0.4份,羊用预混料1-2份,青贮玉米秸秆15-25份,青贮花生秧8-12份,麦草5-7份,碳酸氢钠0.4-0.6份,添加剂8-10份。
优选地,添加剂的原料包括:刺五加、黄芪、淫羊藿、山楂、菊花、栀子、忍冬藤、大枣、苹果渣、碳酸氢钠、生物菌剂、麦麸。
刺五加,别名为刺拐棒、老虎镣子、刺木棒、坎拐棒子等,为五加科植物刺五加的根及根茎。能益气健脾,补肾安神。刺五加中含有皂苷、多糖、黄酮等成分。
黄芪,别名为绵芪、绵黄芪、黄耆等,为豆科草本植物蒙古黄芪、膜荚黄芪的根。味甘,性温。能补气固表,托疮生肌。主治体虚自汗,久泻,脱肛,子宫脱垂,慢性肾炎,体虚浮肿,慢性溃疡,疮口久不愈合。黄芪含皂甙、蔗糖、多糖、多种氨基酸、叶酸及硒、锌、铜等多种微量元素。有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。
淫羊藿,别名为三枝九叶草、仙灵脾、牛角花、三叉风等,为为小檗科植物心叶淫羊藿、淫羊藿、箭叶淫羊藿、柔毛淫羊藿、巫山淫羊藿或朝鲜淫羊藿的干燥地上部分。味辛、甘,性温。能补肾阳,强筋骨,祛风湿。用于阳痿遗精,筋骨痿软,风湿痹痛,麻木拘挛;更年期高血压。淫羊藿含有淫羊藿多糖可以增强机体免疫力。淫羊藿还具有抗菌抗病毒的作用。
山楂,别名为红果、棠棣、绿梨等,为蔷薇科植物山里红或山楂的干燥成熟果实。味酸、甘;性温。能消食积;化滞瘀。主治饮食积滞,脘腹胀痛,泄泻痢疾,血瘀痛经,闭经,产后腹痛;恶露不尽。山楂中含多种维生素、山楂酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸等,还含有黄酮类、内酯、糖类、蛋白质、脂肪和钙、磷、铁等矿物质,所含的解脂酶能促进脂肪类食物的消化,促进胃液分泌和增加胃内酶素等功能。山楂中还含有抗菌成分,能增加机体免疫力。
菊花,别名为甘菊花、白菊花、黄甘菊、药菊、白茶菊、茶菊、怀菊花、滁菊、毫菊、杭菊、贡菊等。能散风清热,平肝明目。用于风热感冒,头痛眩晕,目赤肿痛,眼目昏花。菊花具有广谱抗菌杀菌作用。
栀子,别名为黄栀子、黄果树、山栀子、红枝子、木丹、鲜支、卮子、支子等,为茜草科植物栀子的果实。能清热,泻火,凉血。治热病虚烦不眠,黄疸,淋病,消渴,目赤,咽痛,吐血,衄血,血痢,尿血,热毒疮疡,扭伤肿痛。栀子具有护肝、利胆、降压、镇静、止血、消肿等作用,在中医临床常用于治疗黄疸型肝炎、扭挫伤、高血压、糖尿病等症。
忍冬藤,别名为忍冬、银花藤、金银藤老翁须等,为忍冬科植物忍冬的茎枝。味甘,性寒;入心、肺经。能清热解毒,通络。用于温病发热,疮痈肿毒,热毒血痢,风湿热痹。忍冬藤还具有抗炎、抗病毒、广谱抗菌的作用。
大枣,别名为枣、红枣、枣子、干枣、美枣等。能补脾和胃,益气生津,调营卫,解药毒。治胃虚食少,脾弱便溏,气血津液不足,营卫不和,心悸怔忡,妇人赃躁。大枣富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及钙、磷、铁和环磷酸腺苷等营养成分。其中维生素C的含量在果品中名列前茅。大枣还具有抗氧化、增强免疫力的作用。
优选地,添加剂的原料按重量份包括:刺五加5-7份,黄芪5-8份,淫羊藿8-10份,山楂8-10份,菊花7-9份,栀子6-8份,忍冬藤10-12份,大枣4-6份,苹果渣5-7份,碳酸氢钠0.5-1份,生物菌剂1-2份,麦麸5-8份。
优选地,生物菌剂为乳酸菌和酵母菌的培养液。
优选地,生物菌剂为乳酸菌和酵母菌的培养液,其中,乳酸菌的浓度为5×105-6×105CFU/ml,酵母菌的浓度为4.5×107-5.5×107CFU/ml。
优选地,在添加剂的制备过程中,将山楂、苹果渣粉碎,晒干,加入麦麸、水混匀,杀菌,然后加入生物菌剂,发酵,加入碳酸氢钠混匀,减压干燥得到中间物料;将刺五加、黄芪、淫羊藿、菊花、栀子、忍冬藤、大枣粉碎,然后加入中间物料混匀得到添加剂。
优选地,在添加剂的制备过程中,将山楂、苹果渣粉碎,晒干,加入麦麸、水混匀,杀菌,然后加入生物菌剂,升温至35-37℃,保温发酵40-60天,加入碳酸氢钠混匀,减压干燥得到中间物料;将刺五加、黄芪、淫羊藿、菊花、栀子、忍冬藤、大枣粉碎至20-40目,然后加入中间物料混匀得到添加剂。
上述羊用预混料、生物菌剂可以从市场上购得。
上述添加剂的制备过程中,水均为纯化水,不规定水的用量,根据具体操作确定其用量。
本发明的制备方法如下:将高粱、小麦、膨化大豆、菜籽粕、玉米、氯化钠混匀蒸熟,加入酵母硒、啤酒酵母、羊用预混料、青贮玉米秸秆、青贮花生秧、麦草、碳酸氢钠、添加剂混匀得到增加羊抗病能力的饲料。
本发明选用刺五加、黄芪、淫羊藿、山楂、菊花、栀子、忍冬藤、大枣、苹果渣、碳酸氢钠、生物菌剂、麦麸相互配合,首先,刺五加、黄芪、淫羊藿、大枣含有多种皂苷、多糖、黄酮类物质,以及多种氨基酸和微量元素,可以调节补充饲料中的营养成分,皂苷、多糖、黄酮类物质可以促进羊生长,还可以调节羊瘤胃的pH环境,促进养分吸收,且无毒副作用;黄芪、淫羊藿、菊花、栀子、忍冬藤相互配合,在为饲料进一步提供养分的同时,可以增强机体免疫机能,抗菌抗病毒,从而增加羊的抗病能力;山楂、苹果渣经生物菌剂发酵后,含有多种营养成分,具有香甜味,可以改善本发明的口感,增加羊的采食量,并且山楂中含有的有效成分可以增加胃消化酶、唾液淀粉酶、消化腺酶的分泌,能兴奋胃肠道,山楂和刺五加、黄芪、淫羊藿、大枣相互配合从而促进羊对粗蛋白、粗脂肪、微量元素等的吸收,从而促进羊健康生长,增加羊的抗病能力;碳酸氢钠可以调节本发明的pH值,使其适应羊瘤胃环境,进一步促进养分吸收;高粱、小麦、膨化大豆、菜籽粕、玉米、氯化钠、酵母硒、啤酒酵母、羊用预混料、青贮玉米秸秆、青贮花生秧、麦草、碳酸氢钠和添加剂相互配合,为羊提供均衡、充足营养;羊用预混料可以提供各种矿物质、维生素、氨基酸和微量元素;氯化钠、大枣、发酵后的苹果渣、山楂相互配合,经煮熟后,可以增加本发明的口感,增加羊的采食量;上述各物质相互配合,营养均衡,抗菌抗病毒,增强机体抵抗力,改善口感,增加采食,促进养分吸收,从而促进羊的健康生长,增加羊的抗病能力,且无毒副作用。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种增加羊抗病能力的饲料,其原料按重量份包括:高粱30份,小麦7份,膨化大豆11份,菜籽粕6.5份,玉米12份,氯化钠1.5份,酵母硒0.02份,啤酒酵母0.3份,羊用预混料1.5份,青贮玉米秸秆20份,青贮花生秧10份,麦草6份,碳酸氢钠0.5份,添加剂9份。
实施例2
一种增加羊抗病能力的饲料,其原料按重量份包括:高粱25份,小麦10份,膨化大豆10份,菜籽粕8份,玉米10份,氯化钠2份,酵母硒0.01份,啤酒酵母0.4份,羊用预混料1份,青贮玉米秸秆25份,青贮花生秧8份,麦草7份,碳酸氢钠0.4份,添加剂10份;
其中,添加剂的原料按重量份包括:刺五加5份,黄芪8份,淫羊藿8份,山楂10份,菊花7份,栀子8份,忍冬藤10份,大枣6份,苹果渣5份,碳酸氢钠1份,生物菌剂1份,麦麸8份。
实施例3
一种增加羊抗病能力的饲料,其原料按重量份包括:高粱35份,小麦5份,膨化大豆12份,菜籽粕5份,玉米15份,氯化钠1份,酵母硒0.03份,啤酒酵母0.2份,羊用预混料2份,青贮玉米秸秆15份,青贮花生秧12份,麦草5份,碳酸氢钠0.6份,添加剂8份;
其中,添加剂的原料按重量份包括:刺五加7份,黄芪5份,淫羊藿10份,山楂8份,菊花9份,栀子6份,忍冬藤12份,大枣4份,苹果渣7份,碳酸氢钠0.5份,生物菌剂2份,麦麸5份;
生物菌剂为乳酸菌和酵母菌的培养液,其中,乳酸菌的浓度为6×105CFU/ml,酵母菌的浓度为4.5×107CFU/ml;
在添加剂的制备过程中,将山楂、苹果渣粉碎,晒干,加入麦麸、水混匀,杀菌,然后加入生物菌剂,升温至37℃,保温发酵40天,加入碳酸氢钠混匀,减压干燥得到中间物料;将刺五加、黄芪、淫羊藿、菊花、栀子、忍冬藤、大枣粉碎至40目,然后加入中间物料混匀得到添加剂。
实施例4
一种增加羊抗病能力的饲料,其原料按重量份包括:高粱28份,小麦8份,膨化大豆10.5份,菜籽粕7份,玉米11份,氯化钠1.7份,酵母硒0.015份,啤酒酵母0.35份,羊用预混料1.2份,青贮玉米秸秆23份,青贮花生秧9份,麦草6.5份,碳酸氢钠0.45份,添加剂9.5份;
其中,添加剂的原料按重量份包括:刺五加5.5份,黄芪7份,淫羊藿8.5份,山楂9.5份,菊花7.5份,栀子7.5份,忍冬藤10.5份,大枣5.5份,苹果渣5.5份,碳酸氢钠0.8份,生物菌剂1.2份,麦麸7份;
生物菌剂为乳酸菌和酵母菌的培养液,其中,乳酸菌的浓度为5×105CFU/ml,酵母菌的浓度为5.5×107CFU/ml;
在添加剂的制备过程中,将山楂、苹果渣粉碎,晒干,加入麦麸、水混匀,杀菌,然后加入生物菌剂,升温至35℃,保温发酵60天,加入碳酸氢钠混匀,减压干燥得到中间物料;将刺五加、黄芪、淫羊藿、菊花、栀子、忍冬藤、大枣粉碎至20目,然后加入中间物料混匀得到添加剂。
实施例5
一种增加羊抗病能力的饲料,其原料按重量份包括:高粱32份,小麦6份,膨化大豆11.5份,菜籽粕6份,玉米13份,氯化钠1.3份,酵母硒0.025份,啤酒酵母0.25份,羊用预混料1.8份,青贮玉米秸秆17份,青贮花生秧11份,麦草5.5份,碳酸氢钠0.55份,添加剂8.5份;
其中,添加剂的原料按重量份包括:刺五加6.5份,黄芪6份,淫羊藿9.5份,山楂8.5份,菊花8.5份,栀子6.5份,忍冬藤11.5份,大枣4.5份,苹果渣6.5份,碳酸氢钠0.6份,生物菌剂1.8份,麦麸6份;
生物菌剂为乳酸菌和酵母菌的培养液,其中,乳酸菌的浓度为5.5×105CFU/ml,酵母菌的浓度为5×107CFU/ml;
在添加剂的制备过程中,将山楂、苹果渣粉碎,晒干,加入麦麸、水混匀,杀菌,然后加入生物菌剂,升温至36℃,保温发酵50天,加入碳酸氢钠混匀,减压干燥得到中间物料;将刺五加、黄芪、淫羊藿、菊花、栀子、忍冬藤、大枣粉碎至32目,然后加入中间物料混匀得到添加剂。
试验例1
随机选取100只健康成年羊,分为实验组和对照组,每组50只,两组在平均体重、性别比例方面,经统计学处理,无明显组间差异(P>0.05)。对照组饲用普通羊饲料,实验组饲用实施例5,两组喂养饲料的次数、数量、时间均相同,饲喂90天,试验结果如下表:
由上表可以看出,本发明可以增强羊的抵抗力,促进羊健康生长。

2.根据权利要求1所述增加羊抗病能力的饲料,其特征在于,添加剂的原料包括:刺五加、黄芪、淫羊藿、山楂、菊花、栀子、忍冬藤、大枣、苹果渣、碳酸氢钠、生物菌剂、麦麸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述增加羊抗病能力的饲料,其特征在于,添加剂的原料按重量份包括:刺五加5-7份,黄芪5-8份,淫羊藿8-10份,山楂8-10份,菊花7-9份,栀子6-8份,忍冬藤10-12份,大枣4-6份,苹果渣5-7份,碳酸氢钠0.5-1份,生物菌剂1-2份,麦麸5-8份。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述增加羊抗病能力的饲料,其特征在于,生物菌剂为乳酸菌和酵母菌的培养液。
5.根据权利要求2-4任一项所述增加羊抗病能力的饲料,其特征在于,生物菌剂为乳酸菌和酵母菌的培养液,其中,乳酸菌的浓度为5×105-6×105CFU/ml,酵母菌的浓度为4.5×107-5.5×107CFU/ml。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述增加羊抗病能力的饲料,其特征在于,在添加剂的制备过程中,将山楂、苹果渣粉碎,晒干,加入麦麸、水混匀,杀菌,然后加入生物菌剂,发酵,加入碳酸氢钠混匀,减压干燥得到中间物料;将刺五加、黄芪、淫羊藿、菊花、栀子、忍冬藤、大枣粉碎,然后加入中间物料混匀得到添加剂。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述增加羊抗病能力的饲料,其特征在于,在添加剂的制备过程中,将山楂、苹果渣粉碎,晒干,加入麦麸、水混匀,杀菌,然后加入生物菌剂,升温至35-37℃,保温发酵40-60天,加入碳酸氢钠混匀,减压干燥得到中间物料;将刺五加、黄芪、淫羊藿、菊花、栀子、忍冬藤、大枣粉碎至20-40目,然后加入中间物料混匀得到添加剂。
