本发明公开了一种37KW抗冲击压缩机结构。所述底盘上设置有箱罩,所述箱罩内设置有电机、主机、油气分离器、水冷箱,所述主机与电机通过传动部件连接,所述主机通过油管路与油气分离器连接,所述油气分离器通过油管路与水冷箱连接,所述油气分离器通过风管路与冷干机连接,所述冷干机设置在水冷箱上方,所述水冷箱与主机连接;所述箱罩上设置有门板,所述门板与箱罩连接处采用不锈钢螺钉固定,所述箱罩由箱板组装而成,所述箱板间连接处设置有三角筋固定;所述箱罩厚度为2‑3mm,所述底盘厚度为4‑6mm。本发明增加了压缩机箱罩、底盘的厚度,加固了门板和箱罩,使得压缩机符合GJB150.16A的抗振动标准和GJB150.30A的抗冲击标准。

本发明属于压缩机技术领域,特别涉及一种37KW抗冲击压缩机结构。
背景技术:
船舶在航行中时常遭遇风浪,现有压缩机不具备抗振动和冲击的能力,容易产生损坏,减少了使用寿命。

为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种37KW抗冲击压缩机结构,包括:电机、主机、油气分离器、冷干机、水冷箱、底盘、箱罩、门板,所述底盘上设置有箱罩,所述箱罩内设置有电机、主机、油气分离器、水冷箱,所述主机与电机通过传动部件连接,所述主机通过油管路与油气分离器连接,所述油气分离器通过油管路与水冷箱连接,所述油气分离器通过风管路与冷干机连接,所述冷干机设置在水冷箱上方,所述水冷箱与主机连接;所述箱罩上设置有门板,所述门板与箱罩连接处采用不锈钢螺钉固定,所述箱罩由箱板组装而成,所述箱板间连接处设置有三角筋固定;所述箱罩厚度为2-3mm,所述底盘厚度为4-6mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
增加了压缩机箱罩、底盘的厚度,并通过不锈钢螺钉固定门板,通过三角筋固定箱罩,使得压缩机符合GJB150.16A的抗振动标准和GJB150.30A的抗冲击标准。
