Abstract
本发明公开了一种适用于模内覆膜工艺的耐寒片材,其由以下物料按照重量百分比配比而成:聚碳酸酯30~60%、丙烯腈‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯20~40%、聚硅氧烷共聚物10~20%、苯甲基硅酮5~10%、有机硅橡胶5~10%、硫化有机硅橡胶2~6%、乙二酸二酯2~6%、聚矾2~6%、硅酮粉5~10%;采用上述技术方案的适用于模内覆膜工艺的片材,其可通过聚硅氧烷共聚物、苯甲基硅酮、有机硅橡胶、硫化有机硅橡胶、乙二酸二酯以及聚矾按照配比组合进行添加以使得本申请中的片材在低温状态下可保持良好的工作性能,致使采用本申请中的片材进行模内覆膜的产品在低温状态下的表面结构稳定性得以显著改善。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料加工领域,尤其是一种适用于模内覆膜工艺的耐寒片材。
背景技术
模内覆膜工艺是以双表面经过化学处理过的薄膜片材经过真空电镀、印刷、蚀刻、成形等工序后嵌入模内用注塑工艺生产而形成的一种产品的表面装饰件。模内覆膜工艺,用于覆膜处理的薄膜片材是决定模内覆膜工艺产品的重要因素之一。然而,现有的薄膜片材在低温环境下进行使用时,其往往会出现表面断裂或起皱等现象,进而致使相关产品的外观以及其使用效果受到影响。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于模内覆膜工艺的片材,其使得片材的耐低温性能得以显著改善。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明涉及一种适用于模内覆膜工艺的耐寒片材,其由以下物料按照重量百分比配比而成:聚碳酸酯30~60%、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯20~40%、聚硅氧烷共聚物10~20%、苯甲基硅酮5~10%、有机硅橡胶5~10%、硫化有机硅橡胶2~6%、乙二酸二酯2~6%、聚矾2~6%、硅酮粉5~10%。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述适用于模内覆膜工艺的耐寒片材由以下物料按照重量百分比配比而成:聚碳酸酯30~45%、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯25~35%、聚硅氧烷共聚物12~16%、苯甲基硅酮7~9%、有机硅橡胶5~6%、硫化有机硅橡胶4~5%、乙二酸二酯2~3%、聚矾2~3%、硅酮粉6~8%。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述适用于模内覆膜工艺的耐寒片材由以下物料按照重量百分比配比而成:聚碳酸酯35%、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯26%、聚硅氧烷共聚物13%、苯甲基硅酮7%、有机硅橡胶5%、硫化有机硅橡胶4%、乙二酸二酯2%、聚矾2%、硅酮粉6%。
采用上述技术方案的适用于模内覆膜工艺的片材,其可通过聚硅氧烷共聚物、苯甲基硅酮、有机硅橡胶、硫化有机硅橡胶、乙二酸二酯以及聚矾按照配比组合进行添加以使得本申请中的片材在低温状态下可保持良好的工作性能,致使采用本申请中的片材进行模内覆膜的产品在低温状态下的表面结构稳定性得以显著改善。

实施例1
一种适用于模内覆膜工艺的耐寒片材,其由以下物料按照重量百分比配比而成:聚碳酸酯30%、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯39%、聚硅氧烷共聚物10%、苯甲基硅酮5%、有机硅橡胶5%、硫化有机硅橡胶2%、乙二酸二酯2%、聚矾2%、硅酮粉5%。
采用上述技术方案的适用于模内覆膜工艺的片材,其可通过聚硅氧烷共聚物、苯甲基硅酮、有机硅橡胶、硫化有机硅橡胶、乙二酸二酯以及聚矾按照配比组合进行添加以使得本申请中的片材在低温状态下可保持良好的工作性能,致使采用本申请中的片材进行模内覆膜的产品在低温状态下的表面结构稳定性得以显著改善。
实施例2
一种适用于模内覆膜工艺的耐寒片材,其由以下物料按照重量百分比配比而成:聚碳酸酯30%、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯20%、聚硅氧烷共聚物20%、苯甲基硅酮10%、有机硅橡胶5%、硫化有机硅橡胶4%、乙二酸二酯4%、聚矾2%、硅酮粉5%。
本实施例其余特征与优点均与实施例1相同。
实施例3
一种适用于模内覆膜工艺的耐寒片材,其由以下物料按照重量百分比配比而成:聚碳酸酯35%、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯26%、聚硅氧烷共聚物13%、苯甲基硅酮7%、有机硅橡胶5%、硫化有机硅橡胶4%、乙二酸二酯2%、聚矾2%、硅酮粉6%。
本实施例其余特征与优点均与实施例1相同。

1.一种适用于模内覆膜工艺的耐寒片材,其特征在于,所述适用于模内覆膜工艺的耐寒片材由以下物料按照重量百分比配比而成:聚碳酸酯30~60%、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯20~40%、聚硅氧烷共聚物10~20%、苯甲基硅酮5~10%、有机硅橡胶5~10%、硫化有机硅橡胶2~6%、乙二酸二酯2~6%、聚矾2~6%、硅酮粉5~10%。
2.按照权利要求1所述的适用于模内覆膜工艺的片材,其特征在于,所述适用于模内覆膜工艺的耐寒片材由以下物料按照重量百分比配比而成:聚碳酸酯30~45%、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯25~35%、聚硅氧烷共聚物12~16%、苯甲基硅酮7~9%、有机硅橡胶5~6%、硫化有机硅橡胶4~5%、乙二酸二酯2~3%、聚矾2~3%、硅酮粉6~8%。
