Abstract
本发明公开了一种可以收集空气中水分的瓶子,包括瓶身,瓶身开口处设置有收集装置,收集装置包括端盖,端盖上设置有空气透过孔,端盖内侧设置有吸气风扇、半导体制冷片、冷凝片和导流漏斗,导流漏斗内从上到下依次设置有活性碳滤芯层、高能纳米膜滤芯层、UDF离子交换滤芯层和CTO滤芯层,端盖内还设置有可充电电池,本发明的有益效果在于,本发明利用了半导体制冷片的技术,发热的上侧面产生的热量将从吸气风扇进来的空气进行加热,空气加热升温后续续向下流动经过冷凝片的底部,冷凝结成水滴,并落到下方的导流漏斗上,依次经过多层过滤装置,变成能够直接饮用的水,本水瓶空气冷凝变水的效率较高,同时经过多层过滤,产生的饮用水质量较高。

技术领域
本发明涉及水瓶领域,更具体地说,涉及一种可以收集空气中水分的瓶子。
背景技术
世界上许多地方,淡水十分缺乏,例如在干旱的沙漠或广袤的海洋及其小岛上,人们想获得生存所需的淡水,常常是很困难的,因为没有水源或海水等水源不能饮用的,必须进行蒸馏等加工处理,但要在远离人类生活的地区对海水进行二次处理是一件不容易的事。所以,对于在上述地方经常进行户外活动的人来说,如何简单、方便地提取出可使用的淡水是本发明需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术之不足,提出了一种可以收集空气中水分的瓶子。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的。
一种可以收集空气中水分的瓶子,包括瓶身,所述瓶身上端开口,瓶身开口处设置有用于收集空气中水分的收集装置,所述收集装置包括螺接在瓶身开口处的端盖,所述端盖上设置有密集分布的空气透过孔,端盖内侧从上至下依次设置有吸气风扇、半导体制冷片、冷凝片和导流漏斗,所述导流漏斗内从上到下依次设置有活性碳滤芯层、高能纳米膜滤芯层、UDF离子交换滤芯层和CTO滤芯层,所述端盖内还设置有用于对吸气风扇和半导体制冷片提供工作电源的可充电电池。
更具体的,所述端盖上侧连接有一固定挂钩和一活动挂钩,所述可充电电池设置在固定挂钩内,所述活动挂钩底端弹性铰接至端盖,活动挂钩顶端与固定挂钩活动抵接,所述端盖上设置有用于对可充电电池进行充电的充电接口以及能够控制吸气风扇和半导体制冷片工作或停机的开关。
更具体的,所述端盖为塑胶材质构件。
更具体的,所述可充电电池为锂电池。
更具体的,所述充电接口为USB接口。
更具体的,所述端盖上空气透过孔的下方、吸气风扇的上方设置有隔尘网。
更具体的,所述半导体制冷片上侧面为发热面,下侧面为制冷面。
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明利用了半导体制冷片的技术,半导体制冷片的特点是上侧面发热,下侧面制冷,发热的上侧面产生的热量将从吸气风扇进来的空气进行加热,空气加热升温后续续向下流动经过冷凝片的底部,空气中的水蒸汽在冷凝片底壁遇冷,凝结成水滴,并落到下方的导流漏斗上,依次经过多层过滤装置,变成能够直接饮用的水,本水瓶空气冷凝变水的效率较高,同时经过多层过滤,产生的饮用水质量较高。

下面结合附图给出本发明较佳实施例,以详细说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示,一种可以收集空气中水分的瓶子的实施例,包括瓶身1,所述瓶身1上端开口,瓶身1开口处设置有用于收集空气中水分的收集装置2,所述收集装置2包括螺接在瓶身开口处的端盖21,所述端盖21上设置有密集分布的空气透过孔22,端盖21内侧从上至下依次设置有吸气风扇23、半导体制冷片24、冷凝片25和导流漏斗26,所述导流漏斗26内从上到下依次设置有活性碳滤芯层31、高能纳米膜滤芯层32、UDF离子交换滤芯层33和CTO滤芯层34,所述端盖2内还设置有与吸气风扇23和半导体制冷片24电连接的可充电电池29,所述端盖21上侧连接有一固定挂钩27和一活动挂钩28,所述可充电电池29设置在固定挂钩27内,所述活动挂钩28底端弹性铰接至端盖21,活动挂钩28顶端与固定挂钩27活动抵接,所述端盖21上设置有对可充电电池29充电的充电接口30以及控制吸气风扇和半导体制冷片工作或停机的开关35,所述端盖21为塑胶材质构件,所述可充电电池29为锂电池,所述充电接口30为USB接口,所述端盖上空气透过孔22下方、吸气风扇23的上方设置有隔尘网(图中未示出)。
其中,高能纳米膜滤芯层32介于反渗透和超滤膜之间,其膜表面分离皮层具有纳米级微孔结构,利用纳米膜对不同价态离子的选择透过特性而实现对水的软化,纳米膜在饮水处理中除了软化之外,多用于脱色、去除天然有机物与合成有机物(如农药等)、三致物质、消毒副产物(三卤甲烷和卤乙酸)及其前体和挥发性有机物,保证饮用水的生物稳定性等。
UDF离子交换滤芯层33采用高吸附的活性散炭,用特殊工艺焊接而成,能够去除水中异味、游离氯。
CTO滤芯层34的外层采用优质椰壳活性炭为材料,用食品级粘合剂压铸而成,在滤芯里面又添装高碘值椰壳载银活性炭,既保证了外层的过滤,吸附,又可以使水流入内层后进一步净化,因为载银活性炭有抑制细菌生长的功能,可以有效的控制细菌的繁殖,并克服了普通活性炭滤芯水流程短的缺点。
工作原理:本水瓶采用了半导体制冷片的技术,半导体制冷片24的特点是上侧面发热,下侧面制冷,发热的上侧面产生的热量将从吸气风扇进来的空气进行加热,空气加热升温后续续向下流动经过冷凝片25的底部,空气中的水蒸汽在冷凝片25底壁遇冷,凝结成水滴,并落到下方的导流漏斗26上,依次经过多层过滤装置,变成能够直接饮用的水,本水瓶将空气冷凝成水的效率较高,同时经过多层过滤,产生的饮用水质量较高。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这些仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。

1.一种可以收集空气中水分的瓶子,其特征在于,包括瓶身,所述瓶身上端开口,瓶身开口处设置有用于收集空气中水分的收集装置,所述收集装置包括螺接在瓶身开口处的端盖,所述端盖上设置有密集分布的空气透过孔,端盖内侧从上至下依次设置有吸气风扇、半导体制冷片、冷凝片和导流漏斗,所述导流漏斗内从上到下依次设置有活性碳滤芯层、高能纳米膜滤芯层、UDF离子交换滤芯层和CTO滤芯层,所述端盖内还设置有用于对吸气风扇和半导体制冷片提供工作电源的可充电电池。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可以收集空气中水分的瓶子,其特征在于,所述端盖上侧连接有一固定挂钩和一活动挂钩,所述可充电电池设置在固定挂钩内,所述活动挂钩底端弹性铰接至端盖,活动挂钩顶端与固定挂钩活动抵接,所述端盖上设置有用于对可充电电池进行充电的充电接口以及能够控制吸气风扇和半导体制冷片工作或停机的开关。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可以收集空气中水分的瓶子,其特征在于,所述端盖为塑胶材质构件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可以收集空气中水分的瓶子,其特征在于,所述可充电电池为锂电池。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可以收集空气中水分的瓶子,其特征在于,所述充电接口为USB接口。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可以收集空气中水分的瓶子,其特征在于,所述端盖上空气透过孔的下方、吸气风扇的上方设置有隔尘网。
7.根据权利要求6所述的可以收集空气中水分的瓶子,其特征在于,所述半导体制冷片上侧面为发热面,下侧面为制冷面。
