Abstract

本发明公开了一种四肢联动康复训练设备,包括有机座,在机座左、右侧设置扶手架和脚踏板,在机座内设置配有角编码器的开关磁阻电机,通过开关磁阻电机带动扶手架、脚踏板动作实现助力,由单片机控制系统通过角编码器的信号控制开关磁阻电机工作,实现四肢联动。本发明结构简单,使用方便,能够很方便的实现患者单肢体动作时的四肢助力联动功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及肢体康复设备领域,具体是一种四肢联动康复训练设备。
背景技术
现代医疗中,很多疾病的患者康复时都需要进行肢体康复训练。现有技术的肢体康复训练设备大多结构复杂,成本较高,其通过复杂的机械结构实现上、下肢联动,并且现有的肢体康复训练设备大多是上肢整体运动或下肢整体运动,即上肢助力机构作为整体动作,再通过联动机构带动下肢助力机构整体动作,无法实现单个肢体动作时四肢助力机构的整体联动。
发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种四肢联动康复训练设备,以解决现有技术肢体康复训练设备存在的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种四肢联动康复训练设备,包括有机座,机座底部向后水平延伸形成安装台,安装台上竖向安装有座椅,其特征在于:机座左、右侧下部分别转动安装有中心轴沿左右水平方向的上肢传动盘,左、右侧上肢传动盘位置对称,机座内对应每个上肢传动盘位置分别设有上肢开关磁阻电机,上肢开关磁阻电机中转子与对应侧的上肢传动盘内侧盘面之间通过连接轴共中心轴固定连接,机座左、右侧外分别设有扶手架,每侧扶手架下端分别连接有中心轴沿左右水平方向的扶手架连轴,且每侧扶手架下端分别通过扶手架连轴偏心转动连接在对应侧的上肢传动盘外侧盘面,每侧扶手架上端分别倾斜向后延伸至座椅前上方,机座左、右侧中间分别转动安装有中心轴沿左右水平方向的下肢传动盘,左、右侧下肢传动盘位置对称,且下肢传动盘位于对应侧上肢传动盘后方,机座内对应每个下肢传动盘位置分别设有下肢开关磁阻电机,下肢开关磁阻电机中转子与对应侧的下肢传动盘内侧盘面之间通过连接轴共中心轴固定连接,机座左、右侧外还分别设有脚踏板,脚踏板彼此相对的内侧分别连接有中心轴沿左右水平方向的脚踏板连轴,且脚踏板分别通过脚踏板连轴偏心转动连接在对应侧的下肢传动盘外侧盘面,每个上肢开关磁阻电机、下肢开关磁阻电机的转子还分别共中心轴连接有角编码器;
还包括设置在机座内的控制器,该控制器由单片机控制系统、信号采集电路、四组开关磁阻电机驱动电路构成,各个角编码器的输出端分别与信号采集电路输入端连接,信号采集电路输出端与单片机控制系统连接,四组开关磁阻电机驱动电路的输入端分别与单片机控制系统连接,四组开关磁阻电机驱动电路的输出端一一对应与各个开关磁阻电机连接,所述电源电路供电至单片机控制系统,电源电路还通过各个开关磁阻电机驱动电路供电至各个开关磁阻电机。
所述的一种四肢联动康复训练设备,其特征在于:所述机座顶部后侧通过支架安装有触摸屏,且触摸屏接入单片机控制系统并由电源电路供电。
所述的一种四肢联动康复训练设备,其特征在于:所述座椅为可调式升降座椅。
所述的一种四肢联动康复训练设备,其特征在于:当单片机控制系统接收到至少一个角编码器信号时,单片机通过开关磁阻电机驱动电路分别控制上、下肢开关磁阻电机工作,实现肢体训练助力。
本发明中,患者手扶扶手架、脚部踩在脚踏板上,当患者脚踩脚踏板或推拉扶手架时,上肢或下肢传动盘分别带动各自共中心轴固定连接的开关磁阻电机转子转动,此时单片机控制系统接收到角编码器信号并处理后,再由单片机控制系统发送控制信号至每个开关磁阻电机驱动电路,控制各个开关磁阻电机工作,实现肢体训练的助力。通过设定单片机控制系统的程序,使单片机控制系统在接收到至少一个角编码器的信号时即向每个开关磁阻电机驱动电路发送控制信号,即患者至少有一个肢体动作时即四肢联动,这样可在患者单个肢体动作时,实现四肢的联动。
本发明中患者可通过触摸屏设定各个开关磁阻电机的工作参数,并由单片机控制系统按照患者设定的参数控制各个开关磁阻电机的工作。
本发明通过开关磁阻电机实现肢体训练时的助力,并通过单片机控制系统配合角编码器,实现在单个肢体动作时即四肢助力联动,与现有的肢体康复训练设备相比,本发明结构简单,使用方便,能够很方便的实现患者单肢体动作时的四肢助力联动功能。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,一种四肢联动康复训练设备,包括有机座1,机座1底部向后水平延伸形成安装台2,安装台2上竖向安装有座椅3,机座1左、右侧下部分别转动安装有中心轴沿左右水平方向的上肢传动盘7,左、右侧上肢传动盘位置对称,机座1内对应每个上肢传动盘位置分别设有上肢开关磁阻电机4,上肢开关磁阻电机4中转子与对应侧的上肢传动盘7内侧盘面之间通过连接轴共中心轴固定连接,机座1左、右侧外分别设有扶手架5,每侧扶手架5下端分别连接有中心轴沿左右水平方向的扶手架连轴6,且每侧扶手架5下端分别通过扶手架连轴6偏心转动连接在对应侧的上肢传动盘7外侧盘面,每侧扶手架5上端分别倾斜向后延伸至座椅3前上方,机座1左、右侧中间分别转动安装有中心轴沿左右水平方向的下肢传动盘8,左、右侧下肢传动盘8位置对称,且下肢传动盘8位于对应侧上肢传动盘7后方,机座1内对应每个下肢传动盘8位置分别设有下肢开关磁阻电机9,下肢开关磁阻电机9中转子与对应侧的下肢传动盘8内侧盘面之间通过连接轴共中心轴固定连接,机座1左、右侧外还分别设有脚踏板10,脚踏板10彼此相对的内侧分别连接有中心轴沿左右水平方向的脚踏板连轴11,且脚踏板10分别通过脚踏板连轴11偏心转动连接在对应侧的下肢传动盘8外侧盘面,每个上肢开关磁阻电机4、下肢开关磁阻电机9的转子还分别共中心轴连接有角编码器;
还包括设置在机座内的控制器,该控制器由单片机控制系统、信号采集电路、四组开关磁阻电机驱动电路构成,各个角编码器的输出端分别与信号采集电路输入端连接,信号采集电路输出端与单片机控制系统连接,四组开关磁阻电机驱动电路的输入端分别与单片机控制系统连接,四组开关磁阻电机驱动电路的输出端一一对应与各个开关磁阻电机连接,电源电路供电至单片机控制系统,电源电路还通过各个开关磁阻电机驱动电路供电至各个开关磁阻电机。
机座1顶部后侧通过支架安装有触摸屏12,且触摸屏12接入单片机控制系统并由电源电路供电。
座椅3为可调式升降座椅。
当单片机控制系统接收到至少一个角编码器信号时,单片机通过开关磁阻电机驱动电路分别控制上、下肢开关磁阻电机工作,实现肢体训练助力。

1.一种四肢联动康复训练设备,包括有机座,机座底部向后水平延伸形成安装台,安装台上竖向安装有座椅,其特征在于:机座左、右侧下部分别转动安装有中心轴沿左右水平方向的上肢传动盘,左、右侧上肢传动盘位置对称,机座内对应每个上肢传动盘位置分别设有上肢开关磁阻电机,上肢开关磁阻电机中转子与对应侧的上肢传动盘内侧盘面之间通过连接轴共中心轴固定连接,机座左、右侧外分别设有扶手架,每侧扶手架下端分别连接有中心轴沿左右水平方向的扶手架连轴,且每侧扶手架下端分别通过扶手架连轴偏心转动连接在对应侧的上肢传动盘外侧盘面,每侧扶手架上端分别倾斜向后延伸至座椅前上方,机座左、右侧中间分别转动安装有中心轴沿左右水平方向的下肢传动盘,左、右侧下肢传动盘位置对称,且下肢传动盘位于对应侧上肢传动盘后方,机座内对应每个下肢传动盘位置分别设有下肢开关磁阻电机,下肢开关磁阻电机中转子与对应侧的下肢传动盘内侧盘面之间通过连接轴共中心轴固定连接,机座左、右侧外还分别设有脚踏板,脚踏板彼此相对的内侧分别连接有中心轴沿左右水平方向的脚踏板连轴,且脚踏板分别通过脚踏板连轴偏心转动连接在对应侧的下肢传动盘外侧盘面,每个上肢开关磁阻电机、下肢开关磁阻电机的转子还分别共中心轴连接有角编码器;
还包括设置在机座内的控制器,该控制器由单片机控制系统、信号采集电路、四组开关磁阻电机驱动电路构成,各个角编码器的输出端分别与信号采集电路输入端连接,信号采集电路输出端与单片机控制系统连接,四组开关磁阻电机驱动电路的输入端分别与单片机控制系统连接,四组开关磁阻电机驱动电路的输出端一一对应与各个开关磁阻电机连接,所述电源电路供电至单片机控制系统,电源电路还通过各个开关磁阻电机驱动电路供电至各个开关磁阻电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种四肢联动康复训练设备,其特征在于:所述机座顶部后侧通过支架安装有触摸屏,且触摸屏接入单片机控制系统并由电源电路供电。
