Description
技术领域：
本发明涉及治疗心脑血管病药物技术领域，具体是利用生物提取物治疗心脑血管病的含片及其制备方法。
背景技术：
心脑血管意外是一种严重威胁人类特别是中老年人健康的常见病，即使应用目前最先进、完善的治疗手段，仍可有50％以上的脑血管意外幸存者生活不能完全自理。心脑血管疾病具有“发病率高、死亡率高、致残率高、复发率高、并发症多”—“四高一多”的特点，目前，我国心脑血管疾病患者已经超过2.7亿人。现有技术中，都是通过吃西药并严格的控制饮食习惯进行治疗，但是西药促使患者的身体调节机制高速退化，要想摆脱药物，就要恢复人体调节系统的功能，不能盲目的使用西药进行治疗，现有的中药治疗心血管病的效果不明显，每天都需要进行熬制，治疗不方便，而且副作用较大，另外心血管疾病是慢性疾病，病症喝多是间歇性的，因此需要有的时刻需要准备缓解症状的药物，因此现有熬制中药的方法用于缓解病症也不方便。
发明内容：
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能治疗心脑血管病，治疗效果好，有效率高，治疗方便，副作用小的利用生物提取物治疗心脑血管病的含片及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的，所采用以下的技术方案：
利用生物提取物治疗心脑血管病的含片，其特征在于：由以下：填充剂、吸湿剂和中药药粉制成，
所述的中药药粉按重量份由以下组分制成：苍术20～40份，泽泻20～30份，丹参15～25份，白扁豆30～40份，石菖蒲5～15份，葛根20～30份，莱菔子10～20份，砂仁10～20份，白术10～20份，麦冬20～30份，白蔻5～15份，茯苓5～15份，当归5～15份，锁阳10～20份，桂枝20～40份，柴胡5～15份，赤芍20～40份，焦山楂10～15份，路路通5～10份，荷叶10～15份，益母草10～15份，毛冬青5～10份，地龙5～10份，三七5～10份。

利用生物提取物治疗心脑血管病的含片的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤，
(1)制提取液：按配比准备原料，将原料加6～8倍量水分别煎煮两次，第一次浸泡30分钟至一个小时，然后大火煮沸后转小火煮2小时即可，倒出煮好的药水后，再向药物中加4～6倍量煮沸后小火煮30分钟，将两次煎煮的药水过滤后兑在一起，向药水内以1:4的比例加入乙醇，醇沉24h，滤过，制得提取液；
(2)将提取液在烘箱内干燥处理，得到中药药粉；
(3)将中药药粉与填充剂和吸湿剂充分混合，然后进行高压压片成型，制成药片。
所述的填充剂为淀粉、甘露醇、乳糖的组合物。
所述的吸湿剂为磷酸氢钙和碳酸钙中的一种或两种。
临床试验
确诊心脑血管病患者共70例，分为对照组和治疗组各35例，平均年龄64.2岁，对照组采用西医综合治疗，治疗组使用本发明治疗，具体为服用方法及时间：每天晚上服用一次。每14天计算为一个疗程，治疗两个疗程。
疗效标准，痊愈：原有的病症均基本消失，减轻程度大于90％，显效：原有的病症均大部分消失，减轻程度在70％～90％之间；有效：原有的病症均明显减轻，减轻程度在30％～70％之间；无效：病症无变化，减轻程度小于30％，以痊愈、显效和有效的综合计算有效率。临床治疗结果如下表：

本发明的有益效果是：本发明能治疗心脑血管病疾病，治疗效果好，有效率高，治疗方便，副作用小。
具体实施方式：
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体实例，进一步阐述本发明。
实施例一：
利用生物提取物治疗心脑血管病的含片，由以下：填充剂、吸湿剂和中药药粉制成，
中药药粉按重量份由以下组分制成：苍术20～40份，泽泻20～30份，丹参15～25份，白扁豆30～40份，石菖蒲5～15份，葛根20～30份，莱菔子10～20份，砂仁10～20份，白术10～20份，麦冬20～30份，白蔻5～15份，茯苓5～15份，当归5～15份，锁阳10～20份，桂枝20～40份，柴胡5～15份，赤芍20～40份，焦山楂10～15份，路路通5～10份，荷叶10～15份，益母草10～15份，毛冬青5～10份，地龙5～10份，三七5～10份。

具体病例：程某，男，50岁，确认症状为心脑血管病，具体出现头晕、困倦、腰膝酸软等症状，经过两个疗程的治疗后，病状得到了明显改善，病情也得到一定的缓解。
实施例二：
利用生物提取物治疗心脑血管病的含片，由以下：填充剂、吸湿剂和中药药粉制成，
中药药粉按重量份由以下组分制成，苍术30份，泽泻25份，丹参20份，白扁豆35份，石菖蒲10份，葛根25份，莱菔子15份，砂仁15份，白术15份，麦冬25份，白蔻10份，茯苓10份，当归10份，锁阳15份，桂枝30份，柴胡10份，赤芍30份，焦山楂13份，路路通8份，荷叶13份，益母草13份，毛冬青8份，地龙8份，三七8份。

具体病例：年过花甲的孙女士，患有心脑血管病已经好多年，而且出现了心慌、头晕，甚至间歇性休克，病情较重，在持续服用了两个疗程后，药性作用开始明显。

所述的中药药粉按重量份由以下组分制成：苍术20～40份，泽泻20～30份，丹参15～25份，白扁豆30～40份，石菖蒲5～15份，葛根20～30份，莱菔子10～20份，砂仁10～20份，白术10～20份，麦冬20～30份，白蔻5～15份，茯苓5～15份，当归5～15份，锁阳10～20份，桂枝20～40份，柴胡5～15份，赤芍20～40份，焦山楂10～15份，路路通5～10份，荷叶10～15份，益母草10～15份，毛冬青5～10份，地龙5～10份，三七5～10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用生物提取物治疗心脑血管病的含片，其特征在于：所述的中药药粉按重量份由以下组分制成，苍术30份，泽泻25份，丹参20份，白扁豆35份，石菖蒲10份，葛根25份，莱菔子15份，砂仁15份，白术15份，麦冬25份，白蔻10份，茯苓10份，当归10份，锁阳15份，桂枝30份，柴胡10份，赤芍30份，焦山楂13份，路路通8份，荷叶13份，益母草13份，毛冬青8份，地龙8份，三七8份。
