Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种限压阀,特别是用在燃料喷射设备中的那类限压阀。
背景技术
限压阀是设置于高压装置上用于将该高压装置内的压力限制于预设阈值的安全设备。在燃料喷射设备中,此类阀与向多个燃料喷射器提供高压燃料的共用轨道相配合。该阀在打开状态和闭合状态之间切换,所述打开状态使得燃料从所述轨道排出,在所述闭合状态下,阻止燃料从所述轨道排出。
该阀包括一个球体,该球体被弹簧偏置紧靠阀座,在该阀座的中心开有泻压孔。当轨道内的压力低于预设阈值时,球体关闭该孔,并且当压力增加超过所述阈值时,轨道内的燃料在球体上产生打开力,该打开力超过了弹簧的关闭力并且将球体推离阀座,从而打开通道并使得燃料流能够排出。
在结构上,该阀包括设有孔的壳体,所述孔在一端是封闭的而在相对端设有座构件,该座构件在中心处开有一个泻压孔。在壳体内部布置有压缩弹簧和与球体配合的滑动活塞,该压缩弹簧和该滑动活塞推动所述球体紧靠阀座。该阀座是一个球面凹形槽,所述泻压孔开在所述凹形槽的中心处。球面的所述阀座的直径比球体的直径略大,从而在闭合状态下,球体能够被偏置在所述阀座的底部并且通过与泻压孔的开口的边缘密封接触而封闭该泄压孔,在打开状态下,球体从所述阀座升起并且在阀座的球形壁和球体之间为排出的燃料提供一个受限的通道。在与阀座相对的位置,球体与活塞永久接触,所述活塞设有另一个槽,所述另一个槽用来将球体保持就位。
在闭合状态和打开状态之间的位移较小,并且经验显示,当闭合时,球体并不总能完美地定位于泻压孔上。实际上,球体可以安置在略微在所述孔的侧面上的位置处并且最后发生非对称磨损,可能无法确保在封闭状态下所期望的完美密封,导致发生轻微泄漏。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是通过提供如下的限压阀来至少部分解决上述问题,该限压阀适于在闭合状态和打开状态之间切换,在该闭合状态下,球体沿着接触线偏置紧靠于阀座,并且在该打开状态下,所述球体与所述阀座间隔开,从而使受压流体通过开在所述阀座中的泻压孔流出。有利地,该阀座成形为在所述限压阀的闭合状态下,所述球体和所述阀座之间的接触线远离所述泻压孔的开口。因此,在闭合和密封该泻压孔时,球体能正确地复位。
当所述球体处于打开状态时,所述阀座的壁的位于所述接触线下游的部分与所述球体的表面基本平行,并且因此,流出所述泻压孔并流入所述球体和所述阀座之间的通道中的流体的压力慢慢降低。
所述阀座包括锥形面,在闭合状态下,与所述球体的所述接触线位于所述锥形面中。
所述阀座和所述泻压孔的所述开口限定共同边缘,所述接触线远离所述共同边缘。
所述阀座进一步包括球形部,该球形部与所述锥形部限定出另一圆形边缘,该另一圆形边缘大于所述共同边缘。所述球形部与所述球体的表面基本平行,从而将流出所述泻压孔的流体保持在受压状态。
该限压阀特别适于用在燃料喷射设备中。
本发明进一步延展到内燃机的燃料喷射设备,所述燃料喷射设备设有前述权利要求中任一项的限压阀。

具体实施方式
参照图1描述限压阀10。阀10是一个机械阀,尽管本发明也能适用于电阀。阀10的第一种用途是布置于燃料喷射设备8中。
阀10包括壳体12,该壳体设置有中心孔14,该中心孔沿着纵向轴线A从根据该图的取向位于壳体12的右边的开口16延伸到该图的左边的封闭端18。在孔14内,弹簧20被压缩在封闭端18和活塞24的背面22之间,所述活塞滑动地布置在孔14中。活塞24是圆柱形的并且沿者纵向轴线A从背面22延伸到前面26。
背面22在中心处设有圆柱形突起28,弹簧20的最后几圈围绕该突起卷绕,并且前面26也沿着纵向轴线A设置有中心圆柱形突起30,所述前突起30的顶面32设置有小的球面凹形槽34,在该槽中放置有球体36。孔14的开口16被座构件38封闭,所述座构件包括圆柱形内部分40和更大的圆柱形外部分42、连接这两部分的横向盘形面44。
通过孔14的开口16,壳体12设有圆柱形槽46,该圆柱形槽限定了横向盘形面48。座构件38布置为使得该座构件的圆柱形内部分40互补地接合于孔14中而圆柱形外部分42定位于圆柱形槽46中,从而座构件38的盘形面44抵靠壳体12的盘形面48。如图1所示,壳体12的壁在圆柱形槽46周围更薄,座构件38被压边固定在该圆柱形槽中。
座构件38轴向设有一个通孔50,该通孔是泻压孔50,该泻压孔通向阀10的内部,在此处,所述阀限定了环绕泄压孔50的凹形座表面52,球体36被偏置紧靠座表面52。
阀10进一步设有径向出口孔54,该径向出口孔延伸穿过壳体12的壁并且布置在座构件38附近。
在外部,壳体12进一步设有螺纹以及O形环密封件,用于与阴螺纹互补密封接合并且安装在储存器(未示出)上,例如,该储存器是燃料喷射设备的轨道。在其正背面上,壳体在外部设置有六边形槽以与工具互补接合,该工具使得能将阀10拧到所述储存器上。已知有多种替代方案用于配置限压阀,上述说明提供了非限制性实施例。
在进一步详细描述之前,现在简要地对阀10的操作进行解释。
例如,阀10适于布置在燃料喷射设备的共用轨道的端部。在该轨道中,燃料处于高压之下并且在球体36之上产生打开力,该打开力倾向于将球体推离座表面52。弹簧20产生一个相反的闭合力,该闭合力通过活塞24传递到球体36。只要轨道内的压力不超过预定阈值,弹簧20的闭合力就会将球体36偏置紧靠座表面52并且密封泄压孔50。当轨道内的压力达到所述阈值时,开口力超过闭合力并且燃料推动球体36离开座表面52一段距离。压力下的燃料随后能够通过泻压孔50流出轨道并且在球体36周围流动,从而通过出口孔50流出阀10,所述出口孔连接于一个回流低压排放口。当燃料流出轨道,轨道内的压力降低并且一旦所述压力降低到低于阈值,球体36就会再一次偏置在座表面52上。
为了确保随着时间推移并且在多次的打开和关闭之后,球体36仍继续正确地密封泄压孔50,现在将参照图2、图3和图4对座表面52进行更详细的描述。
凹形座表面52包括两个不同部分:球形面56和锥形面58。泻压孔50在座表面52的底部开口,在该底部处,泻压孔50与锥形面58合并,从而限定了圆形第一边缘60。锥形面58轴向延伸和加宽,直到该锥形面几乎相切地与球形面56合并,从而又限定出第二圆形边缘62。球形面56的直径略大于球体36的直径,并且所述球形面56从所述第二边缘62延伸到第三边缘64,在该第三边缘处,座表面52突然显著地加宽。
如图4放大所示,在处于闭合状态CS时,球体36沿着封闭的环形接触线66抵靠在锥形面58上,所述封闭环形接触线66既远离第一边缘60又远离第二边缘62。
当处于打开状态OS时,如图5放大所示,球体36已经远离锥形面58轴向移动,从而打开了一个通道用于燃料从泻压孔50流出。在接触线66的上游,所述通道的截面缓慢增加直到第三边缘64,在第三边缘的上游所述通道显著增大。
通过这样配置,在闭合状态CS下,球体36始终偏置紧靠于锥形面58上,限定出一个封闭的接触线66,从而确保了所述泻压孔的密封。

Claims (6)

1.一种限压阀(10),该限压阀适于在闭合状态(CS)和打开状态(OS)之间切换,在该闭合状态下,球体(36)沿着接触线(66)偏置紧靠于阀座(52),并且在该打开状态下,所述球体(36)与所述阀座(52)间隔开,从而使受压流体通过开在所述阀座(52)中的泻压孔(50)流出,其特征在于,
