Abstract

本发明涉及一种紫红亮布制作方法,将蓝菜制作蓝靛;按每5—6斤的蓝靛浓汁拌上2斤糯米甜酒,掺入清水在蓝靛桶内不断搅拌直至均匀获得蓝靛水,放至10天以上,待蓝靛水呈金黄色时,再将下机后的白布过温水后投入桶内浸泡40分钟以上,取出浸透清水后晒干;如此反复3‑5次次,白布即染成蓝黑色;用干牛皮熬成胶汁,每2斤蓝靛,1斤牛胶汁和30斤糯禾草灰水投入桶内搅拌均匀,将蓝黑色布在桶内浸染,取出晾干,反复几次至布料变硬;然后反复捶打,将品连染料均匀地涂刷于布面上,待干后即制作完成。通过天然植物和天然矿物作为主料,鸡蛋清、牛皮等作为添加剂,制作出纯天然的紫红色、亮闪闪的紫红亮布,用于制作少数民族服饰尤其美观。

本发明涉及一种鲜艳布料的制作方法,特别是紫红亮布制作方法。
背景技术
做衣物过程中,为了鲜艳美丽,需要用到染料,化学染料对人体健康不利,天然染料价格一般很高昂,主要是天然染料制作方法太过复杂,供货商少,因此需要天然且鲜艳美丽的的染料。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种紫红亮布制作方法。
具体而言,本发明提供的技术方案是:一种紫红亮布制作方法,将蓝菜置于蓝靛桶内,用清水浸泡三日以上,待蓝菜腐烂后滤去残渣,将其滤液用石灰反复搅拌均匀,待沉淀后滗去清水,沉淀部分即成蓝靛;按每5—6斤的蓝靛浓汁拌上2斤糯米甜酒,掺入清水在蓝靛桶内不断搅拌直至均匀获得蓝靛水,放至10天以上,待蓝靛水呈金黄色时,再将下机后的白布过温水后投入桶内浸泡40分钟以上,取出浸透清水后晒干;如此反复3-5次次,白布即染成蓝黑色;用干牛皮熬成胶汁,每2斤蓝靛,1斤牛胶汁和30斤糯禾草灰水投入桶内搅拌均匀,将蓝黑色布在桶内浸染,取出晾干,反复几次至布料变硬;然后将硬布料铺在光滑平整的青石板上,用硬质木槌反复捶打,捶打一轮后,在布面上涂上鸡蛋清,待干后再捶打一轮,后又涂上鸡蛋清,如此反复几次,经过数天的捶打均匀后,再用特制的鸭毛刷将品连染料均匀地涂刷于布面上,待干后,一匹闪光的紫红亮布即制作完成。
本发明取得的有益效果是:通过天然植物和天然矿物作为主料,鸡蛋清、牛皮等作为添加剂,制作出纯天然的紫红色、亮闪闪的紫红亮布,用于制作少数民族服饰尤其美观。

Claims (1)

1.紫红亮布制作方法,其特征在于:将蓝菜置于蓝靛桶内,用清水浸泡三日以上,待蓝菜腐烂后滤去残渣,将其滤液用石灰反复搅拌均匀,待沉淀后滗去清水,沉淀部分即成蓝靛;
按每5—6斤的蓝靛浓汁拌上2斤糯米甜酒,掺入清水在蓝靛桶内不断搅拌直至均匀获得蓝靛水,放至10天以上,待蓝靛水呈金黄色时,再将下机后的白布过温水后投入桶内浸泡40分钟以上,取出浸透清水后晒干;如此反复3-5次次,白布即染成蓝黑色;
用干牛皮熬成胶汁,每2斤蓝靛,1斤牛胶汁和30斤糯禾草灰水投入桶内搅拌均匀,将蓝黑色布在桶内浸染,取出晾干,反复几次至布料变硬;
然后将硬布料铺在光滑平整的青石板上,用硬质木槌反复捶打,捶打一轮后,在布面上涂上鸡蛋清,待干后再捶打一轮,后又涂上鸡蛋清,如此反复几次,经过数天的捶打均匀后,再用特制的鸭毛刷将品连染料均匀地涂刷于布面上,待干后,一匹闪光的紫红亮布即制作完成。
